Media uploaded for use in Signage can be arranged into playlists in order for them to be played in succession through Vivi Signage. To create or manage playlists, select the dropdown next to Signage from the left hand menu, then select Playlist. To start, select Create Playlist in the upper right. In the pop up, enter a name, then select Create. Choose Media items to be inserted, then select Add to Playlist. On the next page you will be shown the duration of individual items. To change how long items are shown on screen, toggle the checkbox next to the item to change, then select Item Duration. Adjust the time, then select Set Duration. Choose Save to save changes. To add additional items, select Add Content. You can insert additional media items or use the upper menu to choose Additional Content. Widgets allow you to include a range of different pre made widgets into the playlist. To insert, select the widget, then choose Configure. Complete the settings shown, then select Add to Playlist. Playlists allow you to include other playlists that have already been created. To insert, select the playlist, then choose Add to Playlist. Templates allow you to include pre made slides that are to be edited for use. To insert, choose the template style. You will then be redirected to the template editor where you can adjust the content of the template. Once done, select Save and Close to Add to the playlist. Once created, edits can be made by selecting Playlists in the left hand menu, then selecting the playlist name. Once the playlist has been created, it can be scheduled to play through Signage.
