Teachers can assign a guest code to guest presenters to access their VIVI classroom. To assign a guest code, log into the VIVI app and join your room. From the top right corner select the third icon from the left. A pop up will appear. Slide the bar to select the duration of guest access from 30 minutes to 24 hours. Once the duration is determined, select Create Guest Code. A four character code will appear on the teacher's screen. This code will need to be provided to the guest in order for them to join the VIVI room. This code will not be listed elsewhere so it is advised to write the code down. The guest will need to be connected to the school network and log into the VIVI app as a guest where they will be asked to enter the guest code and their name. The guests will be able to access the intended VIVI classroom and all available features for guests needing access for longer periods of time or needing access to multiple rooms. Guest access can be managed and created within vivicentral by an IT administrator.
