Efficiently notifying your entire class of important information is simple with the Message Class feature in vivi. From the VIVI app homepage, select Message Class to start a new message. Select New Message, type your message, and add any relevant links within the space. When the message is complete, select Send Message. A notification will appear that your message has been sent to the class. Students will receive an indication in their VIVI app when a message has been received. Students can access the message by selecting the Message Class icon. Any links received will be active and the student will be able to click on the link to go directly to the intended website. Teachers can choose New Message to send an additional message to the class, or select Clear to eliminate an existing message from the app and all notifications.
