Welcome to the Enterprise Fitness annual fundraiser. There's food, there's fitness, charity auctions, and trainer face-offs. Our trainers are going to go lift off. This is for the superiority. This is a battle to the death. First blood rules. So if you're a client of Enterprise, you probably may I have noticed that the trainers here talk a lot of shit. Everyone thinks that they're the strongest. Well, there's a reason why I'm holding this WWE title. It's because I'm actually the strongest. We have what's called a Wilks score. A Wilks score is the ability to compare pound for pound, kilo for kilo, the strongest of them all. So the way this will be done is in Wilks score rules. We have weight loaded on the bar. It is one rep. How many is it, folks? One rep. They have to lift as much weight as possible. The trainer that lifts the most weight as possible scored on their Wilks score will be the superior champion. Let's give it up for Jazz.
Let's go, Jazzy. Up, up, up, up. Yes! Yes! Fucking amazing. 59 kilos, 130. Well done. Take that, boys.
All right, next up, we've got Tom. Right now we got 87 kilos of Michael.
Yes! Here we go, up, up, up! Easy! There we go, easy!
After the trap bar deadlift, we have Al on 153.52, and we have Shane 1:48.49, so neck and neck there. Then we have Jazzy, 1:48.8, now with the incline.
How do I show you that I paid for that?
Just so you know who's in top 3, we've got top 3 is Al leading the way, followed by James. Followed by Jazz. Now, top 3 will get a re-lift on every lift if they choose. That means James can re-lift on trap bar, Jazz can re-lift on incline, they can re-lift on front squat, but it'll only be for the top 3. We have Al coming up with a 142.5 front squat.
Up, up, up, up. Yes!
Next up is James. We have 150 on the bar. This puts James in the lead if he gets it. 150 front squat.
Come on, man. 150. Here we go.
Let's go.
Solid, solid, solid.
Strong.
Come on.
Yes.
Up, up, up, up, up, up, up, up. Yes, yes, yes, yes. Well done.
James is in the lead now. So now it's face to face. We have Al, James, Jazz.
Let's go, Al! Let's get behind him!
Go! 157 front squat. This would put James in the lead again. If he hits this, Al has to hit 150 with the Wilks score.
Here we go.
Yes.
Yes. Strong. Yes. Yes, yes, yes.
So Al's going 152. If Al gets this. Al has bragging rights for the year.
Let's get behind him.
Wow. We are down to the wire. Wilkes score is they compare body weight, right? So this is off Wilkes score. So their body weights are fairly compared using the Wilkes score. So they have to lift in ratio.
Let's go. Let's get behind him. Strong. Solid. Let's give her a round of applause.
