How to Log In to the Vivi Web App

If you or another user decide not to or aren't able to download the VIVI app to a particular device, the option to access the VIVI app online is available. Any user, teacher, student, or other presenters can log in through the web version from the device. Open a web browser, type App VIVI IO in the search bar and hit Enter. You may be presented with a screen to select your organization. This is usually your school or district name. Select this to move to the login screen. The main login page will appear on the login screen. You will notice your organization at the top. If the organization listed is not correct, you will need to select the green link to switch Organization. Once you see the correct organization, click Login. Enter your credentials, select Login. You may be presented with an end user license agreement. If so, select I Agree to continue once logged in. The next screen allows you to access the available buildings and rooms with a VIVI connected. Depending on how your organization is set up, there may be some differences in how your screen appears. Use the drop down arrow to locate your school, then locate your classroom by scrolling through the options. Select the Classroom and then double click or select Join. You can favorite your classroom by clicking the star icon to allow for faster access to your VIVI classroom in the future. You are now logged in to the VIVI Classroom web app.
