VIVI Central is vivi's cloud based administration portal. From here, IT administrators can customize and control the VIVI fleet. To log into VIVICentral, visit admin.vivi Enter the email address and password provided to you. If you were not provided a password, select Forgot your password, then enter the email address linked to your account. This will send an email to your nominated email address with a link to reset your password. When logging in, you may be presented with a list of organizations to choose from. If you manage multiple organizations, choose the organization you want to access to continue. Once logged in, you will be taken to the organization's homepage. This shows a snapshot of the organization, including how many rooms have been used this month how many VIVI devices are currently online how many signage schedules are currently running A summary of the version number your VIVI devices An overview of the presentation hours in your schools over the last six months A summary of which app version your users are on within vivicentral, you can use the left hand menu to navigate through vivicentral. You can use the dropdowns next to menu items to see further options. Vivicentral will typically keep you logged in even if you close your browser. If you are on a share computer, we recommend logging out of vivicentral. To log out, select your name in the upper right hand corner, then choose Sign Out.
