Vivi Whiteboard

This is a YouTube video titled "Vivi Whiteboard" created in June 2025, providing a detailed instructional overview of the features and tools available in the Vivi app's whiteboard functionality for teachers and students. The content explains how to use various annotation tools, navigation options, and sharing capabilities within the whiteboard environment.
Teachers and students have access to vivi's whiteboard. To launch the whiteboard, select the Whiteboard icon from the VIVI app. The whiteboard opens in an edge to edge format for a full screen effect. At the top are various navigational tools. The Back button can be used to return to the main page of the VIVI app. The Shrink button allows you to exit full screen mode. Clicking on the Present My Screen button will begin sharing the whiteboard to the classroom display. Once sharing, extra buttons will appear which will allow you to stop sharing or pause the classroom display. You can also begin using the Share Screen timer. The toolbar in the lower part of the screen contains different annotation tools. By selecting a tool, more options will appear. The selector allows you to select items already inserted and move or resize them. The Pen tool has three thickness options and the ability to select different colors. You can add additional colors by using the plus icon and choosing your color of choice. The highlighter, like the pen, has three thickness options and the ability to select different colors using the plus icon. With the Shapes tool, you can draw a variety of shapes including circles, rectangles and triangles. You can also choose different border and fill colors. The Text tool can be used to type text into the whiteboard in different sizes and colors. The Eraser allows you to click on individual items and erase them from the whiteboard. The Background button allows you to customize the background of your whiteboard with a pre made template. Or you can use the Add Image button to load an image from your device as the background to annotate. You can also select the Add PDF button to load a PDF file from your device. If loading a PDF file with multiple pages, all pages will become available as individual backgrounds which you can then select from. Then choose to apply the background to all boards or the current individual board. Undo allows you to undo the last change made to the whiteboard. Redo allows you to add back the last item removed from the whiteboard. Clicking the Trash can will clear all content from the current board. Selecting the Show All Boards button will let you add or remove boards from your whiteboard. You can have up to 50 boards. Once new boards have been inserted, you can navigate between them using the gray arrows on either side of the display. More Options allows you to access additional functions. You will be able to copy each whiteboard to your clipboard or save each whiteboard to your device or to a cloud storage service. From this menu you can also choose to clear all boards. If screen sharing, you will have the option to launch an assessment or poll. The arrow on the far right of the toolbar will allow you to move. Minimize the appearance of the toolbar on the whiteboard. It is important to note that both teachers and students have access to the same tools in the whiteboard to work independently on their own device.
