So from an SAP Document AI point of view, we are talking about the different approaches can be taken, and it defines— that defines uses different schema to define different document structures, specific data header fields, validation process for that matter. So we have for those details, and we also have if we go for, let's say, validation process, there are different confidence scores. So we can also understand how do you integrate with the business process can be achieved through BTP, BIP, API, and other tools. And also from business value point of view, and then document heavy industries especially like energy sector with the procure-to-pay, all those kind of, you know, we will talk about that. Okay, so this is the total structure for today's particular sprint plan, and these are 8 things we will be talking about. Okay, and as we'll be dividing into the 20 different sessions today, and we will be focusing on session 1 today. We're drawing a built mental model for the document AI before we like to run those that. Okay, so today's focus is understanding the SAP document AI landscape. Okay, so this is session 1, and based on this, and we can go ahead with. This is the irrespective of your sectors. So we will say this is the I will say the sprint plan, okay? The sprint priority, okay? So in this I will just focus on I will say instead of sector I will say sprint priority, sprint priority, okay? And next we will be going for the session by session. So today is session 1. So comprehensively I will be going here, session 1. And today's session, so we'll be planning for understand this part of it, understanding the AI landscape. And these are the key concepts we will be focusing And also we are having some rapid review thing and everything we will be having here directly. Okay, so let me go here and put it— this entire thing in the mind map. So the mind map is ready and we will try to draw a mental model for it. So this one is the first session. Our first session, first session objective is to build a mental model for Document AI before configuring it or using APIs. Okay, and what we need to understand here, understand intelligent document processing in this particular lab. And this, then we will understanding what Document AI is, the positioning part of it. Then learn about converting unstructured data to structured data. How do you differentiate OCR from a standard other from document understanding point of view? And this is the flow: extract, validate, and when focusing on the business process, we'll understand the relationship between the BTP and Document AI and where Document AI fits in the enterprise architecture level. This is our understanding. Then we'll be understanding what are the different business processes where documents Document AI can be utilized. Now from a thinking point of view, this is where exactly the structure, and we will be seeing this entire structure of Document AI processing, all these things, okay, from that point of view. And these are different high-impact resources also. We're looking at what are the documentation point of view, what are the documentation we will be referring and utilizing this SAP documents. So there are some standard documents available for us. Okay, so now this is the first day, first sprint. Okay, and here we go, and you will be going here, let's say, with this structure. So now I will be going back to the structure. This is the structure we are focusing on. Now we will try to understand the first of all the single mental model. So for that, we need to go to the there is a discovery center. We will be going to discovery center. And officially, if you go for it, so there is a Document AI here. This is the official guide where you'll be finding almost every Document AI related, you know, how do you enter, you know, automate your document information extraction process. Okay, that is the main agenda, main goal of this particular product. Okay, and there are so many other things we are having it, and you will be getting the entire thing as a PDF also, full document here. Okay, so maybe this is something you can also download from SAP official sources and which will be utilizing in our learning journey as well. Okay, so it will take some time and this is the entire Document AI which we have now and you can have a keep an eye on it. So this is around 670 pages, not so, you know, small. So you'll be finding the entire 670 page. You can always automate a document information extraction process using this Document AI. So now coming to this, we will be starting the mission here and we will be going through these activities for this particular mission. And I will highly recommend to go through this. Okay, and what is the use case? In the use case point of view, you will see that, uh, it will be helping automate use cases for business document processing, especially if you're utilizing LLMs and process business documents in more than 40 languages we're supporting now, and implement new business document use cases with shorter time to value. Okay, this is our use case. Okay, and what are the different— could be any use case like a supplier invoice, purchase order, okay? And also we can extend it further, okay? So current challenge is for us automating the information extraction. So information from business documents, document API will take the document files as the input and return the header fields and line items as a structured data. That is the current challenge, okay? And automating everything, and this is what exactly we are expecting here. So this is something across industry sector, it can be applied to any industry cluster. So we will going to do this activity. We will— so there are again different stages of this activity. So we will start from here about this mission. And so I will recommend, so at this end of the mission we would like to— okay, there are different steps you should be able to understand how to set up. This is in a BTP account, then BTP trial account, okay? And also classic machine learning will be utilizing. And also there are some tutorials for generative AI. So Premium Edition will be having all using the generative AI, okay. But it is, uh, you can also create your own if you're already having those things, it's well and good. Otherwise you can create your own account. So in the service plan, if you see in the service plans, they are having 3 things. Okay, as I said, so let me show you that. So in the service plan, they are having 3 models, as I said. Base Edition, okay, and in the Base Edition, whatever has been covered, you can see. Internal productive uses, you can utilize for product users, and they are pre-trained as per the learning models and templates, whatever they are having it. And these are different regions, and so how much time it will take at all. Then we have Premium Edition. So you can see for Premium Edition there are different pricing again depending upon the block of documents. Okay, so there are block of documents again Based on that they are charging. So if you can see block of 100 documents, block of 100, you know, block of 3,000 documents, okay? And you can see that block of from 8,000 documents. Based on that it will be charging for you. It's a premium editions, okay? So in this way you will be finding the pricing part of it, okay? Commercial model. So we have a Again, this is the BTP EA. Okay, similarly, if you're having a trial edition, so trial editions, okay, and you can try it, okay, you can explore personally. And if you're having a pay-as-you-go model, there is a different model here, and the pricing also will be slightly different here, okay, based on the consumptions and all. So consumption, I think CPEA, so this is a Cloud Platform Enterprise Agreement if you're having a Agreement, then according to that you will be finding here. So this entire pricing plan you will be finding here in this segment. Okay, so now, uh, if you're already having a BTP account, what you can do, you can go to your sub-account, okay? And inside that there is something called as a booster, okay? Inside you have to set up the account for Document AI like this. You have to go to the booster sections and from there you have to set up your the your account. Okay, so I have to go here where SAP BTP Cockpit, and inside the BTP Cockpit I will be logging in. I will be going to that particular section, so let me go there. So the BTP Cockpit is running now and loading, and you will be finding the details Okay, so this is I don't have any global account. Okay, it's the contact or login with a different user. Maybe I will log in different user. Otherwise, what I will do? I will open in a different browser. Okay, so what you have to do if you do not have this, you have to create your own account. Okay, so So you have to create an account with this, okay? Because I have an account in other ID, so I cannot log into here, okay? So you can just create an account, okay, SAP BTP account for you, and based on that you can do that. So how do you set up? It's very simple. So you can go here to any of the— if you're having an official account, so you can go there and you can create an account for you, okay? So simply go there and you create an account for you, then we will be going For it. Okay, so this is an exercise for all of you can do that. Then you go to the boosters where exactly you can enable this. Okay, this is the activity you have to do. After doing that, there are different components you have to do. So there is a subscription. So we have a, we have an account components called setup SAP Document AI, which is mandatory, and SAP Document AI basic UI. So you'll be taking a basic subscription for that. Then again, we have a step-by-step process like it will be going through a prerequisite scenario, subaccount, and preview. You have to do that, that booster, and you have to create a sub-account for that. Okay, this is the typical process we need to follow. And after doing that, you have to create a sub-account also. After that, then you just simply go through this process, whatever they have mentioned. So I'm not going through the entire thing. So this is already the Discovery Center is available for you. Okay, and what is the entitlement? And you can go for AWS, your different region depending upon that. Then you have to make it subscribe. Okay, so that is where exactly your this thing will be calculated. Okay, so this is a very simple thing, but for that you need to have a SAP BTP cockpit. Okay, and if possible you can go for SAP BTP cockpit. So you just do a free trial also. I think the free trial also will be allowing you to do that. Okay, so EMEA. So if I say SAP BTP cockpit EMEA. I will be doing that. Let's say, okay, so, so I will be doing here, let's say you do not have an account, you have to create a free trial account. You can try that here, it's not so difficult. Okay, so in the document Discovery Center also you you can go through the trial service, okay? And this is the process also they have mentioned here. You have to activate your account, okay? And there is a cloud identity service, they are establishing the trust here, okay? And step by step, so you just need to follow. This is nothing something I'm going to do it for you, okay? This is already self-explanatory. Service Marketplace, which you already have seen it, okay, in the other document, right? And you have to create your own users, roles Okay, pretty easy. Okay, and then go to the applications and you, you know, go for it. So this is something as a card we will be completing here. And now the next step part is we will try to subscribe. How do you use the machine learning to do all of these things? Okay, so there are certain functionalities they have given here and there's a series of document. I can see that it is, uh, you have to understand a little bit about machine learning, generative AI. If you're not aware of it, just go through that and some documenting. Already SAP has given some invoice documents and also some sample invoice they've given to you to try with. And in GitHub they've already uploaded all of these things. Maybe this one's something you can try with instead of having your own document in this trial instance. Okay, so what you need to do is you have to create a sample invoice and, uh, you have to go through this. Okay, a particular side of it you can see that Okay, this is simple invoice. Maybe we'll be utilizing this, okay, in our use case, okay? And the details are here. So how do you understand the schema, okay? What are the headers, footers, line items? Everything is a part of the schema, okay? And how do you examine and extract all those details? So based on that invoice, it will be extracting all the fields here. That is the idea here. So you it will check the entire document, it will pick up all the fields, and that is the idea of this Document AI. Okay, then also how you can delete all documents also. So all the details process are given here. So this is again, this is a teach tutorial, very easy, and you can follow this along with this. Okay, so pretty much, uh, then also how you any kind of a custom documents if you are having, again there are step-by-steps. Okay, you have to— so it's all about the schema configuration, whatever you're talking about, right? And in the schema itself, you will be having all the things, okay? You have to select your data fields, what are the custom fields you require. Then we have activated that particular schema. Then, uh, you know, like, how do we extract those results step by step? It's given to you, for you, everything. Only thing is you try it, and if you're ever getting any stuck, just let me know. So you can see this is a recruiting example resume, and from the resume, how do you extract the data and those respective fields using Document AI. And it will be having some sample document they have given you from a resume point of view. Okay, this is a sample resume and you can always have a look into this. And, uh, for this they have also given you a sample document, sample resume, and from that you have to extract what are the fields you are having it. And this is an exercise you can try it yourself. And I think that will be helpful for you. So this is the document, and exclusively you can go through this entire document, and from this document you can extract whatever is relevant for you. Okay, now let me go back. Okay, so this is a sample thing, and once you're done, we are You can mark it complete. Okay, so after doing this, so again they're given some exercise step by step. How do you create a schema? This is a little technical, but you have to— once your everything is set up, so your setup is done, then you can go through schema configurations and all the details are here. Okay, so this is again a step-by-step process, and you are getting any stuck anywhere, just let me know. Okay, so I'm not going through. And, uh, here again, so there are different exercises, there are different huge cases they are given. Processing a delivery note. Okay, from a delivery note point of view, how do you do that? They're given here. And the next exercise will be more of a how do you process a receipt using your document information extraction process. Again, here also you have to set up your schema and check out all the different things. Okay, what are the headers, footers? Okay, all details they're given here. Okay, so you can see that details. So I'm not going through again. So you can just have a look into this. But anyway, this is how, you know, you'll be finding the extraction information also, how much confidence you are having in the extraction, everything. Okay, this is about processing a receipt. Similarly, processing a resume also, we are having this exclusive for HR people. And how do you configure this exclusively for CV? Okay, and you can see that the resume schema, and you have to create a document type is custom OCR engine type document. Then you create all of these things, add your data fields to it. Then you set up all the things, data type, setup type. Then you put all the details here. Then finally you extract, okay, whatever you activate it, then you extract whatever really the things are required, okay, for this employee. So this is the third use case. Fourth use case will be here processing a birth certificate. So already having your birth certificate, and from that how do you set up? So there are so many examples they have given, almost similar process, similar steps you need to follow. Only thing is you just need to follow these things and directly whether it is what other types of documents, okay? So we just to try it out. So this is the fourth example from a birth certificate point of view. Then we have a work contract. This is another type of document. Okay, anyone is working in a contract, okay, you'll be finding all the details here. So again, so it document will be scanning everything and you can see most important part is the right-hand side. Okay, it will be scanning and you check it out and you're doing all of these things. Okay, this is the fifth exercise which you need to perform.
