So hello everyone, thank you for joining in. So welcome to our Source Sunday series, and this is the weekly webinar we conduct exclusively for people who from different area, different areas of life. So to decode how your leadership, your identity, true identities We talk about spirituality. We talk about various other aspects of it. So today's topic is talking about a very common topic: decoding fear. Okay, so before we start, I would like to understand what is the fear meaningful? Are you afraid of something? And just put your comment in the chat. What was the last time you were fearful or any? Small thing that actually you were a little bit afraid of, and but still you took that action, right? If anything such scenario, just to let us know in the chat, okay? If you're watching on YouTube, you can put in the comment, okay? I see some of the comments coming up, okay, okay, okay. So today's sessions again, so we'll be also at the towards the end of the sessions, people who are staying till the end, they will be giving, we'll be giving some practical prompts, practical tips, and some takeaways. So stay till the end, and also some goodies, some offers are there at the end, you'll be finding them. So today we're talking about how do we can transform it is a roadblock in your psychology And how we can convert that fear into a greatest asset. Okay, many times we get fear of different different purpose, different different things. Okay, so that is something we'll be discovering in today's session. So with that note, let's then get started. So today we'll be talking about let's say when you say fear, what does it mean for you? Okay, so especially for people who Who are it could be like nowadays a lot of you know some comments are coming up you know fear of losing job yeah this is very common these days especially and while so many layoffs happening if you are working professional that is a fear for you okay exams those who are students and all I know the pain of especially the current examination systems and all right that is also People, you know, get anxieties and all, right? So fear in this context, we'll try to understand here, is not always the enemy, right? So it is always, uh, it rather— it will always say what we cling to matters, what we must grow. So it is basically, it tells that we value and how we got attached to it and So that certain particular thing or experience, and but we need to grow beyond that. Okay, so it will be reflecting that upon. Okay, so it is not always the enemy, but it will be reflecting upon. It will also helping you to become a doorway from self-centered anxiety to higher consciousness. So we'll be in this today's sessions, we'll be talking about how do you practically eliminate that fear from your mind mentally. And also, how do you act with clarity even if the fear is there? It's okay, okay. I'm not saying eliminating the fear, rather how do you develop that courage, okay, to act with clarity. Okay, so that is what exactly today's sessions we'll be talking about. And in this context, from the psychology of fear point of view, if I talk about, so you will see that So there are different kinds of fear. So it comes from psychology. So whenever you are stressed, you get some response, you respond to that. Okay, sometimes you think so narrow, okay, instead of broad-minded, you think something narrow. So that is also a possibility that also that's the generation of fear. Sometimes your reactive behavior, okay, sometimes you perceive threat even if the threat is not there, but we are thinking some threat is coming up. Right? So those kind of things actually the psychology behind the fear. And modern threats feel physical, like as I already told you, like losing a job or if you are an entrepreneur losing or a company, losing the customer, losing the status. Those social media savvy, okay, somebody maybe I will lose my followers, okay? Or failing publicly or being criticized, that also can be fear. Entering unfamiliar territory. Suppose you are entering to a new country, getting a new job, and that is also sometimes initially till we get acquainted, we get fear, right? So that is also possible. The modern threats feel physical. Okay, another category, so I will say, can I create what is, uh, enough inner space between the fear and my response? There is a gap between fear and the— how do you respond to that fear? So you have to have enough inner space between that to respond so that we can choose it wisely. So that is what exactly how do you eliminate that fear. We're talking about shortly, but this is how psychology behind the fear I talked about. Okay, so this is an example. So now we will take some example from our scripture. So it is actually, if you might have seen In Bhagavad Gita, they always talk about this. So Arjuna's fear—he was very much expert in terms of a skill point of there is no doubt, right? He was a highly accomplished warrior. Okay, and but during the Kurukshetra War, Mahabharata War, in the you already remembered in the first sloka also in Bhagavad Gita, it is mentioned. So before the battle, he experienced trembling. He was confused and he was in analysis paralysis. You know, it was not like that he has lost his skills, but he was a little bit anxiety. He has having a lot of anxiety by seeing his all the relatives in the battlefield. Okay, he lost that clarity. Okay, he forget his duty. Okay, that is the duty, his job. His duty is to fight in this case. Right in the Mahabharata. Okay, so the greatest obstacle is often not I don't know how, it is I don't know whether I should. Okay, so this is a very common example where we always talk about this as an example. And here also we have seen latter point of how Krishna as a counselor, as a coach to Arjuna. Okay, the world's first, you know, then time Bhagavad Gita has actually spoken in the battlefield. Okay, you can't imagine, right? So that is the space. So that is the, the how the dilemmas— Arjuna's dilemma has been, you know, you know, it has been— again, Lord, at the end of the Bhagavad Gita, he has given a choice. He has not enforced. Okay, so again, Arjuna has overcome that. Okay, so that is a, you know, from our scripture. I just thought I'll give you an example here so that you can relate to it. Now coming to here, uh, like the next part of it, we will see. So another verse in Bhagavad Gita, they always talk about tolerance of temporary disturbance. Okay, so what the verse says, so if you are having access to the VedaBase, you can go there. In the VedaBase, they have a saying. So there is this verse, chapter number 2, if you go there, so you'll be finding— I'm not going to Entire thing, but I will just telling you the verse number, and in that you are having 2.14. Okay, two chapter number two and verse number you will find in the 14th number verse. Okay, it says "ओ सनपुंति" the non-permanent appearance of happiness and distress and their disappearance in due course are like the appearance and disappearance of winter and summer seasons. They arise From sense perception, और उसकी अनुभारता, and one must learn to tolerate them without being disturbed. Okay, so you should not be getting disturbed. This is cyclic thing. Okay, and happiness and distress and everything, and that has been actually summarized here. You can see that pleasure and distress arise through the sense contact and are temporary. Emotional discomfort doesn't automatically mean something is wrong. Okay, so this is not a sign of failure. And temporary setbacks need not set a direction for this matter. Okay, so is this a real strategic danger practically, or simple uncomfortable experience I need to tolerate? Okay, so there's a tolerance is the key here. Okay, so again, it is cyclic as the Bhagavad Gita mentions here. So that is, we should not be very much afraid of. Okay, so this is the one reflection. Then, uh, also So as I told, can fear be our friend? Okay. So what do you think? Right? Yes, no, yes, no. I can see a lot of comments in the chat. Okay. Okay. So can fear be your friend? Yes, no. Okay. So before fighting the emotion, so whatever it is telling you. So let's say fear of failure. If you're already attached to success. Okay. So I know. So there has been a Practically, in my case also it happened a lot. Okay, over a bit my this entire career thing also I will see the roller coaster kind of a thing. I got you know state rank four and class ten. Then again during twelfth I fell sick and although I qualified but I couldn't get the percentage actually got decreased again during entrance exams. It is not so good and finally I got into engineering and. Again, although a lot of dilemmas and all, it happened for 1 year almost, you know, a lot of stress and all these things in 2005-06, I remember. And again after that I went engineering, and during that point of time— so last year we used to have a placement and all, right? 3rd year, 4th year, okay? And that point of time also I had in the initial campus placement, I was not getting selected. So that is also So I considered it as a failure, but again finally I got selected and joined Wipro at that point of time, 2010. And then again after 2 years again I got laid off due to there is no project. And I continued again 3 months of struggle and I again cracked the interviews process and 18, I know, almost 18 interviews. I appeared the 18th interview, I cracked. Okay, so it's PwC, and then Deloitte happened, and I joined. It's almost again a roller coaster ride. And so, so, and again 2023, I lost my job, and 2 times it happened actually with me. Okay, then again, as I already started this academy for many of you, so this was easy for me to navigate. The first layer was little tough for me. Second layer was little easy because I was already prepared. Okay, so it always says that. So a lot of things are there. So I didn't go. I didn't want to explain everything, but just give you a brief of that. So fear can be your friend. Okay, and you have to ensure. And also before fighting the emotion, first of all, it will be telling you. Are you really? Attach too much to your success, okay? So then definitely the failure will be saying. So if you are, doesn't matter whether it is a failure or success, okay? My mentor always says that is it a fail? It is a success or you are learning something, okay? So famous a failure, failure you can replace it by learning. You are learning something again here, okay? Picking up, okay? Going to the next step, right? So that is what exactly the fear of failure. And if you are having a fear of rejection, somebody rejecting and you. So let's say many times I was talking about 18th interview, right? So during my transition from a developer to a functional consultant, I gave 18 interviews, okay? And 17 rejected. So if I had been attached too much into the approval— thanks to the, you know, spirituality, it actually really helped me to stay strong in those tough periods, okay? And really it helped me, uh, to You know, not to be attached too much into the approval side of it, not not too much attached to earlier success. Okay, so that actually you have to you know go beyond that. Okay, so it is not should not be attached too much to your success or too much to your somebody else approval, right? And whenever you're getting rejected, it's okay. Okay, think beyond that. Fear of losing control. Suppose you are attached to too much control. Somebody is actually. Actually, uh, you're managing a lot of things as an entrepreneur or as a— let's say, right? And if you are losing control, in that case, that means you're attached to control, right? So that is also another. So it will be checkpoints. There's a lot of checklist actually which you'll be finding. Somebody is criticizing, let's say you have created a video in YouTube, somebody says, oh, it is not so good, okay? And it's okay, okay? So it is also if you are— how you're reacting, it matters. Okay, so are you really reacting or you are saying it's let it go, right? It's up to you. Okay, so that fear of criticism again, that can be also if you are afraid of. Still it says that you're attached to a reputation. Okay, so these are all checkpoints. Okay, if you're attached to— if you're having a failure, you're having a fear of failure, that means it shows you're attached to a success. If you're having a fear of rejection, that means you are attached to approval, somebody else's approval. Okay, if you are fear of losing control, that means you are attached to some control mechanism. If you are fear of having a fear of criticism, that means you're attached to your reputation. Okay, so everything says something. Okay, so it is, uh, so always it says something about you. Okay, so, so it's like it will give me a reminder, it will be giving a good Reminder that you are okay. So we have to observe it. Okay. So generally, if fear is coming up, definitely everybody's afraid of something else. Okay. And the greatest fear is people say that death and also the public speaking. Okay. It also comes in the top two, top three, I think. Okay. So whenever you are the fear element is coming up, observe the fear first. Okay. Without becoming the fear. Okay, so that is a key takeaway from this presentation. Then after this, the next part we talk about again, we'll back to the Bhagavad Gita, the scripture, action without paralysis. So it will be talking again, this in 2nd chapter 47 verse. Okay, if you go to the verse number 47, so they talk about that in the chapter number 2, verse number 47, you have a right to Perform a prescribed duty, but you are not entitled to the fruits of action. Okay? Never consider yourself the cause of the results of your activities, and never be attached to not doing your duty. Okay? So this is again the same thing which we have already explained in the previous slides. And also, if you want to, you know, this is a very popular verse and mostly misinterpreted. By many people, okay? But, uh, this is how I will recommend to read the verse and the entire purport as well. But in this context, I will say action without paralysis. So you take an action every time. And what are the things what you can control? So you can control your preparation for a job, preparation for an interview. You can put in all of the effort. You will be integrity, maintain your integrity. You can take good decisions. You are executing everything. But what you cannot control? You cannot control, you know, the outcome, right? So the market condition, your layoffs happening XYZ here and there, you cannot control other people's mindset, their thinking, you know, their timing also you cannot control. You cannot control the competition, the kind of competition happening, okay? And you cannot also control the final outcome. So whatever you can control, you can control. Whatever you cannot control, you cannot fully control, right? So that is the meaning, that is the action. So without paralysis analysis, as they talk about it, and you have a right to perform your duty, but you are not entitled to the fruits. So basically maximum ownership of action, minimum psychological bondage to the outcome. So we will not be thinking in the outcomes. So people might be thinking of ROI, definitely we'll talk about ROIs and all, but so definitely we're looking at, but it is not passivity as I say, it's a discipline. You'll be taking disciplined actions without Okay, and never consider yourself the cause of the results of your activities. Just to do it. Okay, so let's do it. But again, give your hundred percent. But rest of the things just to leave to the the superpower menu. Right? So that is the takeaway from here. So that you will not be too much into fear about it. Okay. So now the next part of it, if you talk about here. Fear of failure. Okay, so basically what failure becomes a feedback. Okay, so fear intensifies when you equate failure. When it's a failure is not equal to I have a failure. Okay, it will be it is not that the situation many times situation let give us a fail. That doesn't mean you are failed. Right? So it can be a fail initiative and data. It could be data related. Recently we have initiated that key activities, we'll talk about that, and that is the fear of failure. Okay, so how we can overcome that and what will I learn if reality doesn't match my expectation, this is something we'll be talking about there. The next part of it, if you go proceed further, again we'll be back to the verse, one another verse, which is Steady Intelligence. So We'll be back to the verse 2.56 here. So 2.47 we have seen, and we will be back to the 2.56. So another verse in the same chapter, chapter number 2, you will be finding there's a verse: One who is not disturbed in mind even amidst the threefold miseries, or elated when there is happiness, and who is free from attachment, fear, and anger, is called a sage of One of the partners when I was working with her, one of the big four, Deloitte, by the way. 2014 to 16, 2014 to 21, I stayed in Deloitte. During time, one of the mentors, one of my partners in those, I was working for hospitality client in Delhi. So he used to always tell that one statement. Still it is. I cannot forget that. And even also I'm planning to write a book. On that. So that is, uh, very inspiring. So the 3 triad, 3 terminology, 3 words he told us, uh, the sage. So it comes to sage, right? Okay, so you are a sage, okay? And the river and the consultant, okay? So the sage, river, and the consultant, they have a, you know, maybe I'll be putting into question. I'm not disclosing that because that is my upcoming I have not started, but it will be my one of my upcoming project. Okay, so which I'll be writing and it's a book project. The sage, consultant, and the river. Okay, so they flow, right? The sage doesn't stay in the same place long time. Okay, the river also flows, and consultant also. Okay, consulting also you'll be coming across a lot of challenges in the project. I know, especially if you're working for a big four. Okay, I have seen that. I have been there. Okay, so you have to forget and also to learn from that project. Okay, moving. So we move on from project to project scenarios. We do not remember all those things, but we will be learning from the previous. What we have not done previously? What are the previous things? Okay, so it's some something like that. You have to overcome those things. Okay, so that is something we have. Always say that. Okay, so that is what exactly this verse is saying. So the steady intelligence— what is the meaning of a steady intelligence? Okay, we are undisturbed in distress, we are not exhilarated by the happiness. Okay, so free from fear and anger. Okay, so that is summarized. This is a summarized version of that entire verse which have been explained there. I try to summarize you. Then emotional stability without emotional suppression. So you are mentally stable, you are in a calm mind, right? I have seen people even in the turbulence, a lot of firefighting happening, the projects, but I have seen some people, they are very calm and cool even if client, you know, says XYZ, something escalation happening here and there, everywhere. But very calm and cool. I have seen some of the people in my earlier projects and all those big fours and all, I have seen that. So very clearly, intelligently, they take the decisions and it is very sharp decision take it. And that is actually the help to overcome those kind of situation. I have seen that. Okay, so that is actually the meaning of steady intelligence. You are not disturbed by distress, not exited by हैप्पीनेस राधा यू आर कामेंट व्हाइट थ्रूआउट दिस ओके सो दैट इज़ व्हाट एक्जैक्टली इवन द आवर स्क्रिप्चर सेज़ दैट ओके सो विद दैट नोट वी विल आल्सो डिकोडिंग द फ़ियर फ्रॉम माइंड परस्पेक्टिव सो द माइंड इज़ एक हिंग इज़ इट आवर फ्रेंड और एनिमी ओके इट कुड बी एनीथिंग सो ask, go here, there, just like a monkey jumping from one branch to another branch. Mind also, you know, move on, right? So how do you think that is a friend or enemy? Think about it, right? So it can be both, okay? So again, there's a verse in Bhagavad Gita 6.5, it says that mind is enemy. So it will always tell that, no, don't try, don't try, you have, uh, you will fail, everyone will judge you, stay safe, stay in comfort zone. Right? The mind will say like that. Okay, if it in that case it will be enemy for you. Okay, it will be always in your comfort zone. Okay, I know. So at one point of time even I was in the same situation. Even sometimes this is also happening with me. Okay, so but you have to be very careful. Okay, whenever the mind is acting like enemy for you. Okay, just to understand that. But if the mind is a friend, it will tell you. Okay, no no no no. You prepare well. Okay, go for that. Go for that initiative. Go for that project. Go for that job switch or go for that initiative as entrepreneur. Okay, learn something new. Okay, take the next step. Don't think too much. Do your duty. Okay, so be you know leave that comfort zone. So in that case, the mind is a friend. Okay, so it can be both. It's up to you to choose. Okay, you have a choice. Okay. So you can switch on or off, okay? So it's up to you. Then, are you leading your mind or your mind is leading you? Okay, if you are leading your mind, then it's your friend. And if your mind is leading you, then it will take you to here and there, you never know. So in that case, it will be enemy for you, right? So now moving on, so we will talk about the fear, ego, and false identity. Okay, so, so here what we see, we attach identity many times to temporary things like it could be designation, it could be wealth, reputation, it could be authority, right? And very much people are attached to some of times to their designation roles, okay? But you forget about that, whether you're a partner, a director, or a CXO even, okay, of a company, okay? At the end of the day, you are a human being, right? And you have to think about it consciously. And also many times, okay, so think about the chessboard, right? I always remember this as an example. During the game of the chess, there are queens, kings, and all those things, okay? The roles are there. But once the game is over, nobody is nothing, right? The chessboard. So, but be the chessboard where actually you always is, you know, worth playing. Okay, so my role is like here to be a chessboard here. So I will be your chessboard as a coach. Okay, so that is what exactly even my mentor also says that. Okay, so forget about those positions and all, it will be there temporary. All these things are temporary. Okay, and losing that position may be feeling like losing yourself. Even I lost a job 2 times. Okay, but, uh, first, uh, the layoff would happen, it was very painful for me. Because I never seen, okay? And it also never happened to me. Whether I'll be able to get a job also, I'm not sure about it because the skill-wise I was not very competent. Just two years I have experience in development, okay? Semi-development and all. But I had to move to functional, okay? Those roles even I didn't have an experience for that, the relevant experience for that, okay? So it is very painful for me as well. But again, so thanks to spirituality helped me. So in this case. In such such a case of fear, ego, and false identity, you have to think about it. Who am I beyond my designations? Are you that same designation? Because these designations are temporary. Okay. So you have to find your own identity. Okay. So for the reason we also call it a source, and you have to connect to your source. Okay. Connect your divine. Okay. So when identity runs deeper than your role, whatever your identity is. Okay. So can you just this is an exercise. For all of you, you have tried your introduction. By the way, without taking your company name, without taking any education, you write down yourself who you are. Okay? You don't have to take any education name. I am student. I'm an ex-student of this IITs, IIMs, or Stanford, or whatever Harvard, whatever university, or XYZ universities. Or I have X big five. I have seen people in LinkedIn. They write it down, right? X big four, X maybe. Okay, XISD, XIM, XXYZ. Yes, we're talking about the fear, right? So you just note it down. What was your thought process regarding that, and what do you think about it? So basically, in the last time when you're afraid of and So we're talking about that only. So if you note it down, just to say I noted it down, and we will see that what is the true identity without your designations, without your company name, education, right? So it is tough, I know, writing your, you know, introduction without those elements. So now moving on, in this context, we will go to the next part of it. We're taking some actions here. So courage, as I say, it is not about your, uh, not fearlessness. Fear is there, but despite of that fear, I will be taking the action, okay? But it will not dictate my dharmic action. I will take action. So a reckless person takes risk because they don't recognize the danger, but a courageous person recognizes it and acts anyway. So you have to be that courageous person in this context. Okay, so that is the meaning of it. Okay, you have to be aware, okay, that fear is there, but acknowledge that fear. You don't have to be concerned about that. Take the responsibilities, okay, and take an action. Okay, action. If you're taking an action despite of having fear, okay, then the courage comes. Okay, so courage comes from that, uh, you know, whenever taking action despite of so many fear elements are They are on your way. Okay, then the courage will automatically come. Okay, and same way in the previous session I also talked about talk about inner confidence. I'm talking about right. So the courage once you do all those activities repetitively, the confidence will come up. Okay, so that everything is a linkage by the way. Okay, so overcome the fear, then take action. Definitely the courage, the confidence will come up and continuously do do that. Your confidence level also. You'll be boosted. Okay, so that is the secret. Okay, it's not a secret by the way, it's just a practice. Okay, now with that note, again we're back to the Bhagavad Gita 2.58 and mastering the senses. This is talk about reactive path and mature path. And if you're having an immediate reaction, there's a reactive path, and there's a stimulus, pause, discern, and respond. Based on that, there's a mature path. Okay, so they talk about that. So trigger, any kind of notifications, are you taking a reaction of it? Any kind of criticism is coming up. Are you angry? Any kind of market news coming? Are you really panicked? Okay, these are different different triggers at any point of time is happening every time. Right? So now it will be helping you to pause. Okay. So in with this maturity, the spiritual maturity, once you develop that, it will develop the capacity to pause before the reacting. Okay. So take a pause, take a deep breath, and There's an example in the scripture also. We'll see that 2.58. In the 2.58, if you go, so in the same verse, same chapter, chapter number 2 and 58 verse, they talk about the same thing. Okay, one who is able to withdraw his senses from the sense objects as a tortoise draws the limbs within the shell is firmly fixed in perfect consciousness. So I recommend to read the verse, okay, whenever you get some time. But that is what exactly they're talking about, okay? How you can detach yourself from the sense objects and senses, right? So deliberate, protect, and compost. Stay calm and composed, okay? And take pause before you react to it something, okay? So that is the your takeaway from here. Now coming to the next part, as I say. From control to surrender, this is the ultimate thing. So fear frequently comes from believing that everything you can control, but you cannot control everything, right? Isn't it? So you can control what you can control. You can control, as I say, intention. You can control how do you think, how do you prepare, do you get put your effort, you can be integrity, maintain your integrity. How do you respond? You can control. But what you cannot control, you cannot control all the outside people. You cannot control the market conditions. You cannot control your timing. You cannot control your final results also. Okay, so surrender here means not you're losing your control, right? Okay, rather you're doing your best, okay, without pretending you control everything. You're not in control, okay? Somebody else is controlling, right? So you have to surrender yourself, and it's not a negative sense. It's not surrender doesn't mean you are weakening yourself, okay? It is not about the weakness, okay? We will give you our best, the platform, the best possible learning experience to them. Okay, but again, as a member, as a community member, you have to take action. Okay, and you have to go beyond that. Right? So that is what exactly we mean to say here. The surrender means. Okay, surrender. Okay, so that is what exactly say. Again, so 18.58. So this another verse that says take refuge in higher consciousness. So if you go to the 18th chapter number 18. Okay, so if you go there, there is a verse, chapter number 80. That's the last chapter, and in this verse number 58, if you go here, we will be finding, if you become conscious of me, you will pass over all the obstacles of conditioned life by my grace, the divine energy, the divine. If how you do not work in such consciousness, but act of false ego, not hearing me, you will be lost. Okay, it is a I'm not saying this, the Lord is saying that. Okay, so that is what exactly it has been mentioned here. Okay, very strictly they are saying here. Okay, at the same time, what exactly we're saying, take refuge in higher consciousness. What does it mean? Everything depends on me. I will perform my responsibility sincerely while remembering I am not the ultimate control. You're not ultimate controller, right? So responsibility will be always there, but Complete one avoided task that you have not been doing for the last three to six months. Okay, so do that activity even if it is painful. Okay, so then spiritual companion point of view continue irrespective from religion, faith and all. Do prayer and chanting, scripture, reflect. Okay, learn and do any kind of service to as per your faith and religion whatever. Okay, gratitude. Journaling, okay, reflections, affirmations, visualization really helps, okay. So that really helps. And do this practice and take various actions, okay, and then you'll become a resilient— you will become more resilient, okay, in this process, okay. So that is what exactly I thought of sharing here. And this operating system from a daily spiritual leadership architecture point of view, so you have to remember you have to reconnect with the spiritual With the divine, then reflect what is disturbing your mind. You talk about that. Then discern: Is it a real or imagined? Okay, think about that before you take any action. Then you take the next step. Take action despite of having fear. Okay, so then that's also called as a courage. Okay, release. Don't be imprisoned by the results. So your results are not you. So it is again just an outcome. Okay, so. Do not think too much about it. Learn, extract wisdom from scriptures, from your different learning experience associations, right? Then serve, okay? So service is the highest thing here. So you are you have to serve. We are here to serve, right? So as a customer, as a consultant, you serve your customer, okay? As a family, you serve your family. As a also serve your nation, right? So all these things you have to think about. It's not fearless. The entire operating system from having a fearless leadership. We also call it as a daily spiritual leadership architect. You can take a snapshot of it, the sequence, and also practically I will be also telling you how do really we can apply it in our day-to-day activities. Now you can have conversations. How do we do that? Okay, so you have to say that what maybe sometimes we are feeling that, okay, this is not working for me, we made a mistake, or Okay, this is okay. Okay, the numbers do not support this. You need to tell to the customer truth. It's okay. So many times these things happen. Okay, so is my intention ego or service? So you have to combine all the 3 things. You have to tell the truth, compassion at the same time, and also take the responsibility. Okay, so all the 3 things you have to do together. Okay, so be honest about it, whatever you are doing it, and maintain your integrity. That is the highest, you know, We have to live your truth. Okay, even my mentor says, okay, live your truth. Then then what we say? So the fear to courage framework. So how do you switch from a fear to courage? We will talk about that. So face. So whatever you're facing, F stands for face. Name the fear. Suppose you are afraid of certain XYZ. Maybe the AI thinks so many nowadays. Okay, are you afraid of losing your job or are you If you're an entrepreneur, are you afraid of losing the leads, customers? Okay, name that fear. Whatever the fear is coming to you, F. A stands for analyze that fear. The facts— is it a— collect the facts. Is it real fear? Uh, also you check it out whether it's just you assumed it. Okay, it's not— may not be a fear. Okay, so that is something also you can check it out. Then you identify. So identify your dharma, identify your true calling and your responsibilities. Identify that, that is I stands for identify that in the SAGE framework. Then T stands for take an action. It could be a very small courageous step, it could be switching your job, it could be taking that bold step to switch from a job to your own venture, it could be something, right? Or even if it is not that big, take some action repeated. Maybe you are afraid of public speaking, okay? And just to speak in front of camera, speak in front of a, you know, mirror, okay? That is also a small action, right? Take that courageous step here. Then hand over, release attachment to the outcome. So we are not controlling everything. Rather, you leave, surrender to the Divine. Do yourself best, then you release that attachment to the outcome. So this is how you can take a snapshot of it, and this is something you can remember whenever fear is coming to you. Just to develop that faith, and this faith framework will be helping you to overcome that. Okay, face, name the fear, analyze, identify, take action, and hand over. Hand over is the most important part here in this category, in this framework. Release that attachment. Do not be too much attached to your results and all those things. Okay, so to the outcome. Okay, so give your best and leave the rest to the divine. Okay, so that is the way you can go for. And as we already talked about Arjuna's transformation in this Bhagavad Gita series, the battlefield was always there. Still the battlefield is also today is there in Kurukshetra. Last year I visited with the pilgrimage with temple and the battlefield is still there, didn't change, but The consciousness of the Arjuna changed after coaching from Krishna, right? So that is something we have to think about it. So confusion, fear, attachment, analysis paralysis, and seek higher knowledge—all those things actually he got transformed in those area. Okay, you may not always be able to change the battlefield. It is not possible. In your case, what is the battlefield? It could be your workplace. It could be your family. family, it could be your nation, it could be your— if you're an entrepreneur, then your working space again. So business, okay, uh, depends, okay. So you cannot change the battlefield, but you can transform yourself, okay. How do you tackle that fear, okay, with which you enter it into the battlefield, okay. So that is what exactly the practical application today's Morgan word. Now, fear as your teacher. They say don't wait for fear to disappear. It will always there, but understand, acknowledge it, knowledge about it, understand what is happening. Okay, that's the first thing. Have a faith. You are not the ultimate controller. Then dharma. You understand what is your responsibility required to have that dharma. Then have that courage within you. Take that right action to move beyond the fear as a teacher. Then surrender. It is unhealthy attachment. So Attachment, what are the unhealthy attachments? Just to you know leave it. Okay. Then finally service. So think of service whenever the fear is coming to your mind. Think of service. How can I serve others? How can I serve my family, customer, nation, whatever can be. So service is the reality here. So so that you can turn your growth into contribution. How can I contribute? How can I serve you? Okay. So that should be the mindset here. So that mindset shift is really really required. Okay. So the first takeaway, how we can overcome the fear. Second is here, own your action, release the excessive attachment to the result. Whatever results, if you're too much attached, release that. Now again, we reverse for that, the 2.47. It says your responsibility is action, your psychology bundles need not to be your outcome. Okay, prepare deeply, act sincerely, learn continuously, as I always say. Lifelong learner. We are all lifelong learner, right? So execute without analysis and paralysis. That is the second takeaway. Take the actions, own your action, okay? And release the excess attached to the result. Then the third thing here is transform leadership from ego to service, okay? So do not think about your positions. It is there, it may not be there tomorrow, okay? So, but person will be, as I've introduced Individual people remembering you, just like I remembered one of my partners. I was talking about that in my first part of the study sessions, right? So I still remember that person, that partner, as a human being, right? So how can I use that position, knowledge, and influence responsibly so that people can remember you? Okay, when leadership becomes a service, the leadership as a service, okay, the fear of reputation status and personal loss, it will be losing its dominance. So that is the reality here, okay? So how you have to understand, how can think of removing that ego and you come to a service zone. So you have to be in a service zone for this, okay? So now from a practice point of view, as I say, so you have to put an actionable practice for leaders. If you are CXOs or any, any, any point of time, do have a spiritual grounding. Chant Pray, read Bhagavad Gita or any of the scriptures, whatever the faith, religions you're following, right? Read your scriptures, then 5 minutes, not too much. Start with that. Then fear inventory. So do journaling, okay? Whatever you are afraid of today, make a note of it. Name the fear, okay? As we have seen in the FACE framework, right? Then also ask a question, what is the responsibility today? Okay, did you have try all the possible areas? Okay, then action commitment. What is your action for today? Okay, you are committed. Still you have taken a courageous step even if you are not feeling good, even if you are not you know comfortable. Still you have taken action for that, right? Then surrender. So offer the result and come into the executing sincerely. Okay, you are doing it sincerely. Surrender to that activity. Okay, so with that, okay, so this is a. Review. So what decision you have taken, you avoided, what fear was behind it? Start doing journaling. What adjustment was there? What responsibility required? What did I act courageously? Whom did my leader self serve? Okay, note down these questions. Maybe you can do a weekly review, okay, with me, because these are Sunday sessions that are dedicated for that, for our inner consciousness. Okay, so inner architecture, we always say that, right? So you think about it. Okay, so take a note of it. Build a fearless culture exclusively for CXOs if you are watching this video many times. So you create a space for your people so that they will be able to, you know, say safely what exactly they said. Okay, I don't know, I disagree, we made a mistake. Okay, they should be able to come up with this. The strategy is not working. Okay, instead of hiding something Okay, here is what I recommend. Okay, a spiritual mature organization doesn't eliminate accountability; it eliminates the fear of telling the truth. Encourage your people to tell the truth. Okay, it is very rare, especially in the bigger organizations I have seen. Right? So that is what exactly you have to create that culture in your organization and develop that faith. Okay, the final leadership mantra for today is: I will not wait for fearlessness. I will not use. Say that I will not wait for fearlessness. If you are watching the video in YouTube, you can make a note of it, comment it. I will seek knowledge and remember my higher purpose. Then I will perform my duty and act with courage. Okay, it is like affirmation. Those who are practicing affirmation, it will be easy for you to practice. I will release unhealthy attachment to the results. Okay, then I will use my leadership In service of something greater than myself. Okay, so this was final mantra for today. You can take it as affirmation. You can take snapshot of it and which you can on a daily basis. If you are anything fear comes to your mind, you just open it up and write it down. Those five sentences, five affirmations. Okay, you can practice. And with that note, we also have recently developed an applications in our platform. Those who are already part of our platform, they have an access to it. And it is called a hive. Okay, we have a recently launched hive. Okay, and we have an identity assessment. We do that here, and exclusively people who are part of our community, they have an access to it. So I will be showing you how exactly it works. So you have to you know those your members, they can put their membership level here, especially silver, gold, diamond members. They can go for it and write it down, and you start. Okay, so I will be entering my IDs, I will be entering my time space, and inside this it says that, uh, okay, these are my affirmation for today. My discipline today is a gift to my future self. Okay, I move steadily and sustainably, progress, not burn out. I grow through change. Every challenge is shaping a stronger version of me. So this is my today's affirmation, right? So there's so many tools and technologies, but I keep it kept it simple and which you can go for it and you can practice it, right? And similarly, you can go for the visualizations. So this is a visualization, go for it every day. And you can also write some gratitude every day, what you are actually— the one step, okay, which is actually you have talked about, right? So that is the way you can go for it. And there's so many other tools, but in some small thing we have started in our communities as well, and you will be finding, okay, all those things. Okay, so with that note, signing off, Niladri here, and looking forward to another sessions here. And those who are interested, who's also— if you want to be part of a community, just as I said in the towards the end, you can always enroll in our communities. Uh, go to successlabacademy.com, and recently we have launched 20 different labs. Okay, you can have a look into those one of those, any of the labs of your choice and all. And based on your career, based on aspirations, irrespective of your industry, okay, research background, research innovation, whatever you are aspiring for, all right. And you can join those program, okay. And pretty much, uh, you'll be going through those work week under WhatsApp boot camps, hackathons, master classes, super classes exclusively for architectural things like Enterprise Architect, your Business Architect, Solution Architect, okay, ERP-focused, okay, AI-driven, okay, all those things we do. And if you're interested any of these things, you can always appear for. And we have also an AI-driven program. These are architect level, okay, this is not tactical things. For tactical things, you can always go for Udemy, Coursera, YouTube, so many things are there. But we focus on the architect side of it and AI part of it, okay. Okay, so these are all AI-driven, architect-driven courses. Not courses, I will say, no, this is the community. Okay, you can apply for this. Okay, whatever is relevant for you and you can explore it. Okay, and many things coming up. We conduct such kind of webinar and seminars, all these master classes, super classes, boot camps, a lot of things, activities we do. And these are all experience learning. This is not typically like a would call as kind of tactical courses. And you can always go for any of the membership if you want. Tuesday we conduct customer experience webinar, okay? And so this is not working, so I'll be updating it anyway. So Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday— every day we conduct a free webinar exclusively for public, okay? And we have a premium programs which is a part of our lab, and we have a school, we have a hub. These are all digital a digital format, and definitely you can choose your journey and you can be a part of our mission. Okay, so this is our mission, you can see, architecting experiences for a better world. And looking forward to be part of the mission, and all the best. Take care, God bless, be fearless. Okay, so that's the mantra, as I said today. Take care, bye-bye.
