In this video, we'll be looking at how to run an update through the VIVI Devices Web console. This is done if needing to update an individual device, especially if the device is currently not connected to the network. To run the update, ensure the firmware file is saved to your device. The latest firmware file can be found@viviio Downloads Connect to the VIVI Devices Web Console if you are unsure how to do this, watch our other video on connecting to a VIVI Devices Web Console. In the left hand menu, select Manual Update. On the update page, select Choose File to browse for the saved firmware file. Once selected, VIVI will automatically check, upload and install the firmware onto the device. This process can take several minutes, however, on screen information will let you know how the update is progressing.
