I Didn't Expect This To Happen On Stage In Stockholm

Matt Cooke leads his first Manifestation Live workshop of 2026 in Stockholm, where a guided meditation triggers an unexpected emotional breakthrough. He felt the collective energy of 300 people and later confirmed a spike in his heart rate coherence via his Whoop device. A dream months earlier had predicted the historic church venue.

Good morning, it is Thursday the 23rd of April, 2026, and in a short while we'll be leaving our home, heading up to London before flying out to Stockholm first thing tomorrow morning for my first manifestation workshop of 2026. We've got 250 people flying in and my plan is to try and capture as much as I can We're only there for 48 hours, but I know it's going to be so special. So look, I just want to be authentic with you about how I'm feeling right now and just sort of what's on my mind. So the reason I do these videos, and I think it's really important, is I'm not trying to create something super polished here. There's probably going to be wind, there's probably going to be times where you don't hear me properly. I don't even know whether I'm going to have enough time to put everything together. But that's the whole point. I am so grateful for the two vlogs that I did last year in New York— wow, it's windy— and in Ghent. And I'm also so grateful for the fact that I've been consistent with my journaling for the last 5 years, because manifestation isn't about a destination, it is the journey. And when you journal and when you create content like this, there's always going to be a future version of you that looks back and is so grateful for seeing how far you've come. And I do these videos for that reason. I do these videos because I know there's going to be a future version of Matt that looks back and goes, 'Man, that was cool. Like, that was really cool how you did that workshop in Stockholm, but, but look at where you are now.' And along the way, I just know that I'll try and be as authentic and real with you about how I'm feeling. And it'd be cool just to see how this journey develops over the decades that I've got in front of me with this work. So I'm bringing along my beautiful wife Corisande, Humphrey, who's 18 months old, and my mother-in-law Georgina as well. And I'm so blessed that I get to travel with my family, and I'm really grateful for the fact that I can, I can be focused on the work and know I've got that support around me. And if you don't know, I'm actually partnering with Unity. Unity are Europe's largest event organization, and they work with all the biggest spiritual teachers on the planet and help them with their events. So you're talking Dr. Joe Dispenza, Eckhart Tolle, Matthias DeStefano, Bruce Lipton, Gregg Braden. I could go on. They're amazing at what they do, and I partnered with them earlier this year after getting in contact with them at the end of last year. And the great thing is they've handled the whole logistics of this first event. So we're obviously in Stockholm, Sweden. They found the venue and they've just organized everything, and they've handled the, the ticket sales, and all I've had to do is help promote it. And that's the really great thing— they're professionals in what they do, and it's just given me the ability to really focus on the work that I need to do, which is just learning and then showing up and teaching. And I don't know what's going to happen, but I just know already that it's going to be special. It's special when people get together and do this work, and I just know it's going to be seriously special. Um, It's about a 4-ish hour drive from here to Heathrow, but we stop halfway at a National Trust called Stourhead. So if you're not from the UK, um, here in the UK we have National Trust properties. The National Trust is like a charity, and you can become a member of the National Trust, and these huge stately manor houses are dotted all around the UK. There's thousands of them, and you know, they're like 1,000 acres and you can turn up and you can look around the house, you can go to the gardens, you can have lunch. And Stourhead happens to be practically halfway between here and Heathrow. So whenever we drive to Heathrow, we stop at Stourhead, we get lunch, we have a walk around, stretch the legs, and then we, we then drive on to Heathrow. And we're staying over, we're staying in Terminal 5 tonight in a hotel because our flight out tomorrow is 7:00 AM. So just makes life a lot easier. But just having a little bit of a stretch of my legs now before we get in the car, and I'm excited to see where this vlog goes. So I'll see you in Stockholm. All right, so we're officially on the plane to Stockholm. Humphrey on my lap. Humphrey, you gonna wave? Do you want to say hello? Say hello, wave. Oh, hey, what are we doing? Are you coming to see Daddy's talk tomorrow? Wave to the camera. Yes. So we land at 10:00 AM local time. My talk's tomorrow at 10:00 AM, so we're going to have 24 hours to explore Stockholm. Tomorrow Humphrey is going to come along to see my talk start, and then he's going to go sightseeing with his granny, aren't you? So hello, Stockholm. It is great to be here. Arrived a couple of hours ago and I'm super excited. I'm doing my first workshop of 2026 tomorrow. There's 250 people who are coming to see Manifestation Live. So it's just me running a workshop for the entire day. and I partnered with, with Unity to do that. I'll talk about that in just a moment. Um, we actually nearly didn't make it. If it wasn't for my intuition, we would have missed the flight. So I want to tell you about that in a second as well. But staying in this beautiful hotel behind me here, I'm not sure on the exact pronunciation of the hotel's name, so I'm not even going to try and say that. What I do know though is it's surrounded by water on like this beautiful island, if you like. I'll show you It's apparently— I wasn't quite sure exactly what this is, but apparently it's a mix of the sea, the Baltic Sea, and fresh water. So it's like a sea and a lake, which is amazing. And yeah, those seagulls are loud. Yeah, just look how beautiful it is. I've never actually been to Stockholm before, so we're going to do some exploring around the town, have a little bit of a walk. Check out the sights, have some lunch. So yeah, so we nearly, we nearly didn't make it. In fact, if it wasn't for my intuition, we would have missed the flight today. And that's because earlier in the week I just logged on to British Airways and I just wanted to check just all the details were, were, were okay. And, um, I've— we've flown out with me, Corisande, Humphrey, and Khorasan's mum. And I was just checking all the names, and I noticed for some reason British Airways hadn't put down Humphrey's name correctly. They'd shortened his name to Hum instead of Humphrey. So I didn't think too much of it. I just thought perhaps it was just a, you know, a little technical issue, whatever. And then when you go to check in, it wouldn't let me check in because the, the details, of course, that they had down on the system didn't match his passport. So the company that booked the flights for me got in contact with British Airways and they said, "Yeah, no problem, don't worry, we'll issue a new ticket for Humphrey." So I was like, "Fine, okay." But something, just something was on the back of my mind. It just didn't sit right. And I was like, you know, we've got an early flight, the flight's at 7 AM. The last thing we want is sort of, you know, a delay first thing in the morning. So we got to Heathrow late last night and we were just in sort of like the departure area just before we checked into the hotel and we just walked past BA and I just said to Coruscant, I said, I'm just going to just ask whether this will be okay that Humphrey's got like a separate ticket even though he's an infant and he should be on my lap. And they were like, oh no, like definitely, definitely don't leave that until the morning. Have you got your passports on you now? And I was like, yeah. So we went over to a desk and long story short, there was a right issue. It ended up taking nearly 2 hours to solve that issue. This whole technical thing, this jargon, I couldn't believe in the modern world we live in how long it took to literally just make a name change and just make sure Humphrey was on my lap. It was crazy, but it was just this intuition. Literally, as we walked past BA, I was like, just ask. And it's just that, It's just that reminder to just always trust that feeling because if we hadn't have done that, there is no way we would have caught that flight this morning, you know, especially first thing in the morning. You know, this morning, as you could probably imagine, flying out from Heathrow on a Friday, super, super busy. So yeah, that was just a reminder. So plan of action for the rest of today. I am going to have a meeting with Vlad, who heads up Unity Europe, and we're just going to map out tomorrow. So the event starts tomorrow, 10 AM, runs till about 6 PM. I think I've already said this, 250 people attending. It's a full manifestation workshop with, with me, which is awesome. Cora Sand is going to be there in the morning just to help sort of set up. And then the great thing is, that's why we bring my fantastic mother-in-law along with us, because she'll be looking after Humphrey. And then Cora Sand's going to join Humphrey and her mum for the rest of the afternoon, and they're going to have a day in Stockholm. And you know, for me, I always said like one of the manifestations was if I'm going to travel around the world and I'm going to do these types of workshops, then a prerequisite is that Humphrey and Corisande try and come to as many as possible. And I really didn't want to be that person that's traveling without them. So that's the great thing about what I do. Everything that I now plan, I always try and make sure Humphrey and Corisande are also involved. Okay, so I'm just coming up to the venue now, and the really cool thing about this— and if you've been following me for a while, you'll know that I talk highly of using dreams to help manifest— I honestly don't know how long ago it is. I'd have to check my dream journal. I'd probably say a good, a good 12 months ago, perhaps 9 months ago, I had a dream, a very vivid dream, that I was walking through a room. There were a lot of people and I was doing some form of event. But it seemed like— I don't know, like the architecture was really interesting. It seemed like almost like a church, but, but not. And that's why when I woke up it confused me and I didn't think too much of it. But basically, let me show you now and you'll understand. That there is the venue that I'm hosting my workshop in tomorrow. And as you can see with the religious cross on the top there, It's some form of Swedish, um, church, obviously used to host workshops and different types of events. The reason I'm telling you that is because now I've obviously seen the inside, I was pretty blown away by the similarities to, to what I saw in my dream. Now, um, this is— I have— this isn't my first time hosting a workshop. In August 2025, so last year, I hosted a workshop in New York at the Omega Institute that was 3 days and there were 60 people there. This is of course one day, more people, and yeah, it's— I suppose I always like to be authentic in these videos. How do I feel right now? I actually feel really good. I don't feel nervous at all. I think it's because I've just trained my body now to my body's used to speaking in front of large crowds. I've spoken in front of 1,500 people. I've, you know, I've held workshops before. So, and here's the other thing that I think I always remind myself. I— if you ever come and watch me talk when I do like an hour's keynote, you'll never ever see me reading off slides because slides to me massively, massively distract me. So for this, obviously this is a workshop I'm going to be speaking for about 6 or 7 hours. Tomorrow. So of course I have to plan, of course I have to have slides, otherwise, you know, it'd be very hard to remember sort of 7 hours worth of content. But I would say that I haven't gone over the top with the slides. I think I always say to myself, you can either be over-prepared and like have like bullet points with all your text, or be like massively under-prepared and have almost nothing to go off. For me, I'm prepared, and what I mean by that is a lot of the slides are just like images just to sort of prompt me and remind me, because what I don't want is I don't really want the audience to be reading the slides at the same time as me teaching. I want the audience to be like looking at a slide and going, I don't really know what that means, and therefore I can teach it. And I also think the other powerful thing is when you're just prepared and not over or not under you allow that, just that flow to come through, and you can channel really easily. And I just know if I make sure I ground myself, I set the intention, I do my practice first thing in the morning, I'm going to go for a run, so I'll bring you with me. I know that that divinity, that universal intelligence, will flow straight through me. Körösand, and I could be completely wrong, I'm just going off what she said. Apparently this is one of the oldest bakeries in Stockholm, and we've just had lunch here and it's absolutely amazing. Down these little cobbled streets. Was it you that said that this is the oldest bakery in Stockholm? Where did you learn that? Did you learn that online? Are you hoping you're right? I'm hoping it's not Okay, yes, because I said, I said it is the oldest bakery in Stockholm, but I said I'm going off what Corazon said there. Good morning, it is currently 5:42 AM on Saturday the 25th of April, 2026. Today is the day, my first workshop of 2026, and I'm about to go for a run in a moment. I'm feeling really fresh, I'm about today. Um, there's the sort of hotel behind me. So the plan right now is to, uh, not do a serious run, just do a nice run around the city. I'll show you what I see, um, and then, and then go back and just get into the headspace. I've been up since 5. I had an early night, um, So I had a good solid, solid sleep, done my journaling and my meditation, everything else this morning already, and now it's just about moving the body and, and getting ready for today. I'm actually just walking the venues here, actually. So again, there's the venue, um, as we can see just there, looking beautiful. On this Saturday morning. Um, I might just go up to it actually and just get a feel for the place before I go on, on this run. So we initially sold 250 tickets, but I spoke to Vlad last night and he said they opened it back up for for some last-minute tickets, and apparently they sold, uh, another 50. So we've got about 300 people coming today, which is so exciting. Starts at 10. I think the doors are going to open at, um, about 9:30, and I'm gonna get a pip about 8:30. It's actually just starting to rain, but look at that domed ceiling. I mean, yes, I did some research It of course is an old church, so designed of course for exactly the work I'm doing. You know, God in the sense of the work I do of course is the universe, a larger consciousness system, it's the same thing really. So I think this is going to be the perfect, perfect venue for today's workshop. I know it sounds crazy, but I'm just gonna ground myself by just feeling the walls. Ah, there you go. Very cool. It's nice to just get a sense of the place. Look at that for a view. That's amazing. Beautiful that looks this morning. That was beautiful. I have no idea how long I ran for because I'm not wearing a watch or anything. I was just running around the city. You probably saw that cherry blossom that I went to yesterday, actually, with Corisande and Humphrey and George. Um, and I had to run back there. My hands are freezing, it's raining, but I just feel so grateful. Just got such an open heart that, you know, that I get to do this work. This was, this was such a dream. It's just such a dream to be able to travel and do work like this, and I think, I'm not gonna lie to you, it feels quite surreal. It feels a bit surreal that 300 people are coming to see me talk today. There's definitely imposter syndrome still, I'm not gonna lie. There's definitely the thought that creeps in, "Who am I?" You know, that never goes. But I, I think with the power of this work, I'm just very good now, of years of doing it, just watching it and just finding it quite funny. Um, but yeah, it's a dream. It's a dream come true. And I think it's the message, right, that look, if you're watching this video, you follow me, you know the formula, you know the work, you know this is real. But it really was a dream. It was a dream a few years ago. I was like, I wonder, I wonder what life could be like if we, if we have children. And can we travel the world with our children? And what would that be like? And how amazing would that be if we, we had a child or children that could adapt and travel with us and get to experience the world? Um, because prior to doing this work, in all honesty, you know, I didn't try— we didn't travel that much. And I think what's unique about doing events around the world is you get to to all these beautiful cities that you perhaps might not normally go to. Like, I went to Ghent in Belgium last September. I don't know whether that was ever anywhere that was ever on my radar before, yet it's one of those places that I have so many fond memories of. It was just so beautiful, those cobbled streets. You can definitely check out my Ghent vlog. And again, you know, Stockholm, Sweden, obviously you know, fully aware of it, but I don't know if it was ever somewhere particularly that was on my radar before doing this work, you know. And that's the beautiful thing, it's such a beautiful city, you know. The architecture is amazing, the food's great. We had— Karisann and I, we had, um, we had meatballs last night. I mean, you can't not have meatballs if you're in Sweden, can you? So plan of action now, it's, um, about quarter past 6. I'm gonna go back, I'm gonna spend some time with Corisande and Humphrey, and then I'm gonna get ready, and then I'm gonna have about an hour just by myself to just plug back in, just go back through today. I've already set the intention, so that's already done, but you know, just really feel the work and make sure I'm happy with everything— the music, the layout. And then I'm going to get to the venue for 8:30. I'm going to put this camera down, I'm going to give it to Corisande, she can get some footage, um, and then we'll piece it back together and we'll see what we, uh, what we get. The workshop's running until about 5, and then we're gonna probably go up for dinner, and then we have an early flight back tomorrow to Heathrow. Flight's at 7:40, so we're gonna have to leave here at like 5 AM. It's about a half an hour drive to the airport, and then yeah, and then get ready for, for the next event, which which is in about 3 weeks' time in Romania, Bucharest. It's the same format, similar number of people. I'll probably do another vlog. I haven't done one of these in so long— well, not so long, about 6 months— and I, I really do enjoy it. I hope you appreciate me just waffling, or I hope— I shouldn't say I hope you appreciate me waffling, I hope you don't mind me waffling, and I, I hope it's of somewhat valuable, perhaps. I know I quite like watching people just chatting rubbish, so maybe I'm just doing the same. So yeah, so there you go. Let's say goodbye to Stockholm for now anyway. Bye-bye, Stockholm, because I might not get to see you again properly. There you go. Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. I'm now heading to the venue. The event starts in an hour and a half. Um, the whole team got here about an hour ago to set up. And, um, yeah, I think I'm just shooting this to authentically tell you how I feel. Um, that's why I'm being silent. I'm just trying to sort of just tap in a sec. Yeah, there's not nerves. We all know what nerves are, right? And there's no nerves. I feel ready, I feel prepared. You know, it's excitement, it's excitement, it's excitement because Unity are just professionals at what they do. And I think there's definitely a massive, like, weight that's taken off your shoulders when it's not like your own event, because I think half of you, of course, is worrying about— or worrying, that's the voice, right? Worrying about the venue being set up properly and is everything in order. And when you've got, uh, and that's why I was so keen to partner with someone like Unity, because it's a co-creation and it means that you, um, you can just show up and just be ready. To do the work, and that's, that's what's so important. So here we go. People are already here. Doors open at 9:30 for it to start at 10. Of course, people are turning up to get ready, so I'm gonna put this away now. I'm gonna hand this probably over to Corisande, and I'll see you on the other side of it.
So this is very surreal. Our first event with Unity filled It's a whole room, 300 people. Very, very surreal. I've well and truly seen him stepping into that Matt Cooke's version of Matt Cooke that has, yeah, gone to the next level, which is pretty exciting. And I'm just watching it. I'm the observer watching it happen. Proud of you, proud of you, babe.
And I got emotional because I'm not here because of me. I'm here because of that man. And I came and met him, and I told him what to do, and he did it. And now I have the life, right? And equally, there's a future version of Matt that's living an even grander life perhaps. And he's only there because of me. So just remember that, that the future version of you is only there because of you. And in one of my darkest times, I did a meditation and I didn't have any guidance, just music. And I said, "I'm just gonna go and find Matt. I'm gonna go and find the version of Matt." 'already done it.' And I went and found him, and I walked into his life, and he told me how proud he was. And that's when I realized that he's there because of me. So that's a wrap. It is currently 7 PM. I am feeling— wow, let me just authentically just try and express how I feel. I feel On top of the world. I feel exhausted at the same time. I feel emotional. I just have this huge sense of just energy that's sort of all over me. 300 people, 10 till 6 PM, and it was magical. There's no other way about it. People were crying. I cried during a meditation. The energy in that room, it was spectacular. And you've probably seen some of the clips or some of the photos. That room Oh, the, the way it was architecturally designed. It was a church and there was this dome ceiling, and I did some research first about the building. And of course, it being a church, they wanted essentially people to, to be in there, um, sort of with their prayers. And that they, they actually are, um, they actually called it the Eye of Heaven. And the whole idea was that people's— people would send their prayers up through the eye of heaven. And obviously, you know, the, the, the, the sort of ground being the sort of very physical three-dimensional level, and then the sort of through the dome would be like the realm to, uh, the celestial. So I mean, you couldn't make up a better, a better venue, and it was just incredible. 4 blocks, um, 8 hours of coaching, ah, and now And now Kari-san and I are just about to have a drink and decompress, and then we're meeting the Unity team and we're going out for dinner. Um, and then I'll try and bring you along, and then we're going to leave here tomorrow morning at 4 AM for an early flight back. Um, just what an experience. And if you're watching this, if you haven't come to one of my events, definitely make sure you do if you can. My intention is to try and get all around the world, but the, the energy of what happens when people come together in a room. Collective intention is a very real thing. I'll probably give some final thoughts, uh, when I feel like I have my voice back slightly, but I just wanted to check in and also just look at how beautiful it is here this evening. So just walking to meet Koro-san now, and this is the hotel, and it's so beautiful with the cherry blossom. And there's Karsan over there actually. So we're going to meet for a drink and let's see where this evening takes us. This is very cool in here, isn't it? Look at this place. Very cool. Like a psychedelic vibe Thai restaurant. Very cool. This is the Unity crew. Tiffany, Karina. Hey, Vlad. Hey, hey, Coruscant. Coruscant. Looks great, doesn't it? Thank you very much. So what have we got here? We got some— oh, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you very much. This is great. I've got one of these and I should actually use it. Yeah, you should. Yeah.
Have you got an Osmo?
Yeah, yeah. All right, so that's a wrap on Stockholm. What a day! And as you just saw, that was the best experience in that authentic Thai restaurant. It was just so cool. If you're in Stockholm, um, definitely go and check that out. The food was incredible. And actually, even if you don't like Thai, just, just to be in there in that space was really, really cool. Um, but it's 10:30 now, we're back. We've got a super early start in the morning. So, just sort of, just taking a couple of minutes to reflect on today. I'm just so excited. I just feel so excited. Today was truly special. I feel truly grateful that people travel to come and see me speak. And I just feel so grateful to be part of Unity. And I'd highly recommend just being part of that ecosystem, not just for me, but just the amazing teachers that they work with. And excited for what's to come. You know, if you missed out on Stockholm, Then there's plenty more events that we're planning. I'm in Bucharest, Romania, in 3 weeks' time, 23rd of May. So I'm looking forward to that workshop. We've already got Barcelona in the diary for the first weekend in October, so we, we can confirm that pretty soon in terms of tickets. And we're also planning Lisbon or Copenhagen, uh, for end of October or early November. So that's, um, to be confirmed. And we're just going to plan on taking these events even further, making them even better, and helping even more people. And I'm just so excited. I really am excited. If you don't know, I'm going to be at the Manifest Festival in Newcastle in June, and then I've got a free month in July, and then of course I'm in New York for a retreat in August, and then I'm pretty much away every month after that. So there's going to be plenty of opportunities uh, to connect. Now, if you're somewhere where you'd love me to be, so perhaps it's somewhere like Canada or the US or even Australia or New Zealand, and you know of, uh, event partners, organizations, perhaps you're even connected in some way yourself, like, reach out and let me know. Because the great thing with working with someone like Unity, you know, they are, as you heard me say, they are professionals when it comes to events. So someone like myself and my team We really— our intention is just to focus on the work. We— I just want to be deep in the work, the learning, and it's great for me to partner with someone like Unity because that's what they do. They take care of the logistics, they take care of the planning of the events, and, you know, we're not an event company, so to speak, even though, of course, I'm going to be doing events around the world. It's just easier for our team logistically to partner, so If you know of any organizations or perhaps anything that comes to mind and you'd love this work to be in your country, then let us know. Um, but yeah, checking out now from this beautiful hotel, heading back to the room, gonna get an early night. And, uh, I hope you've enjoyed this vlog. I have no idea what it's going to turn out like. I'm going to put all the content together and hopefully it turns into a half-decent video, but at least I've put some together. Hopefully you've been able to experience a bit of Stockholm with me in the couple of days, and there's going to be plenty of content to come from the event as well. So thank you for watching. Thank you, thank you, thank you, and I'll see you in the next vlog soon.
Okay, so I definitely wasn't planning on doing this video here. I thought it was a wrap when I was in Stockholm, but I just have to share this with you to finish this, uh, this vlog. So today's day is Thursday the 30th of April, and we're about 4 days since the event. And I briefly explained in the clip before that I got emotional on stage. And if you follow me on social media, you'll probably know the story as well, but I have to share it with you here, and I have to share with you what's actually going on in my heart right now, in this center, which I've never ever felt this before. So I want you to imagine this: I'm on the stage, everyone's in front of me, and I'm about to lead a guided meditation. And this guided meditation is specifically designed to go and meet your future yourself. And I'm there on the stage, and what I really tried to do at this event, I set the intention to just surrender and allow the guidance and the wisdom to come through me. And I know I'm always best when I do that, and when I don't overthink it, and when I don't overscript it. So I know a rough structure for this meditation, of course, but I don't know the script. So I'm there, music plays, I'm on the stage, I get everyone to close their eyes, I close my eyes and I don't even know the next words that are going to come out of my mouth. I'm just going with whatever the wisdom tells me to say. But at the same time, I want you to imagine this: as the script is coming to me and I'm delivering it through the microphone with the music, I'm also doing the meditation, right? So two things are happening. And at this point in the meditation, I then, I then say to everyone, right now we're going to go meet our future self. The super version of ourself, the best version of ourself that exists in the field. And as I tell everyone to do that, and they all follow the script that's coming to me in the moment, I'm in the moment, I'm, I'm getting the script, saying the script, and I'm also visualizing. And now I'm also seeing this future version of Matt. And in the moment, right, I have this overwhelming, like, feeling that is very hard to describe that just comes towards me. Because obviously I'm sat elevated above 300 people, and I know I can just sense that these people are getting emotional as they think about their future self. And this emotion that's pouring from their hearts is just pouring straight to me, right? And I'm just trusting it, and I'm finding it hard in this moment to even like hold it together. And I'm not an emotional person, but I could feel my voice breaking with the emotion, right? It's not even my emotion at this point, it's their emotion. So we're there and we're doing this meditation and we're all seeing our future self as the script's coming to me in real time. And then something extraordinary happened. To the left of me, I was aware that a younger version of Matt was here. So I want you to imagine this. Here I am in the present moment, script's coming to me. I'm also aware of a future version of Matt that I'm tuning into, and I'm now also aware of a younger version of Matt. And when I say younger, I'm on about a version of me that existed like a year or so ago, a couple of years ago. And when I realized in that moment what— and I'm thinking this, the awareness is there as I'm saying the script in real time, right? I don't even understand how that's even happening. I'm just so proud of that Matt, that younger Matt, because I realized he could have chosen any timeline and he chose a timeline specifically where his future version was on stages around the world doing this work in person. And I was just so proud of him because I realized in that moment the reason I was there on that stage was because of him, right? We come out of this meditation like everyone's sort of lost for words, like we just almost have to sit for a moment. And then just this emotion came right over me and I, I broke down on, on stage. It was completely authentic, complete, completely pure. And I just said, look, you know, just remember— and this was the insight in the moment— that the only reason we are where we are is because of that younger version of ourself that made those choices. I'm not where I am because of me. I'm where I am because of that younger version of Matt that made those decisions, right? And equally, that future version of Matt that I saw in that meditation, who's taking this work even further around the world, he, he is not there because of him. He is there because of me and the decisions I'm about to make right now. So anyway, we wrapped up the day. I was sort of— I was a bit dazed actually in the last clip. I didn't really quite know how to put it into words. I was exhausted and I definitely wasn't processing it properly. And then I did do a video on social media, but look, it's Thursday, the event finished on Saturday, and all I can— the only way I can describe it to you is that right now there is just like a feeling that is just projecting outside of my heart. And it's the, it's the oddest feeling. It's, it's sort of like a nice feeling. And because I wear a Whoop, which obviously tracks all my metrics, especially like my heart rate and my HRV, my heart rate variability. I just thought it'd be interesting to just see whether it's not a component of like stress, for example. I definitely know I'm not stressed, but could something have triggered it? Let me just have a look at the metrics. That's why I wear my Oura Ring. That's why I wear my Whoop, just, just to check it out, right? And I knew it was nothing to do with stress. I knew it was nothing that knocked me out of co—
in—
out of coherence. Coherence is balance. I knew that it was the opposite. There was this collective love from this room. It's done something to my heart. It's cracked me wide open, right? And I look at my HRV, and my HRV score has gone through the roof in a good way since Saturday. The data's gone up. And HRV, when you're— when your score goes up, you want a good score because it it tracks the spaciousness between the beat and the general rhythm. And of course, if you've got an erratic heartbeat that's beating really fast, it's working— it's having to work faster and harder to sort of, you know, get blood around your body. But when there's more of the spaciousness and the more order between, it shows that you're in a coherent state. And that's exactly what the Whoop is telling me, that my HRV score is in a state of coherence. My nervous system is completely balanced. I didn't do that, right? That was the energy in that room. And I always knew intellectually the power of collective intent, and I've spoken in front of a lot of other people, but it's the first time I've held a workshop at that level with that amount of people, right? I've held workshops before, but not to 300 people, and we haven't gone as deep as I went, as I went on Saturday. And I'm just sharing it. I'm sharing it. If anyone watches this back, I know it's going to be a future Matt, and I'm just documenting it because as we speak right now, there is this beat, there is this, there is just this. Yeah, hard to, hard to describe.
So look, thanks for watching this vlog.
Um, I can't wait to meet you in person. Always make sure you check my links to see where the next, um, in-person event is going to be because I You need to feel this feeling. There is a feeling in the room when people come together.
There is a feeling.
And it's amazing. I'll see you in an event soon. Thanks for watching.
