Now we are going to activate our applications. Okay, so now let's begin. So I will start recording the sessions now. Everyone, once again for joining the session today, and today's sessions, uh, is highly focused on an awareness session for SAP SuccessFactors integration with the Your Linux, SAP Linux. Okay, how many of you are knowing a product as a Linux? What does it do? Right. So if you do not know about it, okay. So let's I will be giving a brief on that. Then we will be going for the next part of it. Okay. So today's sessions will be focusing on. Let's say I will also meanwhile opening a tool as well. So first of all, this is an enterprise architecture management tool. Okay, so whether you are knowing it or do not know, so this is an enterprise architecture management tool and primarily used by solution architect, business architects, enterprise architects. Okay, and today we will be highly— the session will be focusing on integration part of it. Okay, so for that also I will recommend there is a link also which is, uh, talk about, uh, if you go to any AI tool. Okay, so we will be SAP LeanIX. So I will not be focusing on the SuccessFactors side of it. So I will be more focusing on the LeanIX part because that is what many people do not know about it. SuccessFactors, everybody, uh, those who are SuccessFactors consultant, you already know that, right? So I will be not going SuccessFactors end of it. Okay, so we will be seeing that integrations and the sprint. Okay, and in this sprint, uh, we will be focusing on that side of it. Okay, so I will be sharing this link also, the ChatGPT link, which is actually I'm using it. And this is the which we will be looking at today. Okay, so what is this integration? So it will be integrating your organizational structure from SuccessFactors to SAP LeanIX. Okay, because LeanIX has a different structure and SuccessFactors has a different structure. So we're doing that. Then LeanIX will be following that structure. Then after that, why we use it? The value is not copying. We are not copying the org structure to this one. Rather We are referring HR as an organizational structure, so it can be contextualized for that. It will simplify for that. Okay, so that is what exactly we will be doing in this entire thing. And how does it work? Because Success Factor will be giving you the org data, then we'll be having through integration center, it will be sending to the entire exporting through API, it will come to SAP LeanIX, and that is called as a fact sheet in your LeanIX. So LeanIX I will be showing you, Success Factor I will not be showing you today. Okay, maybe some other boot camps and all those will be enrolling. They will be going for that details steps. Okay, so the key this is the key thing. So let me log into the Lena X. Okay, so I will be logging into the Lena X. So it is showing some error. So let me refresh this page a bit. Yes, I think it is working. Just a minute. This is the Lena X page. Yes. So now this is how when you log into Lena X, it looks like this. Okay, now here we have to go to the inventory. Okay, inside this inventory you will be finding there are different things called as— if you go to the left-hand side, you will be finding some colorful things like this. Okay, and what are these? There are around 13 number. Okay, objective, platform, initiative, business capability, business context, organization, application interface, data object, system, IT component, provider, tech category, contract. Okay. Approximately 448, okay, 14. So exactly 14, okay. So out of that, okay, we will be searching for SuccessFactors where exactly it is. So SuccessFactors, where it will coming up? So it will be as an application, okay. So it will be as an application, you have seen that. So if you go to application layer, the filter, you will be seeing there are 48 applications we are having here. An application is also— there are 3 types of application. There is a business application, AI agent is now very everywhere, okay, then microservice, okay. Or if it is not categorized, it will be showing as a 43. In my case, it's a demo system, uh, we have a lot of things which are not applicable, showing as a 43, right? So for that reason, so what I will be doing, I will be searching here, okay. So I will be searching here directly, okay. Let's say SAP SuccessFactors. I will search for SAP SuccessFactors. And if I go for, you can see there is automatically coming up is an application already existing in my LeanIX dashboard. Okay, and this is called as a fact sheet in SAP LeanIX. We call it a fact sheet. And if I go to SuccessFactors, you can see it's only 19% data is filled up. Okay, so in today's awareness session, so today is an awareness session. So in this what I will try to do, we will be trying to understand the different different parameters. Okay. And also we will be checking our— there's a report which I have developed, okay? And I will be showing you how much data in SuccessFactors is complying to different, different policies for different organizations, different countries and all. So that we're going to fill it up, okay? So it will be very interesting exercise and also maybe new for many of you, okay? And which I have been doing for a while. So this way data completeness is 19% from it. Enterprise architecture point of view. So what are the things missing? We'll try to understand each and every section, and we will at least, even not 100%, we will be at least crossing 70%. So that is our today's target, okay? And those who are going to stay till the end of the session today, and they will be getting a gift, uh, that's a digital gift from my side. And so stay till the end, and we'll be taking a Q&A towards the end, okay? If you have any question, you can put in the chat, and I will be answering at the end, okay? Okay, or if you're watching in the YouTube, you can also put your comment in the YouTube itself comment section, and I will be answering positively after the session is over. Or if you're watching the live in the Zoom, and I will be answering at the towards the end of the session. Okay, so now keep your notepad and ready everything ready, and now we are going to the entire journey. Okay, so now if we go to fact sheet, there is information section. It's a 46% complete. Okay, so if I go here. Select any of this field, okay, I have an editable option. You can see by default it will not appear, okay. So I will go to edit option, and inside that what I receive, SAP SuccessFactors, it is showing here, okay. And it is linked to what, okay? It is linked to a business capability. There is a concept called the business capability, okay, and it is recommended. It is not saying it is mandatory, okay. And there are many other fields also you can see. Okay, so we would like to understand that part as well. SAP SuccessFactors is the product name, application name here. Now there is something called alias name. Okay, so definitely we are going to, you know, release point of view. So release, what should be the release data? So at present we are in which release? Okay, so we are in 2026, uh, H1, right? So that one we can mention here. Maybe 1H1, we go to 2H, we have to constantly update it. So who will be updating this? It is a job of the application architect. Okay, suppose you are working in a client. Okay, it is your job. Otherwise, the client internal team, if they are having a business end user or application architect or solution architect within the team, okay, it is not end user job. Rather, they must be having a COE, Center of Excellence, or they must be having nowadays lot of GCCs are there, Global Capability Centers, right? They must be having somebody. Who is supporting to the end user, okay? Ideally, or IT team, you can say inside the IT team, whoever is supporting to the HR, okay? So they should be having the ownership of this and they would be guiding and advising this. So in that way, we will be mentioning the 2H 2026, okay? So let's say I will be mentioning 1H now, okay? So once, once we enter into November-December, we'll be updating it to 2H, okay? So now alias name. Alias name is alternative name. So let's say Many companies they give Success Factor a different name inside their organization. Okay, I remember in my when I was working with the KPMG, they used to call it as a connects. Okay, so connected employee experience. Okay, so they have given a name. Okay, it is like a nickname to the product, right? They only understand, but the ultimately the product is SAP Success Factor. Okay, so we can give some names or if it is applicable, so that is something you can put it here. Here, okay? And external ID, it is not required for this fact sheet, so I will be leaving it blank, okay? But here maybe I will say that People Experience Lab, something like that. I will give a name here, okay? So this is just an internal purpose, okay? This is not for external. People Experience maybe Lab, something like that I will give here, okay? And description, I can give some meaningful description here. At present, you can see also there is an AI enabled, Okay, so I will say that I will write something and I will improvise it using AI. So business AI is also there inside embedded in SAP Linux. Okay, and I will say that this is a this is a system for HRMS covering almost every modules in SAP Success Factor, Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Smart Recruiters, Onboarding, PMGM, Succession, Career Development Planning. You have Compensation, Variable Pay, Work Zone. Qualtrics. So this is what actually came to my mind, okay? So I just thought of adding it here, okay? So now I will be utilizing the AI feature here. Enable, uh, explore options with AI. So let's try. So generate, uh, it will rephrase it, okay? And you can see these are the different options in AI you are having it. So I will be, uh, rephrase it, let's say, okay? So whatever I have told to you, uh, told to this, and it will be a little bit of Enhancing that. Okay, so I think this is done, but actually the spelling of work zone is not correct. So it is W O R K, not war zone. So this is done. So this part is done. So L E S is done. Okay, now subtype. Okay, so this is an application. Okay, so what kind of subtype it will be? So we have three types of subtype. Okay, business application, AI agent, and microservice. Okay, so at present we will trying to see that. So it is a microservice here. Okay, I will say this is a business. Sorry, this is a business application. Okay, and those who want to understand the difference between these three, you can put again. We will be using our friend ChatGPT parallelly, and we will be utilizing. So first of all, difference between microservice, AI agent, and business application in the context of SAP Linux. Application fact sheet. Okay, so this is the exact prompt you have to give, and I will be asking that give example and give in Notion table format. Okay, so those who are staying till the end, you'll be also getting this ChatGPT link so that you don't have to do this research again. So you can, uh, entire thing you'll be getting from my side. Okay, so now this is the table it will be generating. Meanwhile, let's see. What it is giving you. Okay, so business application is already we are aware of it. Okay, microservice maybe some maybe new for you for some of few people. Okay, so this is an independent service or application which can be integrated, which is exposed through API. Okay, but AI agent, AI agent where to get it? So we have something called Discovery Center. Okay, people who do not know, there are lot of applications available which you want to discover. This is called Discovery Center. You go there, all the AI agents for all SAP applications, you can get it from there. But I'll putting the link also in the chat so that you can go and explore today. Okay, so this is the seat, this is the link I will be giving to you, and you can explore it today. And you can sign up, you can sign off using your S user ID, and you'll be getting a better response there. Okay, so here what you have to do, go to SAP Business AI. There are several catalog you will be seeing: AI catalog, service catalog, service catalog, adoption content, mission catalog. Okay, so we have to go to the AI catalog here. Okay, so go to the AI catalog and from there you have to search your AI agent specific for HR. Okay, so if you go to Discovery Center, so there are multiple things we'll be finding here: explore assistants, explore agents, all of these things, right? And from here you have to Go to your directly explore assistant, explore agents. Okay, so I will be going here, agents. And from here, nowadays everything they are calling it autonomous, right? So what you have to do is inside the left-hand side, you'll be finding there are autonomous things: autonomous customer experience for CRM people, autonomous finance for finance people, autonomous HCM for HR people, autonomous supply chain management for supply chain management module. Autonomous spend, it's all about your travel expense management, your typically procurement module. Okay, then we have a center, we have a business AI platform, then industry AI. Okay, so there are so many applications, AI agents you'll be finding here. Okay, so you have to filter by autonomous HCM. Okay, so today's session is on HCM, right? So inside that you will be finding there are 2 agents you'll be finding here. One is a knowledge agent and performance preparation agent. Okay. Okay, so if you go inside, so I'm not going to detail about it, but this is a homework for all of you to explore this using your, your this particular portal Discovery Center. Everything is there, by the way. You don't have to depend on anyone. Okay, so there is a small video and how do you set it up. Okay, there is a business value if you want to set it up, the initial configuration part of everything they have given you step by step. Okay, only thing is you'd understand and also what is coming up in the upcoming days. You can see So in the Q3, that means the next quarter and upcoming H2 release, these are the agents coming up. You can see that our agent population will be growing day by day, okay, quarter by quarter, okay. So this is from SAP point of view. They are having a PMGM as their main target, okay. Then recruiting and all of these things. You can see lot of AI agents are coming up in the employee goal management perspective, performance management and goal management, because that is the most common used module, okay, in every organization after Employee Central. Okay, so you'll be finding those agents are coming up on the roadmap. Similarly, we have a currency also based on your pricing because these are not free. Everything is not free. Okay, so you'll be finding them as all these things. Now you can also switch your estimate also. You can add your agent, how much cost it will be. You will be finding the details about it, how much the cost and everything if you want to estimate any of the cost of it. Okay, so this is the AI agent. And similarly, you go for AI assistant. You might be wondering what is the difference between assistants and agents, right? Joule, they call it Joule assistant and Joule agents. Okay, so for Joule Assistant's point of view, so Joule Assistant, if I go here, so this is, if I filter again autonomous HCM, I have something called HR Service Assistant. Okay, so this is another way you can, this is an assistant. So all of the assistants, they will be working as a supporting. Okay, but your, they require always some input. Okay, but AI agents, they will also require input, but they will be more of a They will also have to take their decisions. Okay, they will be helping us making the decisions. Okay, so in this context, from HR context point of view, it is a very common principle also. Okay, the way we have differentiated between all of the three things, right? So maybe I will be asking is a follow-up question here. So this is also an AI activity for all of you. Explain the difference between AI agents and AI assistants with example from SAP SuccessFactors. In general and from HR perspective in a notion table format. Okay, so this is the prompt I will be giving here, and this is also we'll be getting. Okay, so although I have explained in other sessions, but I have now given an HR context to it. Okay, it is actually AI assistant is like always on the loop. Okay, it is like asking. Okay, so it will be more of a helper. It's like a helper. Okay, and AI agent is like a driver. So that is what I can give you an analogy here. AI agent is a higher autonomy in terms of autonomy point of view. This is a higher autonomy, but AI assistant is a lower autonomy. Okay, it will be always assisting as the name suggests, assisting. Okay, so this is the entire— suppose in any interview they're asking a question between difference between Joule assistant and Joule agent. Similar thing, AI assistant, AI agent also very same answer you have to give. Joule is just a branding name. From SAP point of view. Otherwise, you can see the people who are working in recruiting. Okay, so in the recruiting, the example can be summarize this candidate's experience against the job description. Okay, so then what assistant will do? Assistant will be producing a summary. Okay, suppose you got a CV from your candidate and you have a particular job description. Okay, so assistant will be giving you that summary. But AI agent, what you will do? So AI agent in this case. It will be helping. So the next step, the— it will progress in the qualified candidates for the requisition. So whatever, uh, the CVs you have received, okay, agent will be evaluating all the criteria, identify the candidates, preparing communications, workflow actions, and requesting wherever human approvals are required. Because in many cases human approval may not required, right? Like searching for candidates, okay, you may not require human approval. Okay, but proceeding to the candidate to a requisition, whether it's a smart recruiter or any other tool, right? It requires an approval. Okay, so in that case, it will just inform to the human. Who about the human? We call it a human in the loop. Okay, HITL, human in the loop. Okay, so that will take care of it. And similarly, you have different examples. So I'm not going to read out all the examples anyway. I have generated this for you. Okay, but just to understand what agent will be doing. And what, what is my leave balance? Suppose if you want to check, you don't need an AI agent for that. Okay, AI assistant will be telling you what is the benefit, what is your salary, what is my submit my leave request. Okay, so submit my leave request is an agent-like action because it requires an approval, right? So similarly, coordinate this candidate's interview process, then it will be orchestrating. So wherever there's an action is happening between the different, different people Maybe this one, this one I'll be giving as a quiz tomorrow, okay? And so we'll be conducting a Kahoot quiz for the entire community, and you have to answer which is— which job is the agent job, which job is an assistant job, okay? And definitely human is also in the loop, but this is what exactly we will be understanding here, okay? So now we understood this— what is the difference between a business application, AI agent, and microservice, okay? And from AI agent, I already explained what is that. Microservice actually little technical. So any third-party applications you are utilizing, which would be non-SAP, non-SuccessFactors, right? And that is something we are integrating for. It's a bolt-on product, okay? So we can integrate with that. So those things are actually called microservice. Anyway, the difference I have given here in the chat, in the description, okay? So now we will go into next part of it called as a product category, okay? So the product category will be having a What kind of a product category? Okay, so maybe for this we have to take an AI help here. Okay, so what I can do? So this is an— we know already this is an HRMS product or HRIS product, right? But from a LeanIX point of view, we do not understand what is this category, right? And also there is no dropdown here. Okay, so this is something we have to put it here. So I will be saying, so let's say product category point of view, I will go to put this as a screenshot and I will be checking with AI again. What is the product category is here? Okay, so you can always level that there is no AI enabled here. You can see that for every field SAP doesn't give an AI. Okay, so you have to check, apply your thought process, and otherwise you can if it is an optional field you can skip it. Okay, so now what I'm going to do here I will be going to the next step. I will be checking that. So our target is at least seventy percent will be scoring. Okay, in success factor in the Linux data completeness point. Of it. It's a very common task asked to a solution architect by an enterprise architect, which even I ask my people. Okay, so I will say that suggest the product category field, what should I add, and catalog ID, whatever is not filled in this screen. Okay, so now what I will do, I will go here, product categories. Okay, so let's see what It is bringing in. It will check your official SAP portal and all. It's a business application. We already know that, but let's see what it is recommending, and based on that, we will be filling it up this one. Okay, so product category. Yeah, so product category as I was expecting HR. Okay, because if you this is the same help.sap.com. If you go there, right? So there is no not a lot of things. Okay, so if you go here help.sap So we have 5 to 6 things only. We do not have a— although SAP has 1,000 products, okay, but if you go here, you'll be finding very common category. This is actually the category, okay, financial management, okay, spend management, supply chain management, human capital management, customer experience, sustainability management, okay. These are 6 categories from an enterprise business point of view, okay. Okay, otherwise there is a technical category. So we have a business AI here, SAP Business Data Cloud, Enterprise Resource Planning, Business Technology Platform, now Business AI Platform. Okay, similarly we have a BTP. Okay, sorry, BTM, Business Transformation Management. So current tool which I'm using it, showing you SAP LeanIX. Okay, it is a BTM tool, Business Transformation Management. There is a joke also, people who are staying in Bangalore, so now you are— there's a BTM layout, right? So people like, they used to call it They always tell me that, okay, we also got a new full form of it, BTM. Okay, just for fun. Okay, so Business Transformation Management. Okay, SAP Signavio, SAP LeanIX. SAP Signavio for process management, LeanIX for enterprise architecture management. We have a WalkMe, uh, we have a WalkMe Learning Arc. This is for digital adoption, and this is an integrated toolchain. So all these things are there. Okay, but for now, we will be mentioning the main categories here for today's session. Okay, so I will go to the LeanIX. And I will mention it here, human capital management. Okay, so this is done. So I will mention it HCM here. Now DORA, DORA, how many you know what is a DORA? Okay, so this is again a very new thing. Even I was not aware of it before I was doing, uh, when I was doing a simple SuccessFactors, I was not aware of it. My enterprise architect, when I was in 2021-22, Lena X was a different product. All these things were where SAP acquired it. So let's say DORA. DORA is actually a compliance thing. Explain DORA. Mention the full form of the DORA. Okay, so although I know it, but actually for your reference, so you don't have to go to different different places and search for it. Okay, so DORA is standing for Digital Operational Resilience Act. Okay, so this is a especially in EU. If you're working in European regulation, they have a GDPR. They have since similar thing. They do have a call something called as a Digital Operational Resilience Act. Okay. So this is again for any third party. So they are checking can a can a financial organization continue operating respond effectively recover when its technology experience a any kind of a cyber attack happening system failure happening who is responsible? Okay. Are you following DORA Act and all? So if you're working in any European projects. And all. And this is pretty much, uh, so they do have a lot of regulations. Okay, so let's see. Yes, these applications are DORA critical because if you're having your all of the employees' personal data, professional data, everything, if you're working in European countries. So let's say assume we are already working there. Okay, and we have to put it here. Catalog ID, this is something non-editable, so I will be just leaving it. Okay, so for now this much is enough. Okay, external ID, and also I will be choosing later point of time. And workforce onboarding, so I will be choosing, uh, this is the business capabilities, right? I will be adding this relation, okay? So this is a business capability. So there is a difference between a business capability and your process, okay? Business capability means it is all about your, uh, what you do, what your organization is doing, right? But, uh, process means how you are doing it, okay? So there's a difference between what and how. Okay, so in SuccessFactors, in SAP LeanIX, everything— it's not an SAP LeanIX concept, it's enterprise architecture concept. You can find out the difference between business capability. So you have to just search for— okay, so again I'm putting an AI question today: difference between business capability and business process in the context of TOGAF, Business Architecture Guild, and give an example specific to HRMS, like tools like SAP SuccessFactors. Factor Workday Oracle. Okay, and what I will be asking here further, okay, so I want this difference in a Notion table format. Okay, so this is, uh, the prompt I have given, and based on that it will be giving me a detailed part of it. So which is something is a learning for you, okay, which you can refer. Okay, so now this is the difference, as I always told to you. Fundamental question, what that particular organization is doing, what that particular department is doing, what that particular function is doing, that is the business capability. That doesn't change a lot of time, but business process, how you are doing, it will change. So there is a sequence of activities and all, so that may change over a period of time. So business capability is more of a strategic, more structured, but business process is more of operational behavioral. Okay, so from an HR point of view, talent acquisition is a business capability. Okay, but recruiting an employee, it is a business process. And for all the business process, you will be finding these are starting with a verb: recruit, hire, conduct, enroll, run. Okay, you can see so many examples are here. These are the business process. Business capabilities means your workforce administration, talent acquisition, learning and development— what you are doing. How we are doing is business process. Okay, so this is a very fundamental thing which you must be knowing it. Okay, and all the details are here, so I'm not going thoroughly. Okay, so now I will be going to the next part of it. Okay, I think this much is enough for me, and I will be simply putting this much. Okay, people, this is— I forgot— people experience, any kind of a fancy name you can give. Okay, so which to make your HR happy. Okay. Okay, and you can put it here. And so this is a business application, and product category, as I told, human capital manager. I didn't save it, so for the reason I've lost it. Human capital management, in the bracket I'll mention HCM. And DORA critical, let's say I'm making it to the DORA critical, yes. And I will simply save and next. Okay, so now this is done. Okay, so now let's see how much Okay, we are done. Okay, so now 2% have increased. Okay, so next is the compliance. So this is a custom field which I have created in my project. This is a demo system I've created, but by default it was not there in SAP LeanIX. But many of the companies, they look for, okay, so which application is having which following which standard. Okay, so you don't have to do everything. Okay, so I'm just mentioning for this information. Okay, so GDPR, let's say we are in European countries, it is— we are compliant. Okay, uh, similarly there is a SOX compliance if you're working in the US and also they have a different compliance. So let's say it is not applicable for us. Okay, HIPAA compliance, if you're working in healthcare sector, let's say you have implemented SuccessFactors in healthcare. Okay, so for your doctor's data, for your every employee's data, are those HIPAA compliant or not? We have to check it out. Let's say if I will say this is partially compliant. Okay, so I'm just checking different different values so that you'll be seeing the report accordingly. ISO 27000 compliance. So there are thousand of different different compliance. For this today's demo, I am just giving you five different compliance so that we can see there is a finance pointer which is a PCI DSS. Okay, so I will say this is also I will say compliant. Okay, so now I will save it. Okay, so what will happen after doing this? So there is a report which is— I will be quickly showing you which I have developed. It's a custom report I have developed, okay, in this environment. Okay, and now this part is done. So compliance part is done. So I have maintained this 5 data. So now quickly I will show you another window. Okay, so let me duplicate this window and I will be showing you the report. How does it look like to a business user. Okay, so I— for that I have to go to the LeanIX reporting. So LeanIX reporting also have a lot of standard features, so— but I will be showing you the custom report which I have developed. Okay, so let me show you that how based on this data, suppose there is a query from your HR or a risk management team, because many companies— every company, every company, they do have a risk management team, they have a compliance team, the auditors, right? Which data is compliant, which data is not compliant, right? So I have created this custom report. How do I have created this custom report? Actually, recently only I have learnt it. It took me around last. I participated in the Linux challenge, and I'm going to submit it tomorrow. Okay. So which is actually I have created it, and wish me good luck for this because I don't know what is the result. But the result will be announced on 21st of this month. Okay. So you can see this is a kind of a report. So now you can see in this entire thing, okay, SAP SuccessFactors is here. You can see, okay, SAP SuccessFactors is here. It's showing compliant, compliant, all this not applicable, whatever the data we have entered it, right? If I select SAP SuccessFactors, okay, so this is a very comprehensive report. It is showing whatever the compliant, not compliant, but there is something called risk and compliance. So that is something we have not evaluated yet. Okay, so let's say we'll be primarily focusing on this part today because this is very, very important. Whether you are— it's a— what are the kind of data we are having? A risk point of view, business critical, functional suitability, technical suitability, obsolescence. The risks are AI risk. Now AI is everywhere, okay, but AI is also coming with a lot of risk parameter, okay. Have you done that risk assessment? Have you done all those single sign-on? Okay, so at present we have not done the calculations here. This calculation also has a particular formulas and also that I will be sharing a GitHub link later point of time. It requires again one week of effort, okay? So but now at least you understood like what is the things we are required and this is a calculation method you can see in the risk assessment point of view from SuccessFactors. This is for every application but I have given an example of SAP SuccessFactors, okay? Because many of you are coming from HR background and Monday we primarily this webinar is focused on my audience of SuccessFactors, my of the global community. And in the risk assessment point of view, we have considered business criticality 25%, functional suitability 10%, technical suitability 15%, obsolescence 20%, 6R. There is a methodology, I will come to that. That I'll be covering on Saturday, by the way. So 6R, what is 6R? You just stay tuned to the Saturday sessions, I'll be covering what is the 6R. Then AI risk, SSO. Okay, so these are different methodologies. So the percentage weight is actually given here. Okay, and if you go to let's say any other application, you will be also seeing that here. So SAP Extended Warehouse Management. So here also I can see business criticalities, functional suitability, all the things actually we have calculated here. Okay, and how the final score is reached. Okay, and you do not have to depend upon anyone because this gives me an explanation. Okay, how this is calculated, how this figure became 61%. Okay, so that if it is 61%, what is my category? Okay, this is high risk. Okay, so there is a scoring mechanism. Okay, so this is how exactly it has been explained here, entire thing. Okay, so this is what exactly— it's not only report, but also you can drill down and you can find out the different areas from a risk point of view, from a different— so this is a little complex. Okay, so do not worry, but this is what exactly organizations are asking for these days. Okay, so this is, uh, for the reason I have not done the assessment, that part, only the compliance I have done. Okay, so now I will come into risk scoring. So compliance I have done. So if I do the risk, how it will be? I will be showing an example. So the next example is, uh, in this segment we have covered compliance, we covered the basic information. Okay, now we'll go into the MCP server. If you're utilizing any AI agents or any integrations you are doing it, okay, so if you are using a built-in or a custom, okay, or no, okay. So let's say at present we are using a built-in, okay. So SAP Already you are having business AI, all these things. Or if you're doing, let's say, cloud, you are using it, okay? You can mention cloud and those server endpoint, and you have to give it here, okay? You can see that, okay, what it can do, whether it can read and write your applications and also. At present, I, I do not want to do that, okay? So I will be just mentioning at present we do not have any MCP server, okay? So for now, we'll keep it simple, okay? So maybe some other day I will be explaining you how How exactly this AI can be integrated and MCP server can be integrated, that part of it. Okay, so for now MCP server I will keep it simple. Now coming to a timeline, so this is what exactly the life cycle of our software. Okay, and if you go here and if you go edit here, you can see that there are different different stages here. Okay, it's called as a life cycle state. Okay, start date, there is a phase in, there's an active, phase out, end of life. Okay, for any software like Lifecycle, okay? Whenever from a SAP point of view, okay, it doesn't look like we are directly going to implement. We have to do some planning, right? So let's say the planning was started in 2025. Usually one year ago, six months ago, you do the planning, you do the vendor selection. So you identify the vendor, you do the RFP. So there's a long process, okay? Six months to one year people take it, right? So I will let's say planning started in January 2025. Okay, now after that, the phase-in. Phase-in means already started. Okay, you have finalized. Okay, in SuccessFactors we are going to implement and we have started bringing implementation partner. We have started bringing in all the resources whatever is required. That is called phase-in. Okay, but at present still we have not implemented. Okay, because it will require 6 months, 1 year depending upon organization and all. Okay, now we are going to active. Let's say production, we are going live on 1st of January 2027. Targeting that is called active, and when the product will be in use. Phase out we will not say. So phase out is where exactly suppose let's say over a period of time you decided suppose we are going for SAP HCM. Let's say okay for SAP HCM you can mention that okay we are phasing out in 2026 December and we are phasing in. That phasing out means which is going away. So at present we will keep it blank because phase out and end of life at present we are not looking for. Okay, so now we will simply save this part. This is called enter lifecycle state. Okay, so this is the easy one. Okay. Sorry, I got disconnected for a while. Let me reconnect and share my screen once again. Yeah, so okay, so this is really giving you the entire application, the Relations Explorer here. So basically, this application is linked to what all the so we can see SAP SuccessFactors connected to SAP HCM. So they were using SAP HCM on-premise. They were using Atos something time tracking tool. These are predecessors. That means before that which are the application they were using. What is the data objects they are utilizing? So you can see all the details are here. Okay. What is the data object for this? Okay. All the details in this employee master. We are utilizing the employee master data at present. Let's say for employee central we are using. What is the provided interface? Okay, so let's say these are different interface for a— let's say you are utilizing master data replication, employee central, let's say you are having time off. Okay, there are different, different interfaces SAP SuccessFactors is providing. Okay, business capability HR workforce onboarding, it could be many more, but at present I've just mentioned 2 things. Business context for this module, let's say we can have onboarding, I maintained here human resources, and also I can have multiple other modules. So I have not mentioned everything here. Okay, business context to be having your multiple things. So I will be talking about the latter point of time. Organizations, for this is coming under a corporate or organizational point of view. Okay, so that is what exactly we are having from a SuccessFactors point of view. This is called Relationship Explorer or Relations Explorer here. Okay, now the next part is SuccessFactors. So at present we don't have to wait for SuccessFactors because we do not have any SuccessFactors. Okay, so application cost, so this is again we call it TCO. So this is based on your licensing cost and all. So we have a different 3 part of it. Like any software, we have a licensing cost, we have a maintenance cost, we have support cost. Okay, so for now I will just mention, and that total, it's called as a TCO, total cost of ownership. So I will be mentioning here some random figure. Okay, and so here I will be putting some 2 lakhs something, and here support cost, it will be On a per year basis, maybe. So I will just click simple, save it here. Okay, so now simply I will save it. Okay, so this part is done. TCO is done. Okay, now that after that DORA. DORA as I was talking about, right? So which kind of an assessment you are talking about? So these are different different thing. So we have we can mention directly simple thing here. If this service get disrupted, what will happen? Okay, generally when you raise a ticket also, right, if you're putting it very high, SAP asks for it, right? So let's say what is the impact of it, okay, from a Digital Operational Vigilance Act point of view, okay? Definitely there is a disruption, service will be disrupted. Financial, if you are looking for payroll and all, definitely it's impacted, okay? Reputational damage, definitely high, okay? And regulatory impact, if you are looking for payroll and all, definitely high, okay? And you can classify that impact also. Let's say it's a hype. Okay, so for now I'm just putting it like this. Okay, because these data will be also going to your report and everything. Okay, so these are the different DORA point of view. Okay, we will be capturing here, and this is pretty much then a resilience testing. Okay, so most of these things are self-explanatory, but training and awareness—is it required? Definitely. So people have to understand the act and all right. So we have to conduct some kind of a ILT. Instructor-led or web-based training, something like that. Okay, so all the details you have to mention here. When was the last training conducted? Okay, so this is more from a data point of view we will be maintaining. Confidentiality, definitely it is confidential, highly confidential data. Integrity point of view also is very high or high, I will mention it. Okay, these are all data points. Okay, so we have to ensure we are maintaining it. For now I'm quickly doing that so that you understand. Fault tolerance, we do not want any, uh, fault in this. They're all data points, but you need to understand, uh, if you're working for a European client, okay? And risk also, there are different types of risk. Even this one I was not aware of. There are strategic risk, operational risk, compliance risk, okay? Financial risk, technology risk, reputational risk, and project risk, and cybersecurity risk, okay? So there are different types of risk. So today we'll be putting it as a compliance point of view because HR is all about compliance data mostly, okay? Other things I will be just. You can also select multiple also. I can see that. Okay. So there is a technology risk also. Whatever you're thinking, you just put it here. Okay. Cybersecurity is also very very important these days after this AI and everything. So we definitely require have a regular audit of our applications. Okay. So I will put that here. Okay. So I will now save it. This is more from a DORA Act point of view. Okay. And similarly, once it is done. There is a recovery plan from a business context point of view. So for now, I will simply add it like that. So you can see business context they will be asking for. So which kind of business context? Okay, whenever you are doing this business continuity point of view, HR application also required. Okay, so active from which date? Okay, so I will just putting here this particular date. I will simply save it now. Okay. Okay, affected application, which are the applications are getting affected by this? Okay, you have to simply mention here within maybe inside SuccessFactors, let's say our time tracking or any other module. Okay, so we can mention here. Okay, all these things, whatever SuccessFactors is definitely affected. Okay, along with that, what are the other applications? Let's say you are using ServiceNow. Okay, and also you are utilizing for now SAP HCM on-premise parallelly. You are using it, right? Let's say. Imagine till you go live, okay? And also it will be impacting to other, any other applications you are using. Let's say you are utilizing time tracking, a custom time tracking tool you are using it, okay? So all these things you can mention here. And now I will be simply save it here, okay? And these are all active for a while, okay? It is not like we are using now, maybe for last 4 or 5 years or 10 years, whatever, whatever maybe you are utilizing it, okay? So I will be mentioning that for now, okay? So you can see that there is a, it is always a validation because success we have not used it, right? So for the reason it is— there is an automatic check, data check. So I will not be using SuccessFactors now, but whatever software is connected to SuccessFactors, I would be mentioning that. Okay, so this is what exactly the affected applications, because we have not yet live. Okay, but even planning, right? Affected by application. So here also you can buy this application, which are the applications getting affected. So I will for now, for, uh, I will simply leave it empty. Okay, and otherwise I will see. Okay, so this is also we can add it here, but hosting, so hosting type, I can say this is, uh, uh, now currently in a hybrid mode. So after a while, once we go live, then we'll be going to switch to SaaS mode. Okay, so at present we are using, let's say, on-premise and the SuccessFactors both. Okay, I will mention the hybrid mode. Okay, so in this way now I can maintain all these things here. Okay, consumed interface. Okay, which are the interface consuming SuccessFactors data? Okay, there are many applications you might be utilizing in your company. Okay, not only SAP application, let's say you are utilizing Concur. Okay, so Concur interface and from employee data it is taking your HR employee employee central data. So let's say you are utilizing your Procure to Pay integration inside that also we are having. Okay, so MCP server, ServiceNow, okay. All this data actually you are taking the data from Employee Central, okay. So all will take the data from Employee Central. You can mention all those details here, okay, in the consumed interfaces, okay. And let's say these are going to be active, uh, once we go live, okay. This will be active. So at present we are not, uh, live, okay. So from 1st of October— sorry, 1st of January— this is going live, but I am just going to trying to maintain it, okay. So I can create a fact sheet on the go. Okay, I will say that SAP SuccessFactors project team orientation for admin. Okay, so this is the maybe the initial training I will be conducting, project team orientation for admin. And this is subtype is here. There are different different subtype. I was talking about business context, right? Business context is having seven types of subtypes: value stream, customer journey, process. Business product, ESG continuity plan, and training and awareness. So training and awareness is the business context. Okay, so this is how SAP LeanIX understands. Okay, so now I will create it and mention this as a fact set for here. Okay, so now this is also ready for us and it will be active from, let's say, if you're going live on 1st of January, so definitely we have to start our training around November around. Okay, so after the UAT and everything, right? So And also you have to test them whether your admin already have been tested, okay? Whether you have taken any assessment of them, okay? So let's say I will be saying that yes, I will be testing that test on after they complete the training. We will be testing them on 15th of November, okay? So because everything is you can see how it is the level of documentations, okay? SAP Linux are maintaining it, okay? So this is the executor training. Now continuity planning. So here if anything happen to success. Factor and all. So what what is the continuity plan for it? Okay, so there should be data backup recovery or something those things right. Technically, we have to mention that. So that is also the text we can maintain here. So let's say data recovery plan. Okay, so I should be having some disaster recovery plan. I will say disaster disaster recovery plan. Okay, for SF. Okay, because every organization will be having different, different plan, every function. Okay, for SAP SuccessFactors. Okay, so this is how I will be doing it. Now I will putting the subtype here. What is subtype here? I told you there are different business type of— these are different type of business context, right? So we are not focusing today a lot of other things. So we'll focus— already I told you training and awareness. This is a continuity plan. Okay, so now I will choosing here, this is a continuity Plan for me. I will simply create it. Okay, so in this way the continuity plan has been created and this is also going for SuccessFactors specific applications. Okay, so now this is done for us. So I will simply go and save it. Okay, I have also mentioned from when it will be active. It will be active from 1st of November. Okay, let's say before go live. Okay, so I will activate it so, so that I am aware of it. Okay. Now dependencies. So what is the parent of this fact set? What are the child children of this fact set? Okay, the parent will be at this moment, um, we do not have a such parent. So it's the SuccessFactors the main. Okay, but children will be many. Okay, so let's say I will be talking about SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. That is my child. Okay, so I will be saying that let's say mention here. Okay, I will be creating a fact set now. You can see on the go you can create a fact set. Okay, so I will be mentioning here SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. Okay, so I will be mentioning here. Okay, so you can see this is the interesting part. Okay, whenever you're trying to enter, automatically SAP is recommending something. Okay, because you can see these are all possible applications. These applications are not existing in my Linux. Okay, but based on SAP's own database It will be saying, are you looking for this, any of these things? Okay, yes. The second one is more close to my— I forgot SAP to include. I will say that this is what exactly I will be looking for. So once I click it, the right-hand side you can see there is something called SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. Automatically there is a description, there is a hosting type, this is a SaaS product, this is a core HR software, and it's already recommending. Okay, so previously it was not happening. This year I have observed it, actually it is working like this. Okay, simply click Use Recommendation. Whatever SAP is recommending, you just click it. Okay, then this is what kind of an application. As I told, it's a business applications. Okay, now why we have created it, it's a child. Now after SuccessFactors, all the submodules of SuccessFactors, we are going to make it like a child. Okay, so I've just given you one example, I'm not going to other. Okay, but this is the way you can create all this. Okay, and you have to also mention your activity date. From when it will be activated. So let's say we are activating it from, uh, from definitely from January 1st, okay? It is going live, okay? So I will mention that, okay? Then I will keep on moving, okay? So this is the one of the applications. So now our score has improved to 31%, okay? And if you are having any microservice applications, or if you are having any third-party applications, okay, you can also mention that, okay? So let's say I am using something Okay, uh, so microservice. Okay, suggested microservice applications. Okay, so if you are not aware of it, go to any AI. I know your company might be utilizing a lot of, especially bigger company. Suggest any microservice application which can be integrated with SAP SuccessFactors. Okay, so we will see that. Okay, so what is coming? Suggested microservice SuccessFactors. Okay, so now we will be seeing here, oh And we will be entering that as an application, as a microservice. Okay, if I go further down, there are so many recommended microservices for employee profile. Okay, so they are saying OData API is also a microservice. Okay, there are SAP applications. Okay, why use a microservice? We do not require. Okay, business applications. No, it is not a good example. Okay, just a minute. What I have entered? Create realistic index application facts. No, actually I am looking for an external microservice application which should be non-SAP, non-SuccessFactors, and that is we are going to integrate with Employee Central. Give me some example. Okay. Uh, let's see. Knowingly I will be looking for some non-SAP thing. Okay, so let's see. SAP things are easy to integrate nowadays. Okay, but we'll be looking at a microservice which is a non-SAP. So let's see what is coming up. Yeah, we can see a lot of things, mostly the background verification applications. It could be Okta, okay, DIL, okay, Workato, okay. These are different, different applications, right, and which can be utilized as a microservice. So we'll be— let's say we'll be utilizing Okta here, okay. Or Okta— Okta is our microservice we are utilizing. That is external applications, okay. Just for a maintenance point of view, for you understand more about it, okay. So let me mention here I will create a fact sheet here for microservice. I will say the name is Okta. Okta. Okay, it's already okay suggesting. Okay, you can see Okta can be of all— there are different types. Okay, it is again SAP is recommending. Okay, so I will select the first one, Okta. And this is your— okay, it is hosted on AWS. And GCP or MongoDB like that. So I will just using the recommendations. Okay, so nowadays things are becoming easy. Uh, SAP is already knowing these are frequently used applications companies are using it, right? So they are already coming. So this is a microservice here. Okay, I will be choosing here and I'll be creating it. So in this way, microservice application is also done for me. Okay, so for this LeanIX thing, I will simply say I will be activating it from first of January, and I will be simply saving it here. Okay, so now the next one is a contract. Okay, many times we also do sign a different, different contract. It could be consulting contract with any partner, implementation partner contract. It could be contract can be SAP service contract, right? So what I will do here, I will be creating a contract for software license maintenance and support agreement. Okay, with SAP. Okay. So SAP Software License Agreement and Service Contract. Software License Agreement and Service Contract. This is with SAP. Similarly, you will be having a different contract with your implementation partner, right? So that I'm not going to mention. But once you have access to such a kind of a tool, okay, and if you're utilizing SAP RISE, this tool is free, by the way, okay, those who do not know, okay. So Otherwise it requires license. Okay, so I can simply mention here SAP software license and agreement. And this contract is actually usually signed much before you start the implementation, right? So let's say it's a 3-year, 5-year contract, something like that. I will say mention June till it is, let's say, 2030. Okay, so let's say it's a 5-year contract you have signed off. Okay, till, uh, we can say till May 31st. 2020, 2030. Okay, 5-year contract, let's say. Okay, so I'm just going to save it here. So this is how also you can mention your contract also. Okay, so now next is very interesting. As I told, there will be 2 sessions happening on Saturdays, uh, this Saturday and upcoming Saturday. What is the meaning of a time? What's the meaning of a 6R? Okay, so I'll just briefly explain you. So time, actually, are you going to— basically, uh, there is a It's a Gartner Magic Quadrant. Based on that, you can simply search for time. So I stands for invest, okay? So T stands for tolerate, okay? So I will recommend, so there is a, in this note only, I will be putting it here. From a portfolio strategy point of view, differentiate between a Gartner time strategy versus 6R, okay? And put them into a Notion table format with given example of SAP SuccessFactors HCM because my today's webinar audience are from SuccessFactors. They can understand better utilizing this particular 2 framework. So this is the table I will be giving you today. Okay, so from a portfolio strategy point of view, so it is a Gartner by the way, not partner. So I will be mentioning Gartner. Okay, while I am pronouncing it is actually something happened, so I will say Gartner Time Strategy. And sixer and put them in Notion table. Okay, we have been our audience for SuccessFactors. Okay, so let's see. Okay, so now what I will do, this will be giving an example. Okay, and, uh, all the details you'll be getting it from here. Time stands for tolerate, invest, migrate, eliminate. Okay, so tolerating means if you're already having SAP HCM, you're tolerating it. Okay, because of the some issues are there You are moving, you're having lot of customization, you're tolerating it. Invest any new applications you are investing. You currently are investing Success Factor, ServiceNow, or any of the new applications maybe, right? Any AI tools. Okay, that is your invest. Migrate means you are migrating from SAP HCM or any other non-SAP legacy system to new system. Eliminate you are eliminating whatever is not serving you in your organization. So this is the one exactly we call time. This is a More details I'll be explaining in the Saturday webinars. Six R stands for how exactly you are doing it: rehost, replatform, repurchase, refactor, retire, retain. This is another methodology. Okay, so these again more of enterprise architecture terminals. So I do not want to overwhelm. Each will be taking two hour sessions. Okay, so upcoming Saturdays, the next Saturday we'll be conducting. Okay, on this. So at present, I'm just giving you a hint on this. Okay, but. Now I would be going to fill up these things in my tool. Okay, so SuccessFactors, definitely you are investing. Okay, so there is no doubt. Okay, so that is from a time perspective. So now from a 6R classification point of view, at present what we are doing, there are 6R stands for 6 strategy. You can see we are not going to retire, we are not going to re-architect, we are not going to escalate Especially lift and shift, right? So in such cases will be example also they have given here. Repurchase, moving to a different product, most commonly to a SaaS application. Okay, so in our case we are moving from SAP HCM to especially SuccessFactors. So for the reason we can mention repurchase. Okay, otherwise there is something called retain, do nothing for now but revisit later. Suppose you're not able to taking any decision, that's the retain. Okay, so Another thing is actually boost agility or improve business continuity by rethinking architecture and development, typically using cloud-native features. Okay, so that means already you are having SuccessFactors, but you're optimizing. Maybe your partner has done a lot of customization. Okay, and this year we are going to re-architect. Okay, that is meaning of re-architect. Okay, retire is very easy to understand. Rehost is a lift and shift. Okay, so this is a different concept. I will explain later point of time. For today, I will just put Putting a repurchase here, okay? And this is risk point of view, okay? This is a high-risk application. Priorities also, this is a long-term. It will take six to six months to one year, okay? So for the reason I'm putting it as a long-term here, okay? So now with that, I will be saving it now, okay? So I will be saving it now. And now this is also part of your initial. Okay, then next comes your initiative. Okay, what is the meaning of initiative? HR transformation is an initiative. Okay, digital HR is an initiative, right? So I will be putting here. Okay, so you can see there are different, different initiatives. I already created a digital HR transformation initiative, so for that reason I don't have to create. I'll just do a mapping here. Okay, so initiatives, what happens? Initiatives get broken down into portfolio. Portfolio gets again converted into different different programs, then programs are converted to different different projects. That is the hierarchy, okay? Initiatives, then comes your portfolio, then projects— sorry, portfolio, then programs, then projects, then whatever you're implementing, any of the SuccessFactors module, right? That's a project, okay? So in this case, I will be doing a mapping here, okay? So this is the mapping. This is a digital HR transformation, and it is starting from already have, let's say, started from July. And also I will now save it now. Okay, so this is how I will be saving it now. So now you understood, this is how you can see now we have already 50%, we have crossed 53%. Okay, so now we will be going to the next part of it, business support point of view. This is very, very important from our compliance report which I was talking about, right, which I developed a custom report. So business criticality point of view, this is are definitely business critical applications. Functionally fit, SuccessFactors definitely it is meeting almost every requirement, okay. But I will not be saying is a perfect, okay. I will say appropriate, okay. Still there are certain gaps, let's say in SuccessFactors also it's not a perfect, right. So I will say appropriate. Appropriate is a good word, okay. So now I will simply save it, okay. So now I will go to the next part of it, okay. Next part part is business support is okay. We have edited it. Okay, so business support, business critical. This is a business critical applications which is mandated by compliance team also. Okay, I'm just mention that. Okay, okay. This is a— in SAP SuccessFactors also there are some gaps which can be filled up by any microservice applications. Okay, so I'll just Mentioning it here. This text also matter, okay? Otherwise you will using percentage there, okay? So now this is we have done. So definitely some percentage improving here. Platforms— what is the meaning of a platform? Okay, so SAP, very simple, okay? Because these are all SAP products, I will utilizing SAP, there is no doubt, okay? And we are again utilizing it from particular date, okay? Okay, and I will simply mention here SAP as a platform. I'm just putting some random data here just to improve my score. SAP as a platform, and I will simply save and next. Okay, okay, so platform is— we got 2% there. Okay, business capabilities, this is already which I was talking about, so I don't have to do these things already. We have this data. Okay, so business context, Okay, we already talked about the process. Okay, and it's a corporate organization's thing. Okay, I don't have to do anything here. AI agent, if I'm already having using it, AI agent, let's say I have not yet touched. Okay, so I will leave it empty for now. Okay, otherwise I can add what are the AI agents SAP SuccessFactors using here. Okay, governance, this is very, very important. Okay, so you can see it's coming off AI here also. AI governance and adoption. Have you started using AI? Okay, at present AI is available, but we have not yet enabled it. So I will be choosing AI available. Okay, I will not say we is unknown, right? We know it, but we have not utilized it. Okay, similarly AI risk. Okay, so at present because we have not implemented, there's no risk actually. Okay, so it will come later point of time. Type of AI. Okay, so at present primarily we'll be utilizing LLM. Okay, so these are all different concept again. I cover it in the AI modules. Okay, I can choose a large language model here. AI potential. Okay, definitely there's a lot of AI potential in HR SuccessFactors. I will say it is high. Okay, so now I will be saving it also. Okay, so this is my governance point of view. Now at least I got 70%, which is our target. Governance is very, very important. Okay, any organization you can see, just filling of governance, I got 20% almost. Okay. I jumped from 50 somewhere to 70%. Okay, now sourcing. Sourcing means what kind of a technical— whether your application, whatever you're going to use, is technically fit or not. Okay, it's like an annual health checkup, we do it, right? So this is the kind of, uh, you are doing it. Let's say, I will not say fully appropriate, but it is at least adequate, I will say. Okay, so I will say, uh, 70% or 80% of the applications So here we have to mention here whatever the IT components you are using, using here. Okay, so here let's say you are using IDoc early traditionally in SAP HCM, we have used it, right? But now SuccessFactors maybe we'll be utilizing. Let's say we are having a document management system, we are definitely having SAP Integration Suite, right? So that is something I would be utilizing here. Okay, OData service here we can maintain a lot of things. Okta. Okay. And any other thing, SFTP in case of SuccessFactors, any of these integrations we are using, SuccessFactors Employee Central SaaS hosting. Okay, so this IT component, this is another fact sheet. You can see the fact sheet also. We can— how we are linking here everything. Okay, and now all of these things are actually active from when? So we will be activating it from, let's say, 1st of January only. Okay, so 1st of January only will be them. Okay, and obsolescence risk status. Okay, what is the meaning of it? So is there any risk? Okay, are you accepting that risk, or at present you have not identified anything? Okay, so you just mention that at present, if any risk is there, I have already— we have already accepted and we have gone ahead. Okay, if there is any risk is there. Okay, and all the details I can mention. At present, we do not have any obsolescence risk, but we have just accepted it. Okay, I just mentioned here. Okay, now technical fit. So we have seen previously, we have seen this one, right? Adequate, you mentioned it, right? So here also we will be mentioning similarly, it is adequate. Okay, and service level. So again, based on the service level, I will mention that it is— there's no— this is open, the Text, okay? I can say good, okay, for now, okay? Total annual cost, maybe I put some number, big number, I'll put it here, okay? And description, okay, adequate, okay? I will mention here technically adequate, it is fulfilling our current requirements, okay? So I will just simply go and save it here, okay? So now this part is done. So this is how now at least we gone 79%. I'm very happy. Okay, at least we passed. Okay, systems. Now system point of view, this is an optional, but still you can do that. Okay, so this is not a warehouse control system. Okay, so maybe from a system point of view, we can mention here HRMS system. Okay, HRIS system, we can say that. Okay, human resource information system. Okay, so I will mention Once and again, human resource, R-E-S-O-U-R-C-E, information system, HRIS. This is an HRIS system. Okay, so now I will mention what is the subtype. This is SAP system, can be from different type, right? It could be SAP system, it could be— you might be having any Microsoft, Google, AWS. There could be different, different types of system, right? It could be anything. So for now I'm just mentioning here this is the type of system and I will simply create it here. Okay, so now once it is done, so I think I will be able to save it now. Okay, so I will save and go to the next. Okay, so this part is done. Now what is a single sign-on? Have you enabled single sign-on or not, right? So at present, uh, not available because we are going to implement in January. Okay, so at present we have not single sign-on. Done. We can say that we will be doing it later point of time. Okay, so I will simply mention later on, on from January, and so from Jan 2027. Okay, we will do that. Okay, so in this way I have just mentioned here the single sign-on, the systems. Okay, at least now we have reached our goal. Okay, 83% we have Okay, so at least these are the very basic things we have mentioned here. We have now achieved it. Okay, so now I will go to the next tab. So currently we are in the same tab only for the last one and a half hour. Okay, so we will go to subscriptions now. Here the person. Okay, so I will be mentioned who is responsible for this particular application. So let's say for now I will be mentioning there are two types: responsible and observer. Okay, so. You are responsible, you have to mention your name. Okay, so I will be mentioning my name here. Okay, and I will be saving it here. I am responsible. Okay, and observable means observation. Suppose somebody else will be doing that, so you can mention that person's name. Okay, comment section, I will say here, uh, currently we are still in iteration 1 and we are planning for iteration 2 next month. So I'm just putting some comment here, okay? So just to mention how exactly it will be working, okay? So I'm just mentioning here. Then recommendations, okay? Recommendations here, what I will be saying here. So in the recommendation sections, let's see what is coming up. So at present nothing is coming up, so that is okay, okay? So that is fine for now. So to-do list for this particular application, do you have any question? Do you have any action item? Okay. So those things also we can mention. And okay, so let's say I have a question. I will put in here SAP SuccessFactors Smart Recruiters. Okay, I'm having a question. Okay, and I will say that we do not have a license yet for Smart Recruiters in our current package. We have to contact our customer success manager. How do I contact? Maybe I do not know. Okay, so I'm just putting some random question for a demo purpose. Okay, and today's day. Okay, so I would be putting the due date is automatically taken from the today's date plus additional days they have added, and by that time I should be having solving these questions. Okay, this is a to-do list. Okay, similarly add an action item. Okay, action item is to contact my implementation partner. Okay, so Sorry, this is a to contact, to contact my implementation partner for a demo. Okay, so I will mention here for a demo on SAP SuccessFactors Enterprise Service Management tool. Okay, so there is another tool, it is not a SuccessFactors tool, By the way, so now many other things are coming up. So let's say this is and and how it can be utilized along with SAP SuccessFactors. Okay, so this is an action item I have to check with my implementation partner for a demo, and you can assign it to someone. So let's say I'm assigning to myself only this one. Okay, and I will simply add it here. Okay, so at the application level only you can mention your to-do list, your recommendation. These are some additional. Good to have resources. So here it's very interesting, any kind of an external link, okay, and you want to add it here which is related to SuccessFactors, right? And let's say SAP event link, okay? So you are going to SuccessConnect or some other things, okay, which is of— you can see these are different categories again, you can see. Or if you're having any tickets Okay, which requires you know to refer to we are presenting to boards and all right. It could be policy, it could be HR policy, it could be website, could be task. Lot of things are here. Okay, so anything maybe for now I will be saying SAP Success Factor official documentation link. Okay, so this is what exactly I can mention here, and maybe I will be putting here the data part of it. Okay, so now what I will do, I will be putting this link here from an HR point of view, human capital, core HR point of view. So this is the link, I can put it here. So I'm just showing you a very simple example, but again, a lot of options are available here. Okay, so I will just simply put it here for now. Okay, but many other resources also we can fill it up here. You can see a lot of things that are diagram templates. Okay, everything is coming up. Link will be— it's really called an asset here. Okay. Then your transformation. So transformation, again, as I say, digital HR transformation and all of these things. Okay, at present, so many things are here. Survey, any kind of a survey you are conducting, okay, to understand your HR applications and all among your company, in your companies and all, you can do that. Okay, so this is what exactly I'm not going to update. I do not want to achieve 100% now, but there are many areas which can be improvised. Okay, so now after doing this, I will be doing a check check off here. This is a kind of a health check up we have done it right today. So at least we have gone from 20% to 83%. It's a good achievement. Okay. So now I will be approving this fact sheet. This is a fact sheet on success factor, right? This is a business application fact. So I will be approving myself. Okay. So I will say that our score increased from 20% to 83% today, and the remaining things we will be updating at a point of time. Okay. So at least we have maintained it. Now I will be saving it. Okay, this is an approved fact sheet. Okay, mostly the enterprise architects, solution architect, they will be approving it. And who is responsible? So I am the responsible person. Okay, so this is the way we need to fill it up. So now I will be going back to my report which actually I have developed, right? I will be refreshing. I will check my score. Before that, before refreshing, my score was how much? Okay, if you go to SuccessFactors, my score was here. Around, uh, there is no score for risk part of it. Compliance, I already having this, I'm already having a score, okay, which is compliant, non-compliant, right? Now I will be checking my risk score, okay? So if I go to refresh based on those data, it's okay. So now we will be checking, okay? So now 6 risk assessed, okay? So you can see now at present if I go to SuccessFactors, so still having some issues, okay? Let me check, I will be refreshing for the Maybe some data issues. It may take some time to refresh. Maybe I will check it out. Okay, but still it is giving some error. But anyway, so it will take some time, but once it is taking, after that synchronize is happening, it will be getting updated here. The risk calculation will be coming up here and finally it will be coming up here. Okay, so this was just a coverage. I just thought of sharing. This is a custom report which I developed for a contest from SAP Linux interview. And today I've just given an example of exclusively for SuccessFactors because Monday we usually conduct a webinar on primary HR topics, okay? And this is what exactly we thought of sharing, okay? So now with that note, I will be giving you an invite to all of you to join this webinar, share with your colleagues, friends, those who want. This is a free webinar we are conducting as a part of our initiative called the Citizen Architecture Program. I I want everybody to think like an architect. Do not become a configurator only, right? So with this AI coming, AI is already there, right? So for the reason, we are inviting you to join this program, and this is complimentary. It is also live in the YouTube, but those who are already part of our communities, now what I will do, I will be activating the attendance for all of you in our platform. So if you are attending the sessions, okay, so I will be going back to our platform. I'm going to activate the attendance for all of you, those so that you can get points, 200 points for today's sessions. So let me go to the platform now. So this is our platform, and also those who are already part of the platform, so we have another webinar— not a webinar, this is a session happening at 10 PM. This is for our internal team, Inner Circle Richas, which is again networking event. We do it for everyone irrespective of SAP नॉन एसपी थिंग सो नाउ व्हाट आई विल डू आई विल बैकिंग योर अटेंडेंस सो यू कैन गो टू योर प्लेटफॉर्म आई मार्क एक्टिवेटिंग अटेंडेंस नाउ यू बी गेटिंग 200 पॉइंट्स फॉर अटेंडिंग टुडे सेशंस एंड कंफर्म ओके एंड सो नाउ व्हाट आई विल डू दोज़ व्हाट वेरी न्यू दोज़ जो at present recordings of the sessions because it is a cloud service. I could have given it free. In YouTube, it will be available for a limited period. Okay, those who want for long term, so there is a simple, uh, there is a, uh, small nominal lifetime membership, okay, which you can go for. It's optional, not mandatory for everyone. Those who want to do it, so this is a section only for cloud service and AI, whatever you are utilizing it. So the link is available in the chat. Okay, those who want And it's a continuous link, and every webinar you can join with this. And in this, as a part of it, and also you will be able to join a lot of other things you might— if you might have accessed. So you will be starting with the hackathon. We are starting a new hackathon in the October month, okay? So you'll be having all the green color whatever you are seeing here, right? So these are all the sections you'll be getting. This is not a course, by the way. It is not a replay. Already people have a learning hub, right? So why do you invest on this, okay? So this is all interactive sessions, more practical, hands-on oriented thing, and we are learning by doing. It is not whatever the demonstrator have done it right today, all by doing. We are not talking about any theory. There will be theory definitely, but limited, okay? But more of a hands-on oriented, and this will be sections by section. We will be having following 12 different architecture streams, 11 GIS sector, industrial case studies, and now we have our own appification, okay? We are done, okay? Inside that you will be having access to different, different laboratories. These are all the next level wherever SAP is ending the thing, and also we are planning a lot of simulations. Okay, a lot of simulations we are doing, and also you are also collaborating with Udemy AI, which is for all the certification exams. Also, you will be basically those you are targeting, you will be having an access to those AI. Those AI tools only cost a lot. Okay, this is everything is a credit based, right? Even before this sessions, I was developing something. And we are consuming a lot of AI credits for that. Okay, so that is why exactly we're charging. Otherwise, we could have given it complimentary to everyone. It's already available, but the thing is we are doing it complimentary on a basis. So those who wish to upgrade, you can always. And also you can bookmark our website. So anyway, at any point of time you need any kind of a support, okay, we do have a lot of channels here. Okay, you can always go to those channels and you can share with us. Okay, so this is our main website link. You can go, I bookmark it here. And in this we are offering, uh, again, so there are some complimentary things also you'll be finding here, a lot of, uh, you know, and there is a journey map. Okay, this is very interesting. Those who will be part of this community will be finding all the details. Okay, we are starting with the foundation. So today whatever the access, uh, we'll be talking about is a very simple membership. It's lifetime, by the way. You don't need to pay anything extra. So it's a lifetime membership. Those who wish, okay, it is not mandatory, it's a lifetime, okay, you can go for. Also you'll be getting an affiliate also, those who are referring others, because we do not advertise a lot in social medias and all, but those who— they will be also getting a commission out of this, okay. So this is what exactly we're having. There are also higher programs, those who— which can upgrade latter point of time, but now we can— few ways you can do that. Then we have introduced something called Super Labs, okay. This is something you can explore, okay. We have developed 20 different laboratories inside our platform, okay? And you can today, if you can get a glimpse of it, okay, if you go to, let's say, product innovation, okay? So you can getting a, uh, anything we do, we start with a lab only. We are having an architectural mindset, research mindset. This is our first lab, okay? So here again, we are different. Those who are confused what kind of events we do, so we'll be finding here something called as a compare format, because the way we learn completely different than what you— in the traditional training program. We do not call any of our programs a training program, whether it is a webinar. So for today, whatever we have studied is just a tip of the iceberg, okay? It's a very simple thing we have talked about, okay? It's open to everyone. You can always join this program free of cost. There is no cost to it, okay? Every Monday we conduct it for HR, okay? Similarly for other days, for other modules, other topics. Then we do have a master class once Saw, Basecamp, Bootcamps, Hackathon. We have challenges, we have a sprint, we have a super class, we have summit, summit conclave, city labs. These are all new format of different way of learning, okay? And few of the things we are yet to start, but at present we are running with Hackathon, Basecamp, Bootcamp. This is what exactly the new method of learning, okay? And inside that there is journey map which is again free of cost, okay? And if you want to start a new journey Okay, or if you're stuck anywhere, right? So we understand there is an application, is also free of cost. Okay, simply click start your journey, choose any of the sector of your choice. It could be any sector, not financial. If you any case studies if you're looking for, right? Maybe you want to understand a healthcare if you're working a project which is healthcare project. Okay, or it is an energy sector project. Okay, so based on that you can select. Okay, or then there are 12 streams of architecture because we are focusing highly on architecture side of it. You can start with the application architecture, okay? Because SuccessFactors is application, okay? Other people, those are senior people or you're already having some experience, okay? Then you can go for any other things, okay? It could be domain, industry integration, okay? Or if you want to master integration, you're already having a certification in SuccessFactors, you want to explore integration side of it, you can choose integration architecture, okay? Or maybe any other topic, okay? So it is of your choice. But if you're starting new, I would recommend to start with application architecture because that is very easy to get a job in application architecture. Then as you progress, you can choose any extra. So every time we conduct hackathon 4 times in a year, and you can choose any of this of your choice, one thing at one point of time. Okay, so let's say I will choose— I'm already certified in SuccessFactors, I already certified in enterprise architecture. Maybe I will be focusing more on data side of it, this hackathon. Okay, Hackathon is a 3-month duration program. Okay, all activity-oriented. I will be choosing that. Then we have 20 different tracks. Okay, so 20 different tracks. You will be whether you want to explore the product, process, strategy, operation, implementation. Mostly if you choose an application architect, you can choose your implementation because we'll be focusing more on the implementation side of it, right? So you can choose implementation, integration, migration. Okay, suppose you are coming from a business side of it. Okay, you are a client. Okay, you are going to get it implemented by implementation partner. So in that case, you can choose product track: product, process, strategy, operation. Okay, even if you are a consultant, right? If you are a professor, okay, you do not know anything about HR. Still, you can choose the first four. Okay, and then you choose. It is highly flexible. Okay, you can choose even all the twenty labs because based on that, we are having twenty different labs. Okay, so how much commitment you are having? Time. It's a time commitment, okay? Time, energy, and your effort— how much effort you can put it up, okay? Okay, so based on that, if you are able to select, okay, then QA is for the testing, okay? If you're working in a support project because you need some help required, that is also included, okay? In that case, you can choose AMS, okay? If you're looking for certification support in the sense organic way, I'm not talking about proxy or all the illegal So we are not talking about that at all. Okay, certification means organically you are preparing, you are putting your effort 100% genuine way. You are nowadays scenario-based. Thanks to SAP, they have removed all this MCQ dump-based exam, right? So everything is now scenario-based or system-based. Okay, in SuccessFactors, PMGMA system-based assessment. If you are looking for Smart Recruiter, it is a scenario-based assessment. Okay, we are having those tools And you can practice those things as much as possible, okay? Without any cost, you don't have to pay to any AI tool. We have already invested lakhs here in our platform, okay? Similarly, interview preparation, okay? It is not theoretical how a scenario-based question will be coming up. Again, we are having AI tool for it, okay? So all of these labs will be available, and for that, if you ask me, so you can explore again free of cost. Many of these are available, okay? You can go to our Super Labs. Inside our website, suppose you go for certification, you're planning for certification, okay? You can go to this website called as approve.hacksafecademy.com, okay? From our main website, okay? All the certification basic things we have included here, okay? And here also we talked about what is the meaning of certification. There are some FAQs, okay? So what is the different, different, uh, things, okay? We keep on adding here. And most important part is the process categories. This is complimentary for everyone. Many people do not know where my process stands. Okay, so HR is coming under 7.0. Okay, inside this, these are all HR processes you can see. We have already divided. This is as per the Epicurusian standard. Okay, even SAP is also following this standard only, right? So in the certification also, they focus on only topic, categorize everything like this. These are all complementary. We have put a lot of effort and AI things. For most of you, okay, for all of you. So you'll be finding here, these are all pretty much available in our website itself. And explore, you can also give a feedback, okay. If you do not understand anything, you're already part of different, different groups also, you can message me, text me, right? So wherever getting— because that is how we have to learn very fast, okay. And this is the way we are following a lab approach rather than a traditional, you know, approach, okay. After doing this, what you have to do is you have to continue to confirm Okay, and then you have to mention if you're already part of our platform, you can mention your full name, registered email ID. Or if you are not even of our platform, okay, still you can mention your full name and email address. I'm more than happy to help you, uh, based on my availabilities and everything. Okay, so this is the way. Then after that, additional comment, you can put your thought. What is your— what is the one question is a burning problem for you? Maybe you are searching for jobs But it getting stuck, okay? You're not getting calls. Uh, maybe it is, uh, you are getting into a support project but you do not get support from internal in your organization. It could be any one goal or one question, okay? So you can put it so that which can be solved, which I can support you in your journey, okay? Maybe 30 days, within next 30 days, okay? And 60 days, 90 days, like that you can put your comments here. Then you finally click it, agree and submit. Then you'll be getting a PDF out of it. You can download that and can keep it off with you. Those who are already part of our communities, so they have something called I answer them. We are having something called inner circle recharge, okay, which is happening today again after two hours. So after one hour, so this is where we discuss those topics and we have inside that we call it inner circle vault, okay. So inside that we record that sessions and also every time we are having any 2 times based on the time zone. Okay, we are conducting 2 times in a week. Okay, and these details also you'll be getting here inside our platform. This is a kind of a networking event, and also we are learning something new every time. Okay, so which is, uh, also we learn from our communities. Okay, so there are different, different programs, see, right? And everything is gamified. Okay, and I am sure after using these applications, I forgot SuccessFactors LMS. Okay, the way we have customized it, the way we have— you can see the gamifications also. You can see whenever people are committing, they also get points. Okay, every time they get points. We also conduct different, different challenges also to them, just like you create challenges for your habit, right? Just like, uh, you are doing a, you know, like your— what do you say— healthcare challenge. We also do kind of different, different challenges like HR challenges, AI challenges. Your micro challenges for HR, autonomous enterprise challenge, okay? And people get points out of here, okay? And this is very interesting. And while solving these challenges also, you'll be understanding a lot of topics, okay? And also for this is also we have gamified it, okay? So you'll be seeing people who have already committed, okay? So almost they got good, good points and this is the way they progress, okay? So more and more we are going to do this. A lot of features are there I'm yet to activate in the communities and you'll be getting your leaderboard also. Who are leading, uh, depending upon their memberships and all in the entire platform. This healthy competition happens, uh, among all of our members, okay, from different, different parts of the world, okay, irrespective of their memberships and all. So which is we try to enrich everything. And also this is again a click away, okay. Those who are already, uh, even if you are watching this, um, you are not a part of the communities, those who have joined the webinar Still you will be having able to log into this platform and you will be able to check few things. You can share your introduction, those who are able to, okay? And you can see WhatsApp is also there. So anything new is happening, you will be finding here. So currently this is the live session happening, right? So you'll be finding here. So most of the sessions, and if it is a all the upcoming sessions also, you'll be finding here, okay? So this is how we are doing. This is an activities and all. And as I said, um, It is again, so a lot of effort is going on, and I'm also learning, by the way, a lot of things. Actually, I'm also learning from the communities, and that is what I do, uh, so for the reason, okay. And by this process, learning from each other is also very good thing, okay. As a communities, we learn, grow, uh, okay. And in that note, I'm just saying, just to explore all the labs here which I have told to you, and you can, uh, this is the navigation which I told to you. Product innovation lab. Similarly, we do have different other labs also. You'll be finding this a little complex. Complex in the sense those who are watching with the joining the session today for the first time. Okay. Otherwise, you have to focus all the twenty. You don't have to go. Okay. So you have to see what is your current focus. Maybe two or three you will start with or one. Okay. Let's say you are planning for interview. Okay. Then we have a different lab for it called as Skill. Okay. School of Career Excellence. Acceleration, or you are switching for a job, or switching to maybe— and this is a very important lab for you, okay? So where we conduct master classes specifically for this particular lab, okay? So positioning yourself in the market, because many people in the market in there are having SuccessFactors HR and all, but how do you differentiate yourself? You do branding activities. How do you really brand yourself, right? So those things, LinkedIn profile check, Okay, so all those things we do, a lot more things we do. And there is a live collaboration room. Those who are part of the platform, they get a secret code here. They will be joining that. And inside this, we have many more things. Okay, but as at present, you can have a glimpse. Many other things are publicly also available. Also, at least you'll be understanding what the meaning of a webinar. So those who have joined the webinar, so you don't have to do this already. We have talked about it. What is the what is the example of a Webinar. I already given example, right? Similarly, there are different different format of it. Okay. So also we can prepare your notes. Suppose you're attending this today's session. Okay. In the on the go, you can make your notes. Sticky notes are there. You can put a survey. So many other things are there. Okay. So but anyway, so thanks for joining and still staying till the end of the sessions. And as I promised, I will be sharing the ChatGPT link, which is I have given. So thanks for joining till the end. And I will be sharing this link today. So let me give this link to all of you. So whatever you have learned, it is not going away. So later point of time, this will be structured and more formalized, and we will be creating PPTs and all of these things based on this. Okay, so let me share this link with all of you. Okay, so I have copied this link. Okay, and I will be sharing the ChatGPT link, AI link, and we are also utilizing a lot of other AI links as well. Okay, so now with that note, uh, it is time for Q&A. And those who have any questions, uh, we have Gautam, Praneet, Prateksh, anyone else, those who wants to ask any questions, you can raise your hand. I will be making you panelist. Or if any general feedback, uh, you want to give it, maybe, uh, I would like to invite you, anyone, those who want to speak, or yeah, you can raise your hand. I will be making you panelist if you want to say anything, or if you have any questions, any general questions, general feedback like that. You can also put your question in the chat, okay, if you're traveling or if you're on the way. Okay, so I'll wait for 1 minute. If no questions, otherwise, uh, I will see you in the next Monday with common topics. And also we can suggest some topic, okay, which topics we should address, uh, in this And which should not be available on YouTube, okay? Because we are creating these things completely, which is not there. For the first time we are doing it. And many other topics like LeanIX and SuccessFactors integrations, very few people have touched it, okay? So those kind of topics we usually touch, which is not available in the public domain from implementation point of view. Content is there everywhere, okay? But from implementation point of view, the report which I was showing you today, right? So those things are very less common there, okay? So those things usually we discuss, any complex topics, okay? If you have anything in your mind, you can always request, suggest, okay? Okay, we have some Q&A. Okay, what will the benefit of for client with, uh, LinaX? So thanks Praneet for asking that question. Yes, so the benefit, as I said, Client, if you're having a LeanIX. LeanIX is a, as I told, it's an EAM tool, Enterprise Architecture Management tool. Okay, so this will be giving you a context. This is primarily used for, from an overall, from an enterprise architecture point of view. Any applications you are using it, right? Okay, so you are managing here. Okay, so if I go to SuccessFactors, at least I will be knowing, suppose I'm a CTO, exclusively from a business Point of view, okay? So if I'm a CTO, CHRO, or CEO, okay, I don't have to— CHRO maybe going to SuccessFactors inside it, okay? But as a CTO, I don't have to think about detail about it, right? So maybe I will be looking after what is the exactly my licensing cost, overall picture whether I want continue this applications or not, right? In general, if I'm searching, simply I will go here SAP SuccessFactors. If I search for here Okay, at least I will be knowing what is the health check of this particular. Okay, so for this at least I can see 83 percent it is approved and all the details if anything I want to check with an overview. I don't have to go to anyone to understand right what is going on in particular applications and all. I can this is for every it is a kind of a I will say all the applications you can manage enterprise architecture. Management tool, and there is a free course for it. I highly recommend, okay? And you can also go for it, learn.sap.com, okay? You would be going learning.sap.com. If you go there, there is a very simple understanding you'll be getting, okay? I would highly recommend those who are— those who have a wish to go beyond SuccessFactors, okay? Beyond SuccessFactors means you're not leaving SuccessFactors like me. I'm still doing SuccessFactors, but I did Additionally, I keep on adding new skills to my portfolio. Okay, so I will recommend there is a course here. So let me go there. You will be finding something called as LeanIX. Simply search for LeanIX. There is a learning journey for that. Okay, and they also explain the benefit of it in general. I'm just— I very briefly have explained it. You can see successful enterprise architecture. Enterprise architecture is a different domain altogether. At a next level, after you understand solution architecture and all, people usually focus on the enterprise architecture. You understand the entire organization, right? That should be your aspiration, right? Also, okay, so do not limit yourself to only a particular thing, okay? So you can see there are 2 courses in this learning journey, and inside that, okay, so simply I will be sharing a link with all of you, those who have joined the sessions live, and maybe I will be putting in the Q&A Q&A mode. If I go there, so I'll be putting in also inside the chat and some live. And what I will do here, typing the answers here, and I'm putting the link so that you can all understand. This is, uh, in the main chat also I'll be putting the link here. Okay, so this learning journey you'll be understanding very comprehensive. The first one you can do, it's just a 2 2-hour thing, okay? And next one is an advanced level, okay? This is also a 2-hour thing, okay? Then those who want, there is a scenario-based question. You don't have to do it, but you just go through it, okay? So you'll be understanding. There's a lead to achievements you'll be getting here, and they will be explaining you like what is a fact sheet. Today I have told you, right? I covered this part actually practically, okay? Practically demonstrated, okay? So you'll be able to relate to it. What is the meaning of Okay, getting data into SAP Linux. This is what exactly we have done. It says 29 minutes, but it took us almost one and a half hour. Okay, putting all the data for applications. Okay, similarly, how do you analyze and communicate? We also seen in right. So we will send a custom report. Okay, this is we have done it. Application portfolio assessment we have not done it. This is something we will be doing usually doing the Saturday sessions. Okay, but at least you'll be getting an overall idea. Okay, what is Linux and how do you you know? Go for it. And there is another thing I would highly recommend. This is also— this is something called BTM, Business Transformation Management. Okay, so how LeanIX is contributing to your SAP BTM. BTM in the sense, this entire toolchain, they call it toolchain. Okay, and inside this you'll get a comprehensive overview of— I think this is Signavio, they've covered it. Okay, yeah, Signavio plus LeanIX is also— there is a course, I think it's the same thing only. Okay, then we have an entire toolchain and you will be getting another certificate called as BTM Consultant, SAP Business Transformation Consultant. Okay, so this is a way they have combined different learning journey here. Okay, the benefit here is— okay, then I have a question, maybe follow-up question here. If you do not have a Linux, what will happen? Okay, so let's do this with the last question we'll be asking That same thread. Okay, already I have answered it. Okay, like if you are not having it, very difficult to manage here. Okay, so let's say you are managing here. It's a tracker, by the way. Okay, so let's say you're managing. I'll give you a simple example of finance. Okay, if you are having mutual funds, you could have your fixed deposit, PPF, in different different things, right? But do you have any one thing which can track everything? Nowadays, there are finance applications available which can track. Maybe you are having three different bank accounts, one loan accounts, SIPs, your any other investments, real estate, everything you can track in one application. Okay, it is that kind of a tool. I have to simplify it. Okay, one tool for all of your SAP application, non-SAP application also it can track. It is not limited to SAP. By the way, Linux was acquired by SAP, but it is not an SAP product initially. It was a different product. Okay, so now let's say I will be ending the session. Answer with this question, maybe if I do not have SAP Linux, what will happen to my all other applications? Just give me the top three pain points. Okay, so let's see that. So there are many many things, but we will see. So what what are the three pain points? Let's say this is an asking question. Okay, so you will not be understanding. Okay, so let's say if you. Have to understand. Let's say first question: application redundancy and overlap. Okay, suppose you are having Success Factor expanding and expanding. I have seen organization where for HR only they have used 80 applications. Success Factor is one of the applications, but there are some 79 other applications micro tools. Okay, for LND they use some 20 different tools. Okay, I have seen organizations like that. Okay, so is there any overlapping? Definitely. You will not be without that. You can do many companies that what they do, they list down in Excel sheet, okay? But they do not have those kind of a relationship explorer with the way we have seen it, right? It will tell you that which application is redundant. If it is redundant, right, I will decommission it, okay? I do not require 2 times its applications. I do not require 2 reward and recognition applications in my company, right? I do not want 2 different types of document management systems. System in my company, right? So in that case, I will be able to— first one is application redundancy. Then integration is very, very important. Many times we do not understand which application is integrated to which one, what is the downstream, upstream. It may be explained in an Excel sheet, but Excel sheet will not give you a full picture, right? So when it is expiring, when it's getting replaced, okay? Then investment point of view also, which invest— the time framework which I discussed, right? These are the sum of 3 pain points it is addressing, but there are many more. Okay, so what is the main things? Okay, if you're not having LeanIX or any kind of enterprise architecture management tools, okay, and it is very difficult to manage those things here. Okay, and there are many other applications. It's not only SAP LeanIX, there are many tools in the market if you search here. So if you say what are the other applications, uh, of which are competitor of SAP LeanIX, okay, I will say as for the SAP, as for the Gartner Magic Quadrant, if you search, there are tools like your— you will be finding like Alphabet. Okay, so there are many non-SAP applications also. You find BizDesign. Okay, so you'll be finding many more tools are available. Many of the companies, there are different types of architects and they are paid almost 3 to 4 times Okay, so you can see that these are different software. BizDesign I'm aware of. Okay, so Orbus, Adoc, Evolution, BOC, ServiceNow, Sparx. Okay, so many are there now. Okay, but BizDesign is the primary. Okay, and many other tools are there also in the market. Okay, so, so you can also have an understanding of it, and these things you'll be finding in our Strategy because these are all little bit of strategy, and for that we are having a lab for it called as a Strategy and Architecture Lab. Okay, in our website you go there, go to the third lab. Okay, so it is the website link is design because these are all design based. Okay, we design process, we design architectural thinking, right? So you can go here and more details you can always explore. You can bookmark this link. Otherwise from our main website you go there, you will. Finding strategy in architecture lab, okay? And inside that you will be having informations like what is design, what is capabilities, what is functions, okay? A lot of things are here, okay? So to start with, okay? So how do you design and all of these things? And also everything is linked with the process category. So we are focusing on HR today, okay? Some other day I talk about finance, some other day I talk about customers relationship, okay? Supply chain strategy, everything. Okay, so this is what exactly we are having in this lab. Okay, and there are also dos and don'ts. Okay, some design principles also I've discussed while going through this lab activities. This is what exactly we do in our boot camps, our workshop, hackathons, master classes, super classes. We do that in our inside inside the lab also. We are having a tool like this. Okay, this is a kind of a tools which we have developed internally. Okay, inside our lab, and you will be finding. All the details, many more details you'll find in here. So this is purely a next level of learning, okay? So maybe it is a little bit overwhelming for some of you, but it is fine. So fact sheet-wise, as I told you, so there are different, different fact sheets we have developed also, okay? So HR point of view, there are different, different examples. I already explained these things using LeanIX, okay? But more details, uh, at high level you'll be understand. So generally, whenever people do not have a ResearchGate. You go there, entire PDF is publicly available for everyone. Okay, ResearchGate, uh, SSBM thesis. If you search for it, you will be finding there directly there. Okay, so you can go there and you will be finding this entire thesis PDF is pretty much available. This is my PhD thesis and where I have used SSBM ERAS. Okay, for education sector I have used in my project. Okay, and you will be finding the details Whatever I've shown you, the earlier version of the LeanIX, you'll be finding here. Okay, all the details you can see. I was doing it for an initiative called Education Transformation. Okay, and this is the model which I have designed in my PhD. You will find it more— those who are interested, you can go for it. It is publicly available. So I think we covered a lot. So we are over time. So with that note, so thank you for joining in, and those who are staying till the end, I appreciate your support, your effort to join in the sessions on the evening, and take care. God bless, and looking forward to such interesting sessions in the upcoming days. Share your feedback, and also, as I promised, certain digital gifts is coming on your way apart from the ChatGPT link which I have shared with you. So I will be marking based on your this and sharing with you directly in front of you. Thank you very much once again. Take care, God bless. See you in the next sessions, in the next Monday.
