New: Device Alerts from Vivi

Schools are constantly in motion. Classes starting, bells ringing, students moving, staff shifting between duties. Everyone in different rooms on different schedules, focused on what matters in that moment and whether it is a drill or a real emergency. One thing matters most. Reaching every person in time. That is why we created Device Alerts, a standalone solution that makes safety impossible to miss. Instead of relying on the classroom display, alerts now reach the one place every staff member is guaranteed to see their own device, no matter where they are. The moment an alert is triggered, every screen responds full screen immediately and with a single click, staff confirm they have seen it. Schools gain real time visibility of who is safe and who still needs support. Device Alerts is fast to roll out, simple for staff, and effortless for it. No new hardware, no disruption, just stronger, broader, more reliable coverage across every school site. Because safety should never depend on being in the right room at the right time, device Alerts make safety unmissable for everyone everywhere. Talk to a VIVI specialist to learn more.
