Hello. Hi everyone, this is Suheb here. I'm just recording this video quickly to give my recommendation to Niladri and the platform that he is using. Initially I joined Niladri's platform because I was interested in recruiting at that time. I took. He was running a hackathon at that time. Like he was doing the online courses and everything. So I started taking those like online classes and then after that I prepared for the recruiting certification and everything. And now I'm a recruiting certified as well. And I would say while we were taking the course and everything, he was very patient and everything in giving, giving the answers and making sure that I understood everything properly. So moving further like I also after completing the recruiting I. I just left his platform for a while. I even took some courses here and there like onboarding and, and so on. Even I'm onboarding certified as well. But other than other than that, after a while I got interested in employee central and now I'm doing a kind of hackathon with him for the employee central and that is also a good experience. And, and this time what I have seen the good thing that he is doing, he's not only explaining employee central, he is also explaining AI. He is also explaining the other things that are connected to them. Like he's trying to make us or make me a more of an architect. So like the other signavio and calm and those other things that are there which are needed for an architect. So these are the things that we are doing and in addition to that, like what he is also doing that he is also explaining AI as well, how we can use AI effectively, what good prompts, what good tools are there, how to use which tool and so on. So when we are doing the documentation and everything, which is a quite hefty job. So how we can use those AI tools in order to make good documentation and get the most of the AI and save our time and so on. Yeah, so I would say like my experience has been very good and his platform itself is very good. Like irrespective whichever success factor module you are interested in overall he's like, he's having courses in all the modules and, and so on and he's improving it day by day as well. And you never know, he would sometime like make it as a Coursera player. Coursera courses as well. So it's like I would say like there are a bit lengthy. But yeah, they are bit quality courses.
