Matt Cooke explains manifestation surrender: do focused intention work each morning, then step back and act as if your desired future is already real. Stay centered like a tennis baseline, returning quickly when life's triggers knock you off balance. Don't chase or force it during the day. Just watch for signs and take aligned action.

When I say surrender, you do the work in the morning and then you get out of the way. You've planted your seeds and now you behave like your future. And I, I treat it like playing tennis, and the goal with tennis is to stay on the baseline. And you're going to get balls coming over that net, and this is called life, and life's going to trigger you all day. There's going to be shitty emails, negativity, family members annoying you. It's all going to happen, right? And it's how quickly you can recover and get back to the baseline. And the more you do this work, the quicker you get getting back up. And you don't go searching for your manifestation in the day. You don't go fighting for it and phoning a million people you just be patient and you, you wait. And if there are signs, you take the aligned action, you don't take the forced action. And some manifestations happen very quickly and others take a little bit longer, and that's okay. It's never our job to predict how long.
