Body via live video, creating a human connection at scale. In this example, our principal wants to address the entire school from her laptop. From the Vivi app, she clicks announcements, then add room. She selects announcements, announcement, groups, and chooses entire school. Once she's ready, she clicks the Start button and starts her message throughout the school. Displays indicate a video announcement is about to begin before switching to the principal's live video. For more routine communications, such as calling a student to the front office for early pickup, text announcements allow staff to send a message without interrupting the class. Select messages, then choose where you want it to display. In this example, we only want our message to display in Alex's classroom. Once added, we type our message, set a duration, and send it on its way. In the classroom, the message appears on the screen while the lesson continues with minimal disruption. Like what you see.
