Jobs in SAP in procurement Webinar | Architecting the Future of Procurement

In this 20‑hour, instructor‑led webinar, Dr. Niladri Bihari Nayak walks participants through a structured career‑acceleration sprint for SAP procurement professionals. He outlines the weekly thematic schedule of the Citizen Architecture Program, explains how to set personal learning goals, and demonstrates how to use AI‑enhanced tools (ChatGPT, Gemini Notebook, Notion AI) to build a customized 20‑hour sprint focused on the industrial sector. The session details the recommended SAP S/4HANA sourcing and procurement courses, a ten‑session curriculum covering the end‑to‑end procure‑to‑pay cycle, organization master data, sourcing, integration, and case‑study labs. It also describes the membership tiers (Silver, Gold, Diamond) that grant access to bootcamps, hackathons, and career‑ready resources, and provides a practical job‑market overview of procurement roles (analyst, manager, consultant, specialist) across SAP, Ariba, Coupa, Workday, and other platforms. Throughout, Dr. Nayak emphasizes goal‑setting, progress monitoring via checklists and scorecards, and the importance of focused execution over sheer time spent.
Chapters

Okay, and if you are for the first time or if you have any friends who wants to take the advantage of this kind of sessions, these are all community session as an initiative of our company, your Citizen Architecture Program. These are all the courses which is actually the webinars. We every day we conduct some webinars and on a specific topic, okay, and on a specific theme also. In every days we have a specific theme and we start with the Monday with the Workforce Monday. We have, uh, Tuesday is all about the CRM, yours typically Revenue Tuesday we call it. Then Wednesday we have a finance topic. Thursday is all about procurement Thursday, procurement and supply transformation, source-to-pay process. And Fridays we cover the supply chain and operation transformation, plan to deliver, your typically logistics, manufacturing, SCM, supply chain management, those topics. And Saturday we keep it reserved for Business Transformation Saturday. And Sunday is all about your Source Sunday, this is all about your spiritual topics, identity leadership topics, inner transformation. It's all about inner transformation topics because as an individual, how you can transform yourself. Okay, so with that note, today's Thursday sessions will be primarily focusing on— based on the request I received from different students and all— today will be primarily, uh, looking at the job perspective. From a job perspective, what are the job market? And from that point of view, we'll be looking at from today's topic. So let me go back to today's topic. Okay, so this Thursday series will be continuing in a different different format, but today we'll be focusing on the job aspect of it. How? What are the different types of jobs available in the market exclusively for procurement professional? And we'll be looking at that. Okay, so today's topic is job sex specific. Okay, and we will be running this sprint, and let me go to our sprint lab, and from there we will be running this poll today. Not at all. I will say that we will be we want to have a job capability. So in this super sprint, we will be putting up today as a topic as today's topic is the jobs and jobs and career aspect aspects in procurement with four. और मंडे वी सिलेक्ट ह्यूमन कैपिटल मैनेजमेंट और ट्यूसडे वी सिलेक more of an architecture point of view, okay? And then we will be coming to the other. So you can just play around it. And lab point of view, because today you're focusing on job, so you have to choose this multi-intent learning tab. From here you have to choose— we have something called, uh, career acceleration, okay? So career acceleration is a focus on a job-specific thing. And which sector you want, so you can choose anything, okay? So IT is everywhere, but IT about IT is your information technology. Suppose let's say you are an IT professional or a procurement professional inside your healthcare industry or healthcare sector or material sector, let's say. Today we'll be focusing on industrial sector, okay? And then based on that, we will be looking at— and also you can check your, your level also. So whether you are a beginner or you are already an advanced senior professionals, okay? Based on that, we will be also looking at. So now with this Your 20-hour sprint roadmap is ready. Okay, you can see that I need to master jobs and career aspects in procurement in 20 hours. Build me a focused sprint plan. So we will be doing this activity. So we will be utilizing AI for this. So what I have to do is I have to keep— okay, so current skill level, actually I kept it advanced. Okay, those who are beginner, I will say, or you are a college fresher and all, I will recommend go for pre-foundation. Okay, that means you know nothing about procurement, you are just starting. Okay, so you can choose pre-foundations. Okay, if you have some knowledge on procurement, at least the process knowledge or something, then you can go for the foundations. Okay, so in this way we will be progressing. Now I will be going here, I will be copying this prompt here. Okay, then I will be going to my AI tool because I have chosen which sector? Industrial sector. Okay, so I will be going to my ChatGPT and I will be putting that in my ChatGPT or any other AI tools you are utilizing for your For that matter, doesn't matter. So maybe I will be utilizing here the ChatGPT part of it, okay? And then from there we will be keeping it, okay? So I will be going to my specific lab exclusively for— we have a space, project space exclusively for industrial sector, okay? And I will be going here, GICS03, okay? That is my industrial sector, okay? So inside this I will be putting my statement here. Okay, so I will put here, here, let's say. Okay, so this is my specific for industrial sector, and I will be going here, industrials. Okay, so focus sprint on so-and-so, 10 2-hour sessions with targeted resources. And I will be saying I am looking at industrials, GICS 03, and I will be looking at Industrial sector. Okay, so you can automatically can see that is automatically coming up. I will be adding this prompt to this particular project of mine. Okay, so first of all, I will be putting the sprint context first. So we will be focusing in this today's session, today's sprint, we will be talking about SAP and enterprise domain is procurement and sourcing. This is I am at a pre-foundation level. I want to go to foundation. So at least In every sprint, we would like to go to the next level. We will not be jumping between one to level two. I cannot become a pre-foundation to an expert or advanced or ultimate. I cannot go to that level immediately. So I have to take one baby step at any at any point of time. Okay, and architecture stream we are focusing on application, and this is our lab track School of Career Acceleration Lab for Excellence. Learning intent is scale. So we are under scale up my career, and this is the sector or industry have chosen. Okay, you might be wondering what are the companies in industrials, right? So before that, we will doing an exercise. I will tell you. So this is the expected outcome is I have to build a strong professional identity and confidence. And also I will say that you can write it down, you can customize it by the way. I want a job, okay, in beginner level or whatever level, okay, in this space. And build my career. Okay, and build my career. Okay, build a fulfilling career. Okay, career. And let's say I will be narrowed down further in India. Okay, so let's say again you have to narrow down here. Okay, so then YouTube giving you 20 hours to Plan. Okay, then before that, okay, so now I will be telling you these are the things. Okay, we have this is the first prompt I will be running it. Let's see. So it will be giving me next twenty hours what to do is an action item. So procurement, your target is not to become SAP procurement consultant twenty hours, rather a job ready at a foundation level. Okay, and the eighty twenty principle says that you have to start the business process, then you go for SAP application landscape. Then you understand the key objects, the interviews and touchpoints, role vocabulary, then interview storytelling. Okay, so this is a way you can go for, and this is some recommended course also SAP has given to us, that business process we have to go through first. Okay, so there is a— this is a must for everyone. Those who have joined the session today, you have to start with this. This is a starting point called Business Processes in S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement, and after you complete that, your next course is Business Process in S/4HANA, uh, Sourcing. So let me check what is the difference between these 2. So there are— first one is this one, okay? This is the first course we have to complete, okay? And let me check the other one, what is the meaning of that, okay? So let me check. So this is the first one, this is the second one. So second one, what they're saying is here— so let me check it out. This is the first one, okay? Already we have seen. Then the second course here in this context is This one. Let me check it out. Okay, so this is the first one and this is the second one, business processing. So let me— I think both are similar only. Let me check which is the difference. Oh, this is a sourcing and procurement. This is a beginner-friendly, 6 units, 6 hours. And what is this? Okay, so this is also very similar. I don't know what the difference, but the thing is here it is a little lengthy, I can see. And you'll be getting a business processes in SAP. इन टू सेटिंग्स यू expecting from the sprinters. I understand. So you have to before that write your— this is something you write a goal, okay? You go to your goal card and you are writing that I already understand. Before you complete it, write it down that I understand the end-to-end procure-to-pay, source-to-contract processes, the major SAP S/4HANA procurement applications and objects involved, how procurement integrates with the finance, inventory, and suppliers, and how these processes apply to an industrial enterprise. I can discuss common procurement scenarios, and I am ready to build deeper hands-on SAP procurement capability. Okay, so this is your goal statement. Okay, so you just, you go to your goal card and you write it down. You can also get a very good goal card in your Canva. Okay, you can go here or any, anything, whatever you like. You can also write in your pen and paper, that is better. Okay, because that is the connection with your brain neuron. Okay, so I would recommend you can रू डाइटिंग, but for your reference, I will be putting here today in this presentation. I will be putting here in a format saying that you have to let's say in a card format, maybe a PPT or whatever you feel like. Okay, you can put it in a present or a goal card, something like that. You can say okay goal card, okay, or goal templates, whatever maybe. Okay, you can find it out and in that you write it down. So it will be also in front of you. Okay, and your goal, individual goal card. Okay, so there are so many format, whatever you look like, whatever you like it. Okay, you can do that. Okay, so this is something, there's so many trackers, so I will not be going to this, but maybe whatever is easy for you, you can go for it and you can just to mention that it would not be too fancy. Okay, and maybe it will be— okay, you can go pick up any of the template whichever you would kind of— so many templates are here. Okay, and you can do that. Okay, so for your example, I will say that I will be setting up— maybe I will be simplified, I will be checking the simplified version of it. Okay, and I will be taking up this as a goal setting worksheet. So it is a little, you know, easy, and I think this is— this template is much better. And I will be going to very— this looks also professional. So I will be putting my goal today here. Okay, so those who are starting today, so just to go for it and you put your name, date here, and when, by when you want to achieve it. So we have only 20 hours, one sprint is 20 hours, okay? So you have to not more than that. If you are doing it, you know, less than that time, it's also okay. But at least you put it like this, put your goal card like this, and what are the tasks for this you have to complete. I will be also telling you, okay? And why you want to achieve it. So the format is So I want to achieve. So you have to write your own statement. I'm just giving my example here, okay? So you have to write your own thing here, okay? So this is the first thing. First, I have told you my goal for not this year, this sprint, okay? So we do not wait for the entire year. So today's sprint we are talking about. So write down the goal here. And this is the subject definite you can write down. So maybe you can attach any emotion to it, why you want to achieve it, okay? So maybe I will put it here like this. Okay, possible solutions. How would I achieve my goals? How will I monitor my processes? Everything you have to write it down here. Okay, maybe some examples I will be giving you. So let's say today goal working, goal setting works is it, and I will be putting my name here. Okay, today. So you just make a note of it, and you will be doing all of these things today. Okay, and today's date I will be putting. I don't have any excuse, and I will be committing to myself that I will be finishing this at any cost. Okay. So 2026, okay. My goal for this sprint, okay. Goal settings, what's it? I will say. So now why you want to achieve it? Because today's session is we're focusing on a job, right? And maybe you can think of a person who is not having a job, okay. If you're already having jobs, maybe you can think of, okay. So what are the additional things why you want to achieve it? Why how why it is important for you? Okay. All the things you may have to write down here. So we can also As a follow-up prompt, you can do that. So by the way, in a 10+22-hour sprint, these are the outcome you will be having it. Okay, 10+22-hour sprint, you have to focus on different 10 different sections, and out of that, again, for everything we have 2 hours you have to spend, okay, to understand all of these things. Okay, and session 1 will be this, session 2 will be— okay, and also it has given you a, you know, rapid review round also, how we can do that and how can you test it also. Okay, so then session one is all about procurement career landscape. Then we have a master procure to pay. Okay, then we have a entire thing for SAP procurement application architecture. How do we understanding that? Okay, then session four will be organization structure and master data from a procurement point of view. Then we have a requisition purchase order in session number five. Session number six is all about goods receipt invoice payment. Session seven, okay, will be sourcing and supply management. So we have now next one is a procurement and integration architecture. Then we have an industrial procurement case lab, which will be— I will be taking you to case lab at a point of time. Then you will be having your typically career acceleration interview lab. So in this way, 20 hours of sprint and you have a time. Okay, so this is a sequence and you have to understand how does it actually work. And these are different resources. Your high impact resource stack will be like this. Okay, so you have to understand both the thing. Your business processes as for HANA point of view, and purchasing in S4HANA, sourcing in S4HANA, then discovering procurement sourcing and contract management. Okay, and this is your recommended two-hour session formula. It is not like that only you will be learning, learning, learning. Rather, you will be learning for thirty minutes. So this is a formula for thirty, forty-five, thirty, fifty, ten. Okay, thirty minutes learning, and you will be applying for forty-five minutes. Again, thirty minutes you. Will be maybe utilizing a drawing and architecture, or you will be going to a Udemy AI session where you will be interacting with the AI. Okay, then you will be having some rapid fire and career notes. Okay, so do not spend 2 hours completely only watching a video or watching something else. Okay, so this is the way and this is what exactly we are talking about. The idea is this. Okay, so now let's design the sprint for you and we will be going for us. This is the career sprint. This is a school scale sprint for you, okay? School of Career Acceleration sprint for you, and let's test it today, okay? How does it work exclusively for all the procurement professionals, okay? So now what we are going to do here is we will be going back to— now this is already ready for us, and already I told you that goal setting part of it, that is a very, very essential part of this activities. Otherwise you will not be able to understand why we do what we do, okay? So now we're putting the screenshot I am setting my goal to achieve this 20-hour career sprint positively by closing this today, in next one, one or two days. And keep me motivated, keep me inspiring, and also let me know what I should fill up in all this area. Keep it emotional and also inspiring at the same time so that I can achieve my goal positively. Okay, so this is the prompt I have given. So now what I will do Whatever I'm coming up, this is inside this goal, and based on this, I will be putting whatever is required inside my goal set, and that maybe I will be keeping it here. Okay, so this is the goal setting. I will complete so and so and so and so. Why I want to achieve this? I want to build a meaningful, fulfilling career in procurement sourcing in SAP, and I want to move from uncertainty to confidence, from saying I am learning to being able to say I understand. Business process and SAP applications and how they work together. So you have to change your vocabulary here, okay? And this 20 hours is an investment in your future. Do not— I don't look for perfection, so progress is more important than the perfection. I need momentum, I need to finish this sprint at any cost, I have to win this marathon of 20 hours, I have to prove myself that I can learn something new with a focus, and I use this foundation to pursue the right opportunities in India because we are now focusing Okay, and problems. What are the problems may be appearing? You may feel overwhelmed. Okay, I may feel overwhelmed by SAP procurement terminology. I may try to learn too much instead of focusing on 20%. I may spend too much watching the content. I may forget concept. I may doubt whenever I'm actually jobbing. I may get distracted. I may feel uncomfortable planning procurement concept aloud. I may compare myself to people who already have years of experience. I may lose energy. I may need— the possible problems may appear. It's okay. So my— your biggest enemy will be not lack of the ability, rather the lack of focused execution. Okay, so maybe whatever is relevant, you don't have to write everything from here. Whatever you think is relevant for you, for now I'll be just giving you an example. In this you can write, okay, and why I want to achieve it. So here also I can put it here, like why I want to achieve it. So you can say that what to write in the large box, you can say that you can mention the same thing and And you can put it here in your in your why you want to achieve this in this section. Okay, so I think this is a little lengthy. So I can do I will simply simplify it. Okay, maybe okay I will be putting it like this. Okay, and I will be putting something like this so that it becomes easy. So you can edit it later point of time, but this is what exactly you can do. Okay, so I will be putting also as a bullet point if it is required. I can put a bullet point here. Okay, and here also I can put a bullet point if it is needed. Okay, otherwise it doesn't require. Okay, it's not required at all. Okay, so I think this is fine. Okay, so why I want to achieve it. So this is mine, and also you write down your emotional anchor here. Okay, I am not studying for the job. I am building the better version of myself to who is ready for the job. Right? So never do use a term called I am just reading it for a job or reading for an interview. Rather, I am building the person myself. The next version of me who is ready for those opportunities. Okay, so we have to change the narrative here, change the vocabulary here, right? So this is the narrative, this is your emotional anchor, I will say, and you have to anchor that moment, okay, and anchor that statement here. So this is your anchor here. I'm just putting it out here for exclusively, and this is— you don't have to share with anyone, so you just keep it yourself. And you can keep it ready. So problems that may appear. So these are the problems, the potential problems you may face. Okay, so I will be just putting these problems. Okay, and and put this at the bottom. Okay, my biggest enemy is not the lack of ability; it is lack of focused execution. My mentor always say that focus is your valuable asset. It is not the time. Okay, everybody have they have 24 hours, but how much you're focusing and that matters a lot, right? So for that reason, you have to put it here. And again, I will be putting here, making sure I'm just using the Comforta, uh, font as well as I am putting the things in a right format, okay? And so that I can understand in a much better way. Uh, 5 is— I have a little bit font size also decreased to ensure everything is taken here, okay? So now this is the, my, uh, the problems that may appear, okay? And whenever there is a problem, there is a solution for it. Okay, so I have to follow the solution. So every obstacle into an action, follow the 20 hours. Okay, procure to pay, source to contract, SAP applications. I have to do all of these things. There's a possible solution. And when confused, ask what business problem you are solving. It is not like what applications you are learning. Okay, and career knowledge bank you will be maintaining for any important concepts. You will be building your own library. Building your own notes, okay, as I always encourage that, okay. So this is one, and I don't have to know everything. So your key beliefs would be I have to know the right things well enough to create value and continue learning. So it is always quality over quantity, okay. So in this way, this is the sprint. In this sprint, we'll be doing this activity. So you are— these are the possible solutions, and I will be putting in my goal card here. This is my goal worksheet, okay, and these are the possible things I can do. And in this sprint, we will be doing this as an activity for all of you so that you can follow the same thing today. So now I will putting this also as a prompt, as a small font size so that you can easily see these things how it is going. Okay, so I will just decrease the size. Okay, I think this is enough for you to start with. If it is required, you may increase or decrease or anything whichever is not relevant. Okay, you can delete it by the way. So I will say that this is not, this is not, this is my key belief, and I would like to highlight that. Okay, so this is my key belief. You can suppose you can replace any of these things whatever is not needed. Okay, so you need not to fill up every box in every sentences like that. Okay, so whatever you believe which is a strong statement for you. Okay, based on your current status, current Positioning, so you can do that activity. Okay, so this is a problem may appear. I may feel this is a this is your personal you know goal setting work set. Okay, so now this is done. Now what will I do to achieve my goals and how do I monitor my progress? So this is a very easy thing. Okay, I will complete all the twenty sessions instead of I will prioritize these other steps. I will create a visual mind map. And I will be also learning aloud. If I cannot explain it simply, that means I doesn't understand. So I have to also build my 60-second professional introduction, practice at least 20 interview questions, create one-page document career cheat sheet, identify the job titles I should target. These are possible way, okay? And in this way you will be— there are different, different things, okay? And you have to almost, uh, you have to complete all the sprint, this entire sprint like this. Okay, so this is your execution and you will be prioritizing this part. Okay, you can note it down whatever is really required. Okay, you will be— you can just write down whatever is needed. So I'm not writing the entire thing here. Okay, but whatever is relevant for you, you can put it there. Okay, and you have to finish the sprint. Okay, so that is the idea here. And if you are to suppose if it is not fulfilling, it is not, you know, you can write down the small thing and you can link it to the other page. Okay, so we can do that also. Okay, and in the next page, maybe I will be putting that here. Okay, and I will be putting my text. I can, you know, put a text page here, or I can put notes here. I can do that. Okay, so add a text box, and inside that I can put my other things here. Okay, so this is your, maybe your anchor for the next part of the segment. Okay, so what I will do. I will be putting here and I will be anchoring in this way. So what I am going to prioritize, what I am planning to do, okay? So this way you can just write down this much, okay? So this is an elaborative way, okay? And we can mention in this only thing, this thing, this is what exactly you want to achieve, okay? And you will be learning, this is your learning goal today, okay? And I will be just putting here as a comfortable link So the font Comfort, I always use that font size. So let me go there. Comforta. Yes, Comforta font. And I will be utilizing like this. This is my priority. And what will I do to achieve goals in details? Details part will be here. Okay, so in this detail part, you will be always having this here. What I will do to achieve this goal? And this is your answer. You can always customize to make it your— I'm just giving you an example. This is a template which you can utilize. Then next is, how will I monitor my progress or process? So here you can go for here, and there is this checklist for you, and this checklist we will be going through in detail. My objective is to move the important concept from red to yellow to green. Green means I can explain it. Red means I need another pass. Yellow means 50-50%, I understand but not 100%. Okay, but you have to be thoroughly 100%. So how it will be monitoring the progress? This is the process you need to follow here. This is a sprint scoreboard and this is something you can practice. And in this goal sheet, again I am putting here. Okay, and this is a sheet and this part maybe I will be putting in a different color, maybe. Let me do that for you. So this will be— I will be putting here as, uh, maybe a different color code or add a different page here. Okay, and I will be putting here as, as a note here, and here I can put a white page. Okay, maybe, uh, I will be putting here as white page or a text. Okay, text is not here, so maybe I will be putting here some templates. Okay, so white sheet. Okay, so these are notice for school kids and all. Okay, but okay, white plain sheet I will say for. Okay, so these are not coming. Or you can prepare notes like this. Okay, so this is your note section. It is easy and dot gridded notes. You can put your notes like this. Okay, so this is the easiest way. So you can utilize any kind of such kind of a notes section. So you can prepare your notes like this. I think whatever you like it. Okay, we just mention and you just put your notes here. Any other format you can choose of your choice, okay? So there are so many formats, do not be particular about specific. Go for any other formats, whatever you like, okay? And you just enjoy it, okay? So you can go for that format, it could be this format, okay? And it could be any other format, okay? You can simply go for that and you prepare your notes here, okay? So I'm just putting some format here, so whatever you like it and you can choose, pick and choose. It. Okay, if you're making notes like this, okay, you can do that. Okay, so let's say this is a simply look like notes only. Okay, so I can put my notes here, Ctrl+V. Okay, and I can put it like this. I will be— okay, so this is my notes and I will be putting my font like this, Comforta. And a little bit of arrangement I have to do here. Okay, if it is required to do that, I can do that. Okay, so this is the way you can arrange your notes. Sections. So you are just writing here sprint and everything. Ensure you are making sure you are making your all the notes here ready. So there's a scoreboard and how much you want to complete and all the things here, okay? Otherwise you can put in notes like this, okay? It will be easy for you. If it is easy for you, whatever is easy for you, you can do that, okay? So there is no right and wrong answer. So your target is this. Comfortable. Okay, so I'm just telling you the path here. So how will I monitor my process? The simplest trick in one line will be your scorecard. Okay, so how much you have your objective to move from, and the idea is to have to go to the green zone. Okay, and after you ask 3 things to you, okay, what did I learn? Can I explain without notes? Can I explain to an industrial business scenario? These 3 things you have to ask. Okay, so there are 10 sessions, 20 hours, and after each session you have to justify yourself by asking these 3 reflective questions to you. Okay, so this is the part which I thought of sharing with you, and in this monitor process, you just make a note of it. Okay, so I will just put it here as a font. I will decrease the font size and you can just make a note, making sure you are following this So now this thing is done. Now task that will lead to my goal, this is the most important part because now we will be segregating that total we have 10 sessions and there is an outcome to each session. You can make your typical checklist for this and you can click the checklist and if you want you can prepare a checklist. So this is a checklist by the way, and you can make a— this is the way you can do it or you can also make make a checklist in app, okay, or anything if you would like to do that, okay, you will be finding here, okay. So checklist, something like that, checklist or to-do list, something, some applications like that you can find, you can use that also. So there are some AI SOP card maker, no, it is not required. Description to step-by-step card, okay. Anyway, SOP card maker, there are so many things are here. Okay, you did not have to go through everything, but just to try, put your date, put your task, and if required double this page. Okay, and definitely you can do this activity. So maybe you can go here. Okay, and the process is I have 20 steps to do, I have 10 topics to learn in procurement. Okay, then you can simply put your topics list List here, okay? And these are the session tens, okay? Then you can simply create a SOP card for you, okay? So maybe I will be utilizing a this is the way use one of NSV maker credit. So I can create SOP card for me from here. So it is analyzing the process. Let's see how it is bringing in. Yeah, so this is the kind of a card you can see, and now this will be ready for you, generate the design for you. Okay, so today's session was all about how do you learn, how fast you can learn. But you have to set up the initial sprint. Okay, so now once this planning is done, so you may have to go to the respective topics one by one and you track it. So manually, if you do not have, just to put down your all the tasks together here. Okay, maybe another sheet you may require. Okay, and that is okay. And in that you can do that. And you can see this is a procurement learning program, as I said, right? It is now adding to the design. Okay. And these are 10 things, uh, okay. So it is giving me add to the design. So I will be adding this to my design here. Let's say adding a page here, and I will be adding to design here. Okay, so this is an SOP card, has been nothing, but I think it's just a The similar things we'll be also getting from ChatGPT or anywhere else also. Okay, so now you have this list with you and you have to go through this step. Complete procurement and career landscape session, then go to learn procurement pay process. Okay, so in this way, these are the 10 steps for you. Okay, you can go for it. Now what I have to do is, uh, let me go. This is already ready now. Okay, now what I will be doing is these are 6 tasks. Uh, not 6 tasks, there are 10 tasks, okay, 10 sessions I have to complete, okay. And now we have a 2-day battle plan, okay. So you have a block 1. In the block 1, you will be finishing session 1 and 2. So you just block your time accordingly, 4 hours of sprint, and maybe today you have learned for 10 hours, okay, session 5, if you have time, okay. Then day 2 will be the career ready. So the day 1 intention is build the foundation, day 2 intention for you is to become career ready. Okay, so session number 6 and 7, you'll be completing the Block 4. Block 5 will be session 8, integration. Block 6 will be your industrial case study. Block 10 session— Block 7 session 10 will be your interview career positioning. Okay, and you have to put your 20 hours like this. Okay, so this is your entire thing. I just thought of sharing how do you really plan for it. Now coming to the technology side of it, the are 2 courses to have to start with. So this is the first one for us. First one is the Business Processes in S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement. It says 6 hours, but we'll be seeing how we can make it faster. Okay, so you have to log in here, and if you're already having a Learning Hub for you, okay, so you can also do it from here. And this is the 6 units, 6 hours. Okay, so you can start here. But if you are doing it, you're already having a paid Learning Hub, okay, there is a good thing is you already have a AI integrated there. Gemini Notebook is already there, so I will prefer to use that if you're already having a Learning Hub for that. Okay, so what I need to do, I will simply go here and I will be logging into my Learning Hub, and from here I will be downloading the mind map to start with. Okay, so this is my user ID. I will be continuing from here and I will be logging in. So from here I will be first of all completing the 6 hours, maybe, you know, understanding, general understanding of it. So this is a task for everyone, those who are beginner especially. You would understand the procurement process first, then you go to the other things. Okay, so they have explained you the small video, uh, and also all the details you are seeing here. Okay, there are 6 process steps process they are talking about, involved departments and employees summary and departments. There are different, different departments: material purchasing, warehouse, financial accounting, everything is there. Okay. So good thing is there is an AI-based learning approach. You can go to the AI-based learning. Okay, at the same time, I will be talking about the Udemy AI, which is practically you'll be utilizing in your certifications. Okay, go for Udemy AI, and using that you can always interact with the tool and you can do. So we'll be having a separate session for that. How do you do a role play? Okay, but I'm just telling you that this is the even SAP is also utilizing their certifications directly. Okay, so you have to utilize this tool, and this is— you do not have to have a premium for now. You can start small, okay? And later point of time, if you decide, you can go for a premium, okay? So you can start small here, and I will recommend, highly recommend to do that. Gemini, it is for your understanding of processes, and you go through, you can see there are 15 different topics, 16 different topics here. And here we have a comprehensive mind map, okay? SAP S/4HANA HANA procurement process. Okay, so you can see from the mind map that these are the different business process procurement point of view. First of all, you have to understand the typical steps. What are the different, different typical steps? There are 6 different steps. You have to have a requirement determination, source of supply determination, then you have a purchase order processing, then your goods received, you receive the entry, then you enter the invoice, then you process the payment. That's the entire your procurement process, general procurement process. Okay, so now similarly, if you want to learn more about it for any of these things, you can click that. It will take you to the particular notes if you want to understand one by one. So this is the most easy— is the easiest way to learn something new today, okay? Especially if you are a beginner, okay, for any of the modules, okay? You can interact with the mind map and it will be talking about those talking points. Then you capture these notes in your Notion or any of the knowledge management tools, whatever you are utilizing. Okay, so then you understand this. Then you apply this knowledge to your processes or the case studies, whatever you have been given here. So let's say today we have given case studies for you. Those who are participating in our bootcamp hackathons and all, you have dedicated case studies for you. Okay, so for today, let's say I will give you a case study focusing on industrial sector. Okay, so let's say procurement case studies. We are doing it for Omniworks. Omniworks is a— let's say we are having a case study for that. Okay. So that is your case study, and I will be going for that case study. Omniworks Industrial Systems, and this is the case studies we are focusing on. Is it just to create a copy of it? So if you are utilizing Notion or any other things, then tell that I am going to learn this particular case study. I have a fictional multi-industrial company, this is something so and so, and I want to learn about it, and how do I apply process mapping procurement in this process. Okay, so let's say in that case only you can create a copy of it and then you can basically work on that. Okay, so in this way you can always leverage this thing and I will highly recommend to interact with the AI, interact with the mind map. Okay, so let's say I have already gone through this process. So let's say a business process as for HANA sourcing and procurement point of view. Okay, so first of all, will you understand the fundamental external procurement cycle from initial requirement These are all external procurement. Then differentiate between a specific procurement type, acquiring stock materials for inventory, consumable material for direct use, or lean services with the unit service and entry sheet processes. These are the possible things in a typical procurement process. And here you can see that there are typical steps in a general procurement process. What is happening? There are 6 things they talked about, and you can always refer copy this and you can go back to your notes saying that how this is something can be applicable for my industry. So maybe I will go back to my Omniwork industrial case study. So I will go to my this case study and I will be understanding in this company how procurement works. Okay, so for that what I need to do, I have to go to this and inside that I will be creating a procurement series case study. So these are HR case studies, you can see that. So now what I will tell that I am working on a theme called Architecting Autonomous Procurement Enterprises, and for this I have to create 12 different boot camps. I will be participating in 12 different boot camps. The boot camp name starting with the first one is Architecting Autonomous Procurement Strategy. Second one, Architecting Intelligent Supplier Sourcing. Third one, Architecting Contract Excellence. Fourth one, Architecting Supplier Relationship Excellence. 5th one, Architecting Autonomous Procure-to-Pay. Next one, Architecting Resilient Supplying— Supply Operations. Next one, Architecting Supplier Quality and Performance Excellence. Next one, Architecting Spend Optimization Excellence. Next, Architecting Risk and Sustainable Procurement. Next, Architecting Procurement Intelligence. Next, Architecting AI-Powered Procurement Enterprises. Next, Architecting Connected Procurement Enterprises. So these are the topics. Suppose if I want, okay, you can see that these are 12 things I have to do. Okay, so now I will be just checking the spelling once again. Architecting Autonomous Procurement Enterprises. So these are things. For this, I have to create 12 different boot camps. And in this way, I will be practicing all of this. Autonomous Procurement Strategy, Intelligent Supply Sourcing, Contract Excellence. I'm just checking the spelling. Architecting Supplier Relationship, Ex-Supplier Okay, supplier. I have to little bit change it. And architecting autonomous procure to pay. Okay, resilient supply operations, supplier quality and performance excellence, spend optimization excellence. We have a risk and sustainable procurement. We have a procurement intelligence, AI-powered procurement enterprises, connected procurement. These are the 12 different segments. Okay, so you— I am not expecting you'll be mastering all the 12 today. Okay, so you have to pick up any one, spend 20 hours on that, then you come again, 20 hours. In this way, your entire learning journey will be like that. Okay, so we will be starting with— so this is something I will be saying from a curriculum creation point of view. I have to create 12 different pages focusing on each and every area, all of this procurement. So you name them like PR01, PR02, PR03, in this sequence. Still PR twelve, and all these are procurement. And this is we are going to create the case studies. Take the same company name Omni Works and prepare the content for this. Okay. So in this way, your content also will be ready with our case study, which will be running practically. Okay. So now in this way, this is the Notion AI. It will running behind the scene, and it will be creating your content for you. And once it is ready, you are ready to. I will be sharing this. Those who are participating in our upcoming hackathons, bootcamps, and your typically a little bit about that. So for that you have to have a membership. So how do you get that? So you just go to our platform. So the platform which you have enrolled or you're typically the supplier, especially here, right? So you have gone there, you have joined the sessions today. Okay, many of you have joined the sessions. Might be from here, right? And already you have reserved your seat from this platform, right? And definitely, as I said, we are having a procurement transformation career roadmap we are giving to you, and also a checklist, and also the source-to-pay transformation beginner guide. This is starter kit you'll be getting, okay, once you enroll for the program. And there are some few Q&A, and this is also suitable for beginners. You don't have to need any SAP prior knowledge because we are starting with a process. You do not have to be an expert, okay? You do not need to be a supply chain expert, okay? And all the things from a practical aspect of view, of this point of view, we're talking about. And to have that, you have to have a membership. Those who want to continue with our journey and also those who want to get a copy of this, all these templates and all, I highly recommend to go to enroll any of our programs. So here, starting with the Foundation membership, Silver membership, that is we call, also call it. So it's a lifetime program. And you will be getting access to any one of this program in your program, okay? And those who want to invest more and those who want to go a little bit more in depth, you can opt for a Gold membership or Diamond membership accordingly, okay? But you can start with the Silver membership. Here we'll be getting the hackathon at least, okay? And this hackathon is a 90-day exercise and you will be going to complete that. You'll be given a period of time of 90 days and within that 21 days you will be having a sprint. Once you complete one sprint, you can go to the next sprint, okay, like that. And here if you go and all the courses, you will be getting access to this learning platform and you will be having specific for procurement and also you will be having a sprint for that as well, specific to procurement, supply chain, whatever you will be having it, okay. So also will be part of a typical book club, okay, and also all the courses whatever you will be having. So at present we are inbuilt, actually building it in the backend, okay. So you'll, all of the courses will looking like something like this, okay? So you will be having applied that particular module procurement for that particular sector. If you have chosen industrial sector, you'll be getting industrial sector case study. And inside the case study, whenever you will go in, you have the list of activities, 21 days challenge, and you have your base camp, boot camp, whatever is applicable for that particular module and product you'll be finding there. And so that you can always finish that on the time, okay? So that is the intention behind it. And I think that will be good, will be very helpful for all of you. And in this way, this is the sprint I thought of sharing with you. A lot of jobs are also finding exclusively from a procurement point of view. A lot of openings are coming up, and if you go to LinkedIn or any other platform, you will find the details there. And just to go for jobs and you just search for procurement, okay, and you will be finding enormous jobs at present, okay. Especially procurement supply chain. I can see that, okay, procurement, okay. If I go for— so simply procurement, I'm talking not about SAP. Definitely SAP has a lot of other things, but if you can see, there is a procurement professional, procurement practice specialist that people are looking for, procurement operations specialist people are looking for, right? And also we can analyze the job roles also. What are the things they are looking for, right? And they are looking for for, you know, who should be able to do all of these things. These are general professional, okay? And also some higher people, they're looking for procurement manager, cost optimization, procurement global capability center, procurement analytics, procurement GCC, okay? And you can see, you know, procurement strategic sourcing. You can see so many jobs are there. Procurement analyst, procurement manager, they are all general jobs, okay? And if you took look after, let's say when I come to SAP, you would be specifically you will be finding SAP specific also. So SAP procurement we talk about, okay? Or SAP if you go Ariba and similar kind of a module, you'll be finding a lot of things. SAP supply chain management, okay? And procurement consultants, okay? Somebody is hiring for this, okay? And there are hundred plus applications for this particular role, and they are focusing on SAP S/4HANA public edition and based on you know, for a trading group in Saudi. Okay, so they are hiring for that. So you can see the details requirement here and what are the modules they're looking for. And okay, so those kind of things, okay, we are looking for. Okay, and similarly, if you go for any of the things, source-to-pay product manager, this is a BCC. Okay, BCC, how they are hiring. So we are focusing not only for SAP but also, okay, if you are applying for any strategic roles also, you can apply for this, and we'll be guiding you and to maintain your— this is also— we can see there are multiple things they're looking for. Coupa, Workday, S/4HANA, okay? And your responsibility for that particular role, and what is your hands-on experience they're looking for in Coupa, okay? We are not limited to any of the particular product, but at least you'll be understanding. You can see how we can orchestrate all the system knowledge or understanding. AI is also— they're looking for people here, okay? In my city, especially in Gurgaon, I can see that Gurugram, everything is there. You can check your own, you know, localities area also. You'll be finding a lot of opportunities are here, okay? So you have to be smart enough to crack all of these things. Operations Associate, okay, this is an entry-level kind of a role, I believe. Operations Analyst, Operations Associate, right? Exclusively for procurement. You can just analyze the job, okay, and you will be finding What kind of roles they're expecting? You can see there's any graduation, any freshers also they can apply for it. Okay, procurement vertical they have to understand. Okay, those who are actually freshers and all, you can always go for it. Okay, at least you'll be having hands-on all of. You can see they are also utilizing SAP company like Accenture and all. Okay, so you have to prepare RCA, CAP. Okay, these are all key activities. Okay, once you understand this thing, later point of time, maybe after two. Years, you want to go deep dive into a specific area, right, exclusively in procurement, it will be easy for you to navigate. So with that note, stopping here.
