Vivi Central

Welcome to Vivi Central, the cloud based platform in which all things VIVI are managed. Upon logging in to VIVI Central, the first thing you see is your dashboard. The VIVI Central dashboard provides a snapshot of your VIVI deployment, giving you a look at VIVI activity and usage. Vivi Central is also where you can configure your vivi's. Here we show how to configure power management for multiple devices at once. Under Devices, select Configure Devices, then select the devices you are configuring. Here we set each device to power on your displays each school day at 7:30 in the morning and off at 4:30 in the afternoon. Likewise, you can handle bulk firmware updates remotely from vivicentral. As we show here, you or your team no longer need to visit each room and update devices one by one to create new VIVI rooms. Navigate to the Organization section and select Rooms. You can customize the settings for each room according to your needs for that space. To check on any performance issues related to your network, navigate to the Metrics section. Click on Network Stats to view your network performance by location. This lets you begin troubleshooting performance issues related to your network without even stepping foot in the room. Click back to the Devices section to view WI FI stats by device. Finally, because we know it's critically important for education solutions to work together, we make sure our software integrates with the tools you are already using at vivi. Reducing the workload and minimizing frustration for technology teams is a priority. Talk to a VIVI specialist to explore the power of VIVI Central in more detail.
