Hello everyone, thank you for joining in for our weekly Prime webinar for Monday. So let's get started, and this is the series which we have been conducting for a while. And in this series, the idea is it's open for everyone, whether you are a part of the community or not. It's open for public. Citizen Architecture Program is a part of that. We are covering it. So here what we are doing is, uh, in this entire series, if you missed out any other things, you can always watch those recordings in the YouTube. And we have a 7-day, 7-series. Monday we talk about Workforce Monday, all about HR topics. Tuesday we talk about revenue. Tuesday is all about customer experience and revenue transformation topic, lead to opportunity. Workstream. On Wednesday, we conduct, um, finance topics. We talk about financial transformation record report stream. On Thursday, we talk about all about procurement. If you're a procurement professional, this is relevant for you. And Fridays, we do have conducting sessions on the Supply Chain Friday, all about supply chain management, manufacturing, logistics professionals, what is going on in the market, technology agnostic, product agnostic topics. Then on Saturday, we primarily focus on entire enterprise business transformation focusing on enterprise architecture, business architecture, that segment part of it. Then on Sunday we go on inner transformations, all about identity, leadership, and all those power skills we talk about. So in this way, 7 days, 7 themes, and we continuously do that activity for all of you. And in case you have missed out, you— I recommend to go to the YouTube channel, and in the YouTube you will be finding the details part of it here. Go to my YouTube channel. If you have not subscribed, liked, and you just go there and you subscribe to channel, and inside that you have a playlist, you have courses, and you will be finding those details directly there. So you go here, Dr. Niladri Bihari Nayak. This is my channel, and in this you go here, and currently we are going, we are live here. You can see that, and this is the place you can find out those courses. And playlist you will be finding here predominantly, and we are actually having conducting time to time lot of sessions, and you will be finding those playlist as well here, right? And inside this, if you go, you have a Transformation Saturday series, Procurement Thursday, Finance Wednesday, right? In this way, you will be getting the entire series. Workforce Monday is the series. In this entire playlist, you can find already four fifty sessions already you have conducted. Today is the fifth session. Sessions today we are conducting. So this is the Workforce Monday playlist. You can always bookmark it and all the new topics, anything new is coming up in the world and we are introducing that and we are talking about those topics on a regular basis. Okay, so that's how. And, uh, now today we are going to cover up a new topic very close to my heart today again. So being a developer earlier, I started my career as an ABAP, SAP ABAP developer, which you might be knowing. And later point of time I moved to SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, then Enterprise Architect, then further story goes on. Then today we'll be focusing more of the things regarding future of work point of view. And there is a common trend now you'll be finding is something called forward deployed jobs. Okay, so it is actually started forward deployed developer, then forward— now we are seeing, we will be seeing forward deployed architect, forward deployed consultant, right? What is the meaning of it? First of all, we'll try to understand. Then we will be going decoding each layer by layer. Okay. So these are three forward deployed roles today we'll be focusing, and that will be starting with FDA, FDD, FDC. Okay. So these are three things we're talking about: FDA, which is a forward develop deployed developer. We will start with forward deployed developer. Then we will be going to FDA. Then we will be going to FDC. Okay, so first of all, we try to understand this first, then we will be going in detail part of it. Okay, so now before we go there, we will be doing a little bit of research, and for that I'll prefer to go to my, my another deep research tool called Perplexity. And inside that, we will be trying to search here. So let's say, what is the forward deployed role and how it is relevant? What is forward deployed roles? Like forward deployed developer, forward deployed architect, forward deployed consultant. Why it is trending? Why now? Okay, and also give me a point of view and in details about it. Okay, so let's see that we will be doing a deep research here and we will be choosing deep research and let's see what it is coming up. Okay, and also I'll be asking question. How it is different from a traditional developer roles from a consulting organization or SI partner? Is it focusing on directly in the are they part of the direct client organization like GCCs and all or something else? So let's see that. So meanwhile, it will be doing its research. We will be looking at some statistics from other you know. Okay, okay. So now a lot of advertisement also happening. You can see that for our deploy FD AI course, okay, for our diploma engineer program. Many other organizations also have started this thing. FD Academies, okay, India's top FD program. This is a training, by the way, okay. If you're a developer and if you are an architect, okay, So you can look forward to this kind of a role. It is very much trending these days for a deployed engineer, right? So what does it actually meaning of it? We will try to understand, then we will be going about it. Okay, so you can see that there are FDE, FDE. So there are actually, they are embedded, they are saying that what kind of roles. Okay, so first of all, we will be going to Reddit. Okay, let's see what is coming up because this is where exactly people talk about it in the career workspace and all, right? And, uh, I think this is, uh, yeah, so on-site customer engineer. Okay, many times people calling it on-site engineer, developers with consulting experience, solution architects, or normal social skills. Okay, so you need to have everything. It is not like only developer, you are knowing coding and all. Okay, so you have to have all the skills here. Okay, so this is what, uh And they are looking for. And if you go to any of this kind of a job role, so now people have started their program. Edtech companies, they are very good in that. Okay, so you can see the Deloitte, you know, paper also. You will be looking at— maybe we will look into this. This is easy to read. Okay, Forbes, Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, everywhere they are actually talking about this. Okay, it's the talk of the town now. Okay, so now if you go here, so Deloitte paper, if you go here, so what they talk about we will see here first. Okay, so let me see if there is a paper. Forward Deploy Engineer Model. Okay, announcing Deloitte Forward Deploy Engineering. So they've already started this practice. Okay, I can see that. Okay, and why organization use escaping the pilot budgetary? Many corporate AI projects fail because disconnected proof of concept embedding engineers bridges the gap between software potential and enterprise deployment. So why is happening directly? People are deployed in the client side and they are actually getting it done. Okay, so this is what exactly, um, you know, people are actually going in this direction. Okay, so they are— by the way, some of the organizations are already leading in this category, and you will be finding that this is a recent paper only, I can see this, this month only. So they have global system integrated to deliver a Salesforce forward deployed engineering engagement, right? So it will be— it's all about marketing, okay? But still, there is a concept, is not very new, but the way it is going in So you can see that the delivery team and everything. So you can see the Deloitte paper in this website. For our deployed engineering is a core delivery model for enterprises AI. That means unless and until the solution is delivered, people are not leaving. So consulting is different, but the thing is here, you know, they are actually directly deploying the entire delivery side of it at the clients. And the client also might be having their own engineer, own You know, so detail part of it on in-house engineer. Okay, so it is not restricted to that. It should be coming from an SI partner or a consulting company. Okay, you can see those papers are here and couple of papers here also you'll be finding here. FDE also you can see that, uh, budgie jobs they're saying, uh, you know, embed with your client organizer to help customize solutions such as building and tuning the agentic workflows. That's with the client's particular needs. I've heard people who are wondering new about FDE since OpenAI stands for FDE within the client organization. So this is all exactly, uh, it's, uh, they are saying it's a pioneer about 2 decades ago at Palantir. Okay, so directly to the location, the world, all of these things. Okay, so they need soft skill also. Okay, it's not like that they will be only developer or engineer or architect. They need communication skills, business skills. These are equally important. You can see, okay, only knowing coding is not enough. Only knowing configuration is not enough today, okay? You have to have communication skills, business skills, strategics. Those things are really, really important with AI coming in, right? If you are only a SI engineer and looking only for— the days are gone, okay? So to stay equivalent, to stay current in the market and all, these are the must-have Okay, communication skills and all of these things, whatever you are looking at, right? Okay, so it's, um, all of things the trend is happening like this. Okay, so you can see this is one of the trend here. Okay, meanwhile we are looking at for a deployed engineer. Okay, this is a roadmap, some of the organization they're talking about. So for any specific, very specific thing. Okay, so you should be having all the technical skills, DevOps skills, between customer delivery and field skills. This is actually for more important. Okay. These things can be easy. You can learn from anywhere. Okay, so your DevOps, AI engineer, DSA, Linux— these are all hard skills, right? So once you, once you have those skills, definitely you should be having— these are the skills which are really, really important for you, like customer delivery and field skills. Okay, discovery, workshop, scoping skill, business acumen. Okay, communication, requirement gathering, technical scoping, trade-offs, scope, speed, quality, technical writing. Okay, product management point of view. So you should have stakeholder management, product feedback loop. Okay, all of these things are really, really important here. Okay, and this is what exactly I will say the forward deployed engineer do, or forward deployed developer do, right? And here also you can see a lot of things, a lot of papers. I will say that recommend go through any of this paper. Okay, and you can have a look into this, right? What exactly These papers are saying, and you can have a look into this. Meanwhile, we'll be going to Perplexity. Let's see what exactly it has brought in. Okay, so yeah, so you can see that deployed roles are embedded outcome owning engineers, the architects and consultants who sit inside the customer engagement own the real-world result. Okay, continuously feed patterns back into your platform methods training. They have now positions your academic clients for AI-native platform-centric That traditional dev roles are not designed to handle. So traditional development roles, they were not able to handle all of these things. So this is why exactly this deployed engineer, we are saying that, okay, it's a deployed developer is equal to forward development engineer or customer embedded builder who ships and maintains production solution in the customer's environment, not just prototype and design. Okay, prototypes, 70%, 75% prototypes are failing. They are very good tools Business object is the outcome-oriented. It is not like three to six months you have been deployed, your job is gone, job is done. So then you are coming back. It's not like that. It's more of a you are taking the if you are a deployed architect, you will be taking the entire ownership. Okay? Similarly, a deployed consultant, whether you are a part of HR, finance, customer experience, and operations and all. So you have to have a business facing role. And who will be again saving your transformation narratives? You are facilitating all the trade-offs, whatever is happening. You are connecting with the executive, okay? And they are— whatever their intent, you are able to understand that intent, and you are actually changing that, your platform capabilities and architecting that way, okay? So this is what exactly it has emerged a lot, and, uh, you will be finding the difference actually. So I would like to understand this most important part. So deploy developer architect, how it is different from a traditional consulting and SI developer? So traditionally, even if it is happening in a consulting space and SI developer, they are very much oriented to feature. Okay, so they are more of a feature delivery against the design provided by the others. Okay, but deployed engineer or deployed architect, so for a deployed architect, they are primarily accountable for production outcome-oriented customer environment, architectural coherence, whatever. Here it's not like a feature delivery That you have to suppose you're implementing an SAP project, you are done with a configuration, you are done with the 5-7 steps, with 30-40 steps in a particular methodology, then you are done, right? So it's not about the release and all, rather you need an outcome. So that is what exactly the deployed engineer, they do it. GCC product developer, what they do, they are actually more of internal, okay, products and platforms or parent organization, they do that. But this is a thin line of a difference among all of these things. Okay, so this is what exactly, um, your deployed point of view, scope point of view. Deployed developer, deployed engineer, and architect, they will be owning the entire design thing part of it. Okay, but from a traditional consulting side, they will be focusing on specific components within the defined solution, a part of it. Okay, so this is what exactly, um, you will be having. Okay, and so So there is a start and growing trend in among the organizations. Okay, so this is themselves, I say, forward deployed also usually part of the platform or a product of a forward deployed engineering architecture organization, even though the physical is sitting within the customer space. Okay, so there can be also entities within the global corporations. So depends, I can say a lot of scenarios are there. Okay, and you can see that. So that is a trend actually at present happening. A lot of jobs are also coming up in this space, people especially who are developer architect, solution architect, and all those things. Okay, so maybe we'll be having a follow-up question like why this job is trending now. It is not a very new thing, uh, what, why? Okay, you can see that. Let's see that why it is trending. So there are some reasons. So you will be seeing some of the sources also. You'll be finding here some of the sources, uh, like they have given Forward Deployed Engineer, why it is practicing. Okay, you can see SAP also has a role like in some of the space in Principal Forward Deployed Architect. Okay, you can see. So if you see SAP's this particular role, Forward Deployed Architect, T4 role. Okay, and you can see what kind of a job roles. Ownership, I was talking about owning the end-to-end architecture. Architecture you cannot escape. So for the reason we are highly focused on Architecture learning, or any kind of complex enterprise AI program discovery through the production. Okay, and you are leading the entire entire solution architecture covering agents, RAG, KG, MCP, MGA, multi-agent systems, enterprise integration, cloud native everything. Okay, and architect is able to architect AI platform using all of these things: Kubernetes hyperscaler, Enterprise Integration Services, AI Core, BTP. You have able to define reference architecture, reusable frameworks, golden paths, engineering standards, governance, governance models. Okay, also the soft skill side of it, you should be able to technical discovery works of architectural review, executive solution presentations. It's not about technical only, you can see it's a mix of all kind of roles. Okay, this is a Singapore-based role. I can see that SAP has recently published last couple of days back And end to end, you can see they are guiding engineering teams across multiple customer engagements while mentoring senior engineers and architects. This is a senior level role. You are able to drive the security, observability, performance, compliance, operational excellence, and AI solutions, influencing product teams, providing architectural feedback from customer implementation, identifying innovation opportunities, and establishing new technical capability for the deployed engineering organization. This is what exactly the product from Product-based company like SAP has posted a job. Okay, this is for a principal forward deployed architect. Okay, so forward deployed architect FDA. Right. So this is what exactly the experience jobs looks like and these kind of an experience they're looking for. Okay, and very many things are you already know. Right. But you can see this is a good example of forward deployed architect role. Okay, what exactly the roles, responsibilities, like end-to-end. Even by 10 years, you should be knowing heavily because they are actually looking for somebody who is a 10+ year of experience in software engineering, enterprise architecture experience with significant customer-facing delivery. It is not like an back office job. It's, uh, you must be having those kind of a client-facing role, those kind of stuff, right? And similarly, if you go for any of the similar roles, let's say I will talk about, uh, how do I deploy a consultant? Let me see if any jobs They are in the forward deployed consultant. If it is architect is there, by the way, we have seen. And is there any consulting role we are having it? Let's see. Forward deployed consultant. The hybrid professional, yes, it is there. Salesforce lecture, I think they are forward deployed consultant, senior consultant. Okay. For this, okay, you can see this kind of a role, right? These are training roles. Do not get confused with him. But what is the expectation from this role? You can try to understand, okay? You can see for our deployed consultant senior. It is Salesforce, but you can. I am not surprised if this kind of roles is even Success Factor or any Oracle Workday. They also are bringing in this kind of a role. So you can see this kind of a role is there in the agent force operations. And what is the description? If you see. Talk about the description. See, it said the interaction of customer engagement and platform innovations. Customer engagement responsible for designing the entire consulting. Okay, you can see that, right? And you are also able to understand owning the roadmap, feature lifecycle, scalable process. Okay, not limited to configurations, by the way. You can see the— you're owning the roadmap, solution ownership, identifying operational inefficiency, manual process. So that you can do an automation on that. Okay, before the client says, you should be knowing, finding the scope yourself. Okay, feature the lifecycle for specific component, for discovery through the launch and iteration, entire blueprint balancing strategic direction and foundational execution needs. This is from a roadmap point of view. From a blueprint design, very similar thing. I'm not going to read out, but you can see that directly with AI agents, validate testing, everything end to end. You should be having a role of prior experience in product management, business analyst, those solution consulting, those kind of a role. Okay, and these are what exactly they're looking for: familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem, network effects, Lean, Six Sigma, everything they're looking for. You can see, and also they have a specific domain knowledge also. If you're having a supply chain and financial service sector, sectoral knowledge, that is also good. Okay. Nowadays people are actually expecting a lot. You can see this is a kind of a role, it's a kind of mix of lot of things, okay? Whether it's analyst or a domain expertise, you need a soft skill, hard skills, a lot of things, okay? They have asked for it, okay? But this is what exactly this kind of a role is, a perfect example of a forward deployed consultant. So I will be putting this some of the examples in our mind map so that you can understand and you can have a look into this in our mind map. Okay, so this mind map link will be available for everyone so that you can watch it. Okay, check it out. So forward engineer, forward deployed consultant, I told you, right? So the example which is we have seen it, like you are typically more often not only limited to consulting, but it's more than that. Okay, so I will put in the link here so that whenever you go to this thing, you will be able to find that thing. Okay, so this is the link I have attached here in Include this, so you can go here. When you go to the forward deployed consultant, you can just check the JD job description. It is related to Salesforce, but tomorrow it can be SuccessFactors, it can be Workday, it can be Oracle because it's a trend going on forward deployed consultant. Okay, so you can see what kind of it's not only a consultant. You are looking for multiple different you know expertise skills in the same consultant. They are naming it as a forward deployed consultant. Okay. And for our deployed architect point of view also, I will be adding the same job description which you have seen for the SAP, and that is also very unique example of your particular role. So actually, I'm just checking in where exactly it went. Ah, forward deployed engineer. This is about the one. Uh, this is, I think, forward deployed Okay, so let me go there. Let me— I'm opening some verticals. Okay, anyway, I'm repeating once again for our deployed architecture. Okay, so this is the forward deployed architect. I'm putting the link here and you will be finding the link inside the mind map itself. Let me paste the link here. I'm adding the link here so that you can check it out here. Okay, so now we understood 2 parts of it: forward deployed architect, forward deployed consultant. Okay, so now we will be moving towards the forward deployed developer or engineer. Right, so this is very common now. So we have seen the 2 roles, one from SAP, one from Salesforce. For consultant, we have seen the Salesforce example, and for the forward deploy architect, we have seen the SAP example. What kind of roles coming in? Forward deploy developer, let's go. Forward deploy developer. Okay, so let's see that. See who are hiring for foreign employed developer. Okay, so our engineer. This is a nice blog also. You can see that forward deployed software engineer. There is a Palantir blog. You can have a look into this, and it is a training. You can see that how to become a forward deployed engineer. A lot of videos are coming in these days, and if you find here, and a couple of jobs is well always later. You can see that they day in the life of a Palantir forward deployed software engineer. Okay, so you'll be finding here what? So let me show you. Sorry, let me go here. Ha! This is the ball. This is a blog. I can see. Okay, anyway, so I will go there. Okay, yeah, Day in the Life of a Palantir Forward Deployed Software Engineer. So this is a very good blog, and what they do, you can see. This is a nice picture. Customers are here, and you are the FDE here for a deployed engineer. Okay? And these are the different platforms. Okay? So for a deployed software engineer, FDSC and existing software platforms are here. Okay? So FDSC forward deployed software engineer. Okay? And what they do, you can see is an FDSC similar to concept and no. I think one of the things different from the consultants is how technically creative we can hire a delivery solution quickly. FDSE, products of Foundry and Gotham, they are ready-to-build playgrounds. They can do a lot of things. They can pull most of these together out of the box, meaning we don't need to reinvent the wheel for each customer and spend years creating a patchwork solution. Instead, we can focus on composing the right architecture of features and whipping up new secret sauce to supercharge the users. How? Always creating software makes the customer more uniquely able to do their jobs. Okay, so why did you choose? So this is the kind of things they are talking about. Okay, so I will recommend to go through this. Okay, mix of autonomy and unpredictability in the role. Okay, so you can work on multiple projects, multiple depending on your interest. Okay, with the support incredibly sensitive, important. Okay, all of this. This is a very, very good blog, I will say. I will be putting the link here also. Typical day in the life, designing, writing, testing workflow. Work is very similar, but the thing is they are more in-depth, okay, and client-centric, outcome-oriented, okay. So directing focus is challenging at times given the case. So this is not exactly consistent. Identify the most valuable thing to be working on regarding my expertise. Okay, all of these things. To wrap up things, what advice to you for a technical perspective? Learn to work with systems architecture, code bases you're not familiar with, so and so. And learn a lot of things— microservice architecture, product-specific architecture. Okay, so this is good. Yeah, I think this is a very good blog by Palantir. Okay, you can see that. So similarly, if you go here, some of the additionals. So job roles also you can see. This is OpenAI hiring. Okay, this is from OpenAI, by the way, and they are hiring a foreign deployed engineering in San Francisco. Okay, and what exactly they're looking for? Collaboration is the key here, and they are following a hybrid, okay? And embed deeply with the strategy. This is very, very common for every forward-deployed engineer. We can see that you should be a design architect, develop full-stack solution using experiment-driven iterative approach, okay? Prepare detailed scopes of work, project planning, both proof of concept or full production deployment, work on hands-on With clients team, collaborate with product research, apply teams, all of these things. Continue, contribute all of these things. Okay, this is the way you can see that in details they're given everything, right? So this is the salary also. You can see that the range of salary for 7+ year of experience. Okay, and yeah, this is very nice. Okay, you can see and you can apply. Okay, so this is what exactly I was looking at. So there are a lot of opportunities. This is again an example of a forward-deployed software engineer I'm talking about, right? So you can simply fill it up and GitHub link, everything you can put it here, right? This is how a typical job— okay, and yeah, so this one actually I can put it as an example. Of a forward deployed engineer, and this is a job from directly from OpenAI. Okay, so from OpenAI, this is the kind of a job they're offering, and you can think about it. Okay, so what are the specialty in this? Okay, so I'm putting this as a mind inside the mind map. Then I'll do any quick recap on this whatever we've discussed. So I'll put the link here so that you can check it out. Okay, so I know over a period of time these jobs may get filled and you may not be getting a chance to look into this. So what we can do, we can copy paste the roles responsibility, what they are exactly having it. This is for OpenAI so that you can future you can aware look into this what exactly they were looking. For this particular job. Okay, so thanks for reminding that. I know, so you just— I will put the JD here so that you are understanding what exactly they are looking for in this particular role. Okay, and I will be putting here in the notes section. So forward deploy developer. Okay, so you can see here what kind of roles they're looking for. So same goes with your other roles also. The Salesforce was for a deployed consultant, okay? So this is from a Salesforce point of view. We will be putting this one so that you can easily understand what are they looking for. This is a forward deployed consultant role, and similarly forward deployed architect role which you're looking from SAP point of view. So that also we will be utilizing for our reference. This is a forward deployed architect. I think this is good. After this is good. This is the forward deployed architect. Now we'll be focusing on the mind map to revise whatever we have learned, okay, of all of these three roles. And irrespective of your career and all, you can depending upon where exactly in your career. Based on that, you can always expand on this. Okay, so start the for a deployed architect. So what exactly they are owning in? So they are owning up all of the things. They are owning the enterprise context because context is more important than the content. Okay, and you should be understanding the organization context. Okay, so suppose any example I want to give it here. So let's say I will be asking you some examples. Okay, so maybe enterprise context, what is the meaning of it? With example, what is enterprise context? Okay, so you will be seeing here what is the example of it. So it refers the overall environment in which the business operates, including organization goals, structure, process, technology, everything, right? And that environment understanding is very, very important— how the organization is functioning and how decisions are made. Okay, that is one side of it. And similarly, it will influence your strategy, projects, initiatives, okay, at the strategic level, right? So those contexts you have to understand thoroughly, okay? So let's say you're having an example, a company who wants to implement CRM, customer relationship management system. They would like to understand the enterprise context and what they have to look for. They will be understanding goals, objectives related to the customer relationship specifically. If you're implementing HR solution, you have HR-specific Okay, similarly existing process and technology, whatever they are in the current CRM system, whatever they're currently utilizing it, to understand that and also understand organizational structure, how different departments collaborate to implement the new system effectively. That is also very, very, very much required. And what is the company's overall strategy, how their CRM system is fitting into large picture of the achieving business success. So all of the parameters we need to focus here. Okay, so that is what exactly we need to say here in this context. Okay, and that is what is the meaning of an enterprise context you're talking about. So as a— for a deployed architect, you should be also owning the solution architecture. So do not think that this is a job of a solution architect. So this role is also embedded within you. Okay, so you have to think solution, both high level, low level, everything. Should be understanding at least each and every component of it. If somebody is asking, should be given explanation. I know you might be having a solution architect in your team who will be supporting to you, but still you have to understand that. Also, you have to understand the business architecture side of it, your entire business architecture grid point of view, your capabilities, value streams, your organization stakeholder map, everything you have to understand from that point of processes. Okay, so those aspects also you should be very clear about that. Data architecture point of view, again, you have to understand the different data, you know, entities, attributes, everything. Okay, what are the data tools you are utilizing, your data strategy. Okay, in that migration strategy, data storage, data, everything related to the data. Okay, so that you have to be mastering that as well. So these are all combination of the skills. I'm not talking reading out everything. Architectural decision record, right? So you will be focusing on that as well. So all the architectural decision record, ADR we call it, that also the ownership will be with you. ADR, architectural decision, architectural. So it is not understood my thing. Right, so this is very, very important. Again, architectural decision record, and you should be able to understand those part of it as well. Then scalability. Scalability point of view, you have to understand how you can make it whatever you're owning it, how we can do for the larger scope of work. Okay, so that is what exactly the You have to take the ownership, okay? And so I think this is pretty much clear for everyone. Even if you're not an enterprise architect, but you have to think your thinking should be like enterprise architects. That means you're taking a lot of ownership here, okay? Outcome-oriented thing, okay? So that is what exactly the forward deployed architect is. Also, we have seen a practical example also from SAP, okay? What are the roles looking for and what are the you know ownership is very important here. End-to-end AI. This is a role specific to AI, but you can see it's a holistic role. Okay, you have to be understanding each and everything. Okay, and as and when required, the primary key question, whenever— what should the solution become? Okay, that is the key question. So it is not like you're delivering a solution. So the future of the solutions lies within you. Okay, so it is— you are the responsible person in the— okay, in the team. Who will be delivering the solution, and you are taking ownership of that entire solution, right? So that is the primary questions which you have, especially for a forward deployed architect. Okay, so that is the context here. That is the understanding here. We will be now moving on to the next part of it. So now we understood the forward deployed architect. What does it mean? What is ownership? Okay, and what's the primary question? This would. Answer, what should the solution become over a period of time? Okay, that is the question you will be answering here when it comes to the forward deployed architect. Okay, and architect, forward deployed architect is the answer. Okay, so this is the forward deployed architect. F D A stands for. So now moving on for a deployed consultant. This is also— we have seen an example of Salesforce. So here, from a solution consultant point of view, you will be owning the business problem discovery. Okay, so all those things you have to understand here. Okay, you're also owning their journey map, so they will be definitely— they are the owner, but they will be supporting you. Okay, you take participation in your, you know, understanding the user needs. Okay, what are the pain points? Similarly, the process redesign, whatever the process you have doing, you can utilize the tool like SAP Signavio or something like that, Aries. Okay, some of those tools are really helpful. But you can have a look into this process design. Similarly, you must be having a domain expertise also in your area. It could be HR, CRM, your developer, your any kind of infrastructure security. So that domain expertise also you should be having. And then you have to take the requirement properly because once your problems are identified, that is the half solved, we call it, right? So understanding the requirements and also Mostly you're defining those requirements are here and there. There can be overlapping. There can be some ambitious requirements also that may not happen, right? So all those things you have to consider, and I think everybody should be going through that, right? Then also because you are not going to get the immediate value in some of the most of the cases, you may have to put a hypothesis for it. If it is a value XYZ, then You are success. Then if it is not, then according to we have to introspect, right? So those value hypothesis is very very important here in every other organizations, right? This is something we have to go through, right? So now we have stakeholder alignment also. So it also align with the building a good rapport with the stakeholders whoever is working, and we have to see that all the details, okay? And also. If you're not adopting, we are not moving in, right? So to answer basically adoption point of view, why it is very low adoption? Any other tools or technology are utilizing organizations, right? Why it is not used properly? Okay, why people are going to other platforms? Okay, to do all of these things. So the idea is here. So all the new things, whatever the innovation also you might have seen right in Nalanda, basically here in the business outcome point of view, if you talk about your adoption point of view, right, it— I will relate to a typical Indian university in Nalanda. In the old days, they used to have a forward deployed— they didn't use a term called— this kind of term was not there, but those are the deployed students who are learning from their, you know, teachers in the environment. That environment is the key here, right? So those kind of a business-oriented, adoption-oriented, all these are the responsibilities of a forward-deployed consultant. Okay, so your outcome, business outcome, is your responsibility. If something is not coming, you are responsible. So you are framing a problem rightly. So basically the client might be having— they are not able to articulate what the— what they want many times, right? So you have to frame the problem by understanding the— with sitting with the client, understanding the client behavior, and then you will drive the outcome for it so that that solutions can be met, right? So that is the framing here. That is the typical one-liner for a, for a deployed consultant. And here your primary questions would be what? So your primary question here will be like, what problem are we actually solving? It is not like a deployed One feature or two feature or ten feature, twenty feature, right? So irrespective are you implementing Salesforce or Workforce or Success Factor or any of the other solutions like Workday or anything, but what problem are you really solving it? That part comes in here in the forward deployed consultant part of it, and they are owning a lot of things. You can see all of these things, but they are owning it, right? So this is really really very very important here. So the forward deployed consultant point of view. So now we will be coming to the forward deployed developer. So this is the forward deployed architect we talked about, forward deployed consultant we talked about. Now we'll be going to forward deployed developer. So who is a developer? Forward deployed developer or forward deployed engineer, what they do? They will be owning a lot of things again. So they will be doing prototyping, AI-assisted development, they will be doing configurations, integrations, automation. All of these things they are going to do as a forward deployed developer or an engineer. Forward deployed Engineer, okay? So they will be doing all the development configurations, as I said, okay? So all these things they are going to do here. APIs, agent. So I'm not going thoroughly in this. Already we have seen a job role from OpenAI, right? How they have designed that particular forward deployed engineer or forward deployed developer roles, right? You can see that that's the FDD forward deployed developer or forward deployed engineer. Can we make it work? That is the primary question. Okay, this is a golden triangle for all of these 3 kind of roles which we discussed with an example. We have taken an example from OpenAI, we're taking an example of typically from SAP, we have taken an example of Salesforce, right? So now together, these all of these roles are moving from a problem to architecture to build to outcome, everything. So you can see that We are starting with a problem, then we are moving to architecture, then we are moving to the outcomes. Outcome is the most important part here because client pays for the outcome, they are not paying for the features. Right. Similarly, in this kind of a job, so for a DevOps job, so for that there are different, different sprints. So we emphasize also on the sprint part of it, right? We cannot ignore the sprint. You have to emphasize the sprint as the center of your entire operating model. So sprint is everything here. You start with the deploy sprint zero, then deploy again another sprint. You go and discover what is actually happening. Okay, then you frame the okay. Then your architect will be coming up. That is architect. Your forward deployment architect will be coming up in the picture. Then your forward deployed developer they will be building the solution because architect and builder developer they will be working together. Architect will be giving the vision. They will be driving the entire thing, but the builder will be the the developer. So they will be building the solutions and everything and. This is a new solutions, not a new. Smart Recruiters has been acquired by SAP SuccessFactors. Now let's say you are FDC, okay? FDC will be doing what? FDA will be doing what? FDD will be doing what? Okay, so this is an exercise for all of you. You can try it out and share your comments in the— if you're watching this in YouTube, you can put your comment in the YouTube, and if you're watching in that platform, you can share your comment in the box itself. Okay, I think that that's all about the And we have a platform called Success Labs Academy, and if you go there, you will be finding the details in this website itself. And we do have a lot of activities for you, okay? So you can go here, and we do have an AI-first program. So you can see that in the top, we are having something called Architect with AI, okay? So if you go there, a lot of things, uh, you can see that Discover, Learn, Apply, Build. Architect with AI program, okay? And this is an AI native program, and irrespective of your platform, whether you're doing SAP, Oracle, Workday, or Salesforce, doesn't matter. So how does it work? So these are just an example how you can leverage AI to implement any of the tools, any of the ERPs, any of the platforms, okay? And so that you can have an AI-driven understanding, decision-making skill, and you will be having platform agnostic delivery. All of those things you will find it here. Okay, and we are having a very simplified membership model, and you can go ahead with the post. So, uh, if you are very new, you can go with the Silver membership, you can learn with AI. Then the actual application happens in the Gold membership, where exactly you'll be getting a guided execution, you'll be having a boot camp. In the Silver model, we are having a hackathon process where you can participate in the 90 Days of Hackathon. We conduct 4 times hackathon every year. And that hackathon involves also boot camps we conduct, we conduct master classes, and there's so many other workshops also happen to support you. And in the gold membership, we cover those guided execution, editable— we'll be giving you prompt libraries so you can really implement those things on your shop. We are doing a lot of innovations here, and we do not talk about the feature by feature, rather we focus on the outcome, as I said. So today's session, and if you want to do more, if you're more serious, and if you want to go in detail about it you can go for the Diamond membership where exactly at present, and we can build the entire end-to-end solution like this. Okay, so we have all these 4 models, and you can, whatever the best fit for you, you can go for it irrespective of technology. It doesn't matter technology, whichever technology you are working in and all. Okay, whether you are a developer, whether you are a mid-career professionals, like already you are into some of the solutions and If you think like an architect, you are building a career in architecture space, whether it's solution architect or development, anything you can do. And you can just, you can start with the silver membership and all, and you can simply, it's a lifetime membership, and you can get access to the platform and you'll be having, you know. So if you are the person, if you want to look for and if you want to invest, you can go and directly you can go to this link. And I'll also post the link in the YouTube channel as well, and I recommend to go for that. Okay, so I think that's the journey. I just thought of talking about this: discover, learn, apply, and build. So today is just an awareness session, discover sessions. Okay, and if you need the recordings of this session, definitely it will be available in the Silver membership directly. And few part of the videos, maybe for a promotion, we will be sharing in the YouTube. Okay, so a lot of videos will be there in the YouTube, but many of the videos also will be part of our platform. Okay, and how does the platform look like? It's very nice interactive, uh, okay, sessions whichever you are conducting. It's a gamified platform you'll be finding here. Time to time we conduct a lot of workshops, webinar workshop, Basecamp bootcamp. Uh, we do have lined up for every entire month, okay? So we'll be having Inner Circle Recharge, Hive Connect. We have a lot of more things, okay? Only thing is you should have that curiosity in your mind, okay? And whenever you start a program, we have dedicated orientations happening here. And both— so then there's a new member orientation, then we'll be going through the hackathon, typical hackathon program. Then we have architectural courses, purely architectural courses you'll be finding covering everything, every aspect, security, adoption, infrastructure, UI/UX, because I want you to be a full-stack brain. Okay, nowadays full-stack brain is very— you might have seen that people are talking about full-stack developer, full-stack So why not? Maybe you are a full-stack architect, full-stack consultant, full-stack citizen at the end of the day, right? Understanding everything in each and everything, right? So that is what exactly my expectations, and I will recommend go through this entire thing. And this is a journey program, okay? This is what exactly we're talking about, right? And also you'll be finding the leadership board here. People are topping their different, different boards, gamified boards you'll be finding here. And time to time we also conduct challenges, and so that you can participate in those challenges, okay? And you'll be finding those activities, all of these things, activities here you can see that. And we will be conducting those challenges, quizzes, everything will be finding here indirectly here, okay? So with that note, I think that is good enough to start with, and you can currently enroll for this program just to go ahead with this. And looking forward to seeing the inside the community. So that's all from my side. God bless, take care. Thank you very much. Bye-bye. See you in another session in the upcoming Monday. Take care.
