Welcome to vivi. In an emergency, VIVI puts clear action based alerts in front of students and staff using your existing displays. Let's say an unauthorized individual steps onto your school grounds. You want to put the entire school on notice. From within the VIVI app you can trigger an emergency alert by clicking the Emergency icon in the top right corner. Choose what locations are impacted by the emergency and click Confirm. Next, choose the appropriate appropriate alert. Confirm again and the alert appears on every connected display throughout your school. The alert provides clear, actionable instructions that everyone can follow and remain on the screens until the emergency is over and the alerts canceled. Alerts can be customized based on location or room, which can be particularly helpful for emergencies requiring evacuations. And while alerts can be triggered within vivi, our API integration with leading emergency management systems allow the alert to display automatically when an emergency is initiated in them.
