Reimagining Hire-to-Retire: The SuccessLabs Academy Capstone Challenge is HERE!

In this extensive webinar, Dr. Niladri Bihari Nayak introduces the SuccessLabs Academy’s HR transformation learning ecosystem, centered on SAP SuccessFactors but applicable to any HRIS. He explains the architecture of 12 streamlined streams that map to SAP SuccessFactors modules, each paired with an SAP Activate dashboard to guide daily activities during a 90‑day hackathon. Within the hackathon, participants undertake a 21‑day Capstone Challenge – a mini‑project/MVP that requires daily evidence‑based deliverables across discovery, preparation, exploration, realization, testing, deployment and run phases. The challenge is sector‑specific, offering 11 GICS sectors per module, yielding 132 possible project combinations. Two learning platforms support the program: the Hub platform (architectural, design‑focused) and the School platform (tactical, hands‑on). Membership tiers (Foundation, Silver, Gold, Diamond) determine access to resources, live bootcamps, AI‑driven prompt libraries, and certification. Dr. Nayak showcases AI‑assisted learning using multiple large‑language‑model aggregators (Colaba, Sana, AI Fiesta) to generate comparative configuration mappings for SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, and Oracle, and to create student‑friendly business rules. He outlines a weekly webinar schedule covering HR, revenue, finance, procurement, supply chain, enterprise architecture, and leadership, emphasizing evidence‑based, outcome‑driven learning over passive video consumption. The session concludes with a call to join the community, leverage AI tools, and pursue continuous upskilling.

Thank you everyone for joining in. So let's get started. Once again, warm welcome to everyone for our Workforce Monday, and this session is primarily for everyone and who are looking after HR transformation roles. Are you into SAP SuccessFactors or similar kind of HR transformation, HR technology role? And today I will be taking you to the approach which we are taking up. And so those details I will be showing through a dashboard, and so that it will be helpful for you. Let me go through that first. So let me take you through the dashboard first. Yeah, so this is how we call it, architecting autonomous HR enterprises with SAP Activate for SAP SuccessFactors. And in here we are actually following— so we are at present, we are having 12 different streams. Okay, what we have done, all the products of SAP SuccessFactors we have, you know, mixed and matched, and we have done 12 different categories. We have for each categories we have SAP Activate dashboard, and whenever you will be deploying a project, you will be going through that particular dashboard to track your daily activities. And this is part of your hackathon, which is the 90 days of duration, but in between you will be having something called Capstone Challenge. Okay, this is a new thing and which you're launching, and for every modules you have a choice of 11 sectors, 11 GICS sectors I'm talking about. And let's say Employee Central, you have a choice of 11 GICS sectors. So what are those? So let me show you the backend of it. It is yet to be published and we have published for example, for one of the module for that matter. If you go to school platform, you will be getting that access. So for that, you need to go to the school.successloftacademy.com, and inside this, if you go, we will be finding something called— just now we have launched Applied SAP SuccessFactors for Energy Sector, for Employee Center for Energy Sector. So in this way, There will be 132 to be precise. So because we do have how many modules in general, so we have many modules, but actually we have combined some of those modules. You can see that Recruiting and Onboarding we have combined, okay. Similarly, Succession and CDP, technically there are two different modules, Succession Planning and Career Development, but we have combined. And similar, Compensation and Variable Pay we have combined. Learning and Opportunity Marketplace we have combined. Similarly, Work Zone and Qualtrics we have combined. Similarly, Business AI, SAP Build we have combined for SuccessFactors. So in this way we have compressed into 12 different modules, okay? And this is also aligned with our architecture streams if you have seen that, right? So we focus on architecture. So in our Hub Platform, if you have seen the Hub Platform, so HUB, Hub Platform, which is in a TechMango. Okay, so here we have 12 different streams, and every stream of architecture is aligned with one module of SAP. If you are pursuing Workday or Oracle or Odoo or DarwinBox, any other HRIS system, somehow it will be aligned with this one. So this is why we are Architecting the Things, and that platform is primarily for architects. But the school platform which I am talking about, which is more tactical in nature, Okay, which is more practical oriented, from a hands-on oriented, right? So this is where many of the students are actually pursuing. So if you go to the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, we are very much clear about what exactly we have to do in every days. Okay, so this is a 21 days capstone challenge, I will say. So this is called— this will be called capstone challenge. So there's a new term which we are talking about. We have normal challenges, you might have seen that's a 3-day, 7-day challenge, all these things, okay? But this is a relatively, I will say, long term, okay? We call it a Capstone Challenge now onwards, okay? So Capstone Challenge is something which is equivalent to mini projects, prototypes, or MVP, Minimum Viable Project, whatever you can say that. So in this way, what will be happening? This is, uh, every day we do have an activity and in that activity you have to give an evidence. It is not like that I will be teaching and you will be listening. No. So there are programs, there are activities, there are— there will be live interactions, hurdles will happen in between. But having said that, you will be having a section where you will be contributing and I will be the mentor. I will be, you know, facilitator. I will be helping you wherever getting stuck. Okay, nowadays everywhere information is there, everywhere, but transformation is not everywhere. So transformation is only will happen only you submit, only whenever you are giving an evidence, right? So that is where exactly I will be playing a role of, you know, your handholding you. Okay, so you can see that. So in the first, uh, in the, uh, so phase-wise also, if you go in the first hackathon, we have completed— this is a phase-wise, okay? We completed the Discover page. Okay, and in case you have missed the session, so those sessions recordings are available in Success Hackathon 2.0. So go there and inside this you will be finding a detail about it, the 21-day super plan. What is the 21 days plan? What is your lock your choice in the journey app? When I said journey app, you are actually choosing a journey. That means which module, which sectors, which applications, which architecture we are choosing. That is where exactly you have to do. So here you have to start your journey, journey.successlabsacademy.com. And here you have to choose, let's say you are pursuing energy sector, choose, uh, if you're looking for SuccessFactors, because this is the focus on SuccessFactors. So all of these things will be coming in application architecture, okay? Then let's say you're focusing on implementation, just to select that, okay? Or let's say focusing on interview or the job certification. So just to choose that, right? Then you simply go to the what is your goals and everything. Continue to confirm. Then once you update your full name and registered email ID, or you are, you're as aspiring student of our community, so you can also enter your email ID, normal email IDs, and you just give your comments in the optional section. Although it's optional, I will say it's mandatory. So you have to share your thoughts, questions, goals. So the capstone project which I was talking about, this is primarily— we have a dedicated space for that, and in that you will be submitting those details into the platform. So that is the goal here and there will be definitely handholding will be there. So you can see that this is what exactly we already completed in the Discover phase, in the Discover mission. And in upcoming days we will be having this thing, upcoming missions. And in this way we will be going through 21 days of guided challenge. So I will be there to guide you what are the activities we'll be performing in every day, each and every day. And 90 days is the duration within that you have to submit.. But before that also you can submit, okay? But ensure your quality is maintained. And as a student, so you can see that this is a phase-wise. So whenever I'll be taking live, 6 live sessions, it's already planned for you, okay? And over multiple days, and there will be, um, 21 days rows. So day by day, what are the activities you'll be performing? So that is something you will be checking out here, okay? So this is a day-wise plan, you can see that right? And for every days we do have some activities, okay? So for let's say, uh, day 1, so you just now finished, uh, discover phase. In the discover phase, come, you know, so you can see the tagging also. Like here in the discover, it is written tagged here, is it discover, okay? Similarly, 1.2 is also discover. But the day 2, you can see there is a prepare stage. That means in the day 2, day 3, day 4 also preparation stage. But in the day 5, in between, okay, we are completing the preparation stage and we are transitioning to the explore phase of the project, okay, in the MVP, okay. Then explore phase continues, uh, till I think day 5, day 6, day 7, we are still exploring all the details. Now it comes to your, uh, I think, okay, day after day 3 is over, okay, day 7. I think the day 7 still we have explored Day 8, I think it starts. You can see the tagging here, the fourth phase, that's the realize phase. The realize phase is starting from day 8. So day 8, day 9, day 10, day 11, day 12, day 13, day 14, because configuration requires a lot of effort, right? So for the reason, knowingly we kept it little bit lengthy. So complete one week, you will be getting more than one week, I believe. Yes, more than one week almost. Okay, so almost 1 week plus 4 days, so around 11 days you are getting. So out of 21 days, 11 days is dedicated for your real-life phase only. Okay, so where you will be doing the all the basic minimal configurations, you will be having your— this is an Employee Central example I am giving, and this is also applicable for other module also. Okay, so this module is limited not only limited to Employee Central. You can see that this is— we— I will be taking a through modules as well. So this is something we are enhancing for other— and based on the feedback and based on my experience and others' collective experience from the industries. And okay, so you will be getting all those things. And this is what exactly we're doing— following best practices, we're following identity, also your, your security best practices, everything. Okay, all the relative things. And also every day we are having some deliverables, some configurations, and We are fine-tuning it also based on whatever is relevant. Okay, in some cases, if you people are having already system, okay, you can try those things in the system. If you're not having that, you can do the same thing in a simulation environment, but also document those things and as if you are really working in a project environment, right? That's the intention behind doing this entire 21-day challenges. Okay, this is a capstone challenge I will call it. So in similarly, we'll be having similar kind of a data migration. In the real project, might be you will be having tons of data like 30,000, 40,000, those kind of a data. But in a Capstone project, I'm expecting at least you minimum 50, 100, 150 kind of a data, let's say employee data, right? So that is more than enough for you, right? And that is something we are going to do. And also we'll be doing a setup and some of the activities you you may not be able to perform in this, uh, typically if you are working in a demo environment. In that case, you would accept the learning and definitely understand the steps, okay? Whatever possible in a standalone way, you might be doing it, but that will be something happening in a real-time project, okay? But at least you understand the process steps and be ready with that, okay? Someone is asking a question, so you will be able to answer that, right? So in this way, you have to proceed through this. So day 14, day 15, day 16, testing everything, UAT, integration testing, everything will be there. Okay, so even if you're not doing integrations and all, but you have to understand, maybe third-party integration, you may not be able to do it in a typically in a demo environment, right? So in such cases, definitely you have just understand the steps, understand how it is exactly done, what is to be done from Employee Central side or any other module side, and what is to be done to the third-party product side of it. Okay, so in that we will understanding, consolidating that ideas Okay, the steps documented properly. Okay, and, uh, and I have to— we have to enter an understanding of it, right? Whether it's from a configuration or a design or architecture, overall understanding should be having. Okay, so then once it is done, then day 19 and 20 is all about the deploy, and day 21 is your first last— that's the run stage. And also release management, user adoption, all those factors will be coming into picture. Okay, so this is how a typical 21 days challenge looks like, a capstone challenge. And same thing is also applicable for other modules. So this one is for Employee Central I have shown to you, and we do have similar thing for recruiting, onboarding. And this time recruiting we are going to do with, uh, your, uh, Smart Recruiters, not SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting. Okay, so same process we are going to here update here. So certain activities I'll be also updating here based on the modules. So still but this is a skeleton I'm showing you. But this is same framework we'll be utilizing across, okay? So as I said, this is, uh, we will be calling it as a capstone challenge, okay? So everywhere we will be calling it as a capstone challenge project, okay? And this will happen where? This will happen in a new term. You might have heard about it, or if I have talked about it in the earlier webinars and all, we call it IIL, Industry Immersion Lab. Okay, and where it is, this will be available in your school platform only, which you already— we have sample one beta testing, we have done it already. So this is along with the hackathon. Okay, hackathon is for common framework for everyone, and we are actually templatizing it, and we are having creating a copy of it so that any students who will be contributing or submitting those projects, they will be getting an access to it. Okay, so if you are not a member of it, you have to pay purchase it separately. If you are already having a membership in our platform, you don't have to pay for it. Ask me for a coupon code. That coupon code I will be sharing with you so that you can having an access to it, and you have to submit that things in the platform. Okay, so that is the idea here. Okay, and in this way you will be having an access to it. And if you go to Employee Central, okay, for this you will be also having a similar kind of a structure. So you are having a pre-hackathon preparation. You will be having going through the same discovery stage, all those things. And but here you will be having a submission. So only one submission you have to do, okay? And that submission is all about what? So it is all about your project, okay? So whatever the challenges you have taken, okay? So for that module, you will be— let's say you are going for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central for energy sector,, right? In that case, you will be— everything whatever is a real company, you will be implementing that. You will be as a prototype MVP. Then you have to submit all those. You have to create a Notion page. You have to— whatever, either you can use Notion, that is my favorite, or otherwise you can— if you're not comfortable with Notion, you can submit your deliverables using the Word document or one, you know. Only thing is in that you have to document everything that submission will happen. You have to share the link in our project, and it is really going through an approval process. It is not like that you have to submit, then you'll be getting a certificate. And this is an evidence-based certificate, I know, but it has to be verified. The quality will be verified as if you are actually— it will be like a real project, okay? If any corrections needed, you have to again review, again you have to resubmit it, right? So that kind of a stringent, uh, quality check will be there so that anyone is actually qualifying, actually submitting it and getting a, you know, uh, getting evidence-based certificate from our platform. I'm ensuring that they will be 100%, more than 100%, they will succeed in their project, in the real project, in a client project, okay, anywhere else, right? So that is what the idea. I just thought of sharing once again with you, all of you. And if you have not submitted, if you have not joined any of the program, I highly recommend Go to successlabsacademy.com and the options are very easy to understand. And this is the webinar which I'm talking about. This is a free webinar I'm conducting every Monday, especially for the workforce transformation, for HR transformation. We talk about it, okay? And you will be having an access to this platform, okay? The hackathon platform, your capstone project platform, everything will be having an access with a simple membership. And the membership will be going like this. So you have to talk about to go to successopsacademy.com, and inside that you have an option called Programs, okay? And we have a program, multiple programs, and we do have, uh, the Foundation entry-level program will be your this one, Foundation program. How this is alive. So we have a master class, okay? What are the sessions I'm conducting? This is the kind part of a master class sessions only, okay? Although I've been offering free. But, uh, if you want a recording of it, definitely you have to ensure a Masterclass Lifetime, you can, or Foundation, you know, set of members will be having. Okay, otherwise this is something free for everyone, but you, if you need the recordings, you have to have a membership. Okay, so again, the memberships are different categories. It's like, uh, how much depth you want. Okay, so you, the more the depth, the higher the, you know, tier of the membership. Okay, so let's say you want more in-person session in a group coaching format. We do not do any one-on-one sessions these days. Okay, and everything is a group coaching format, right? So the Level 3 is my highest at this moment as we speak. Okay, this is from a coaching point of view, this is the highest level of membership. And you are again, we are offering here, you will be having access to multiple case studies, multiple, you know, sessions Then we have, uh, typically the entry level will be the Foundation. So this is, uh, people who have not started any of the hackathon process and all, they have to go through this. So this is a 599 program, this is lifetime, okay? You will be getting, uh, any one of the modules, uh, in of your choice, and you can join hackathons and all, but it will be more of a self-paced, okay? Although you'll be having an access, but module point of view, the more access will be having the Diamond platform. Diamond certification, and it is actually, uh, you'll be getting an EMI option also to go for it. And this is for, uh, ideally if you want to complete one particular academy, particular domain, it's a 3-year program, and but you can go for one year by one year, okay? So this is something if you want to master, let's say you're talking about SAP SuccessFactors, all the modules, then 3 years is enough for you, right, to master, okay? So you can go for it, and definitely it you'll be getting the ROI out of it and definitely helpful for you with like-minded people and communities. A community-based learning platform, they say, right? And your gamification, you have everything. Okay, so now this is what exactly I just thought of sharing. And having said that, you might be wondering what are the programs and all. So still it is in progress. Some of the— we are changing everything at this moment considering the impact of AI and everything. So we do have something called Capability Academy. So that is something I will just show you the glimpse here. Okay, so we do have a Capability Academy, and based on the Capability Academy, what we have is here I am showing you, this is what exactly it will looking like when it is completed, right? So this is in the backend, some operations is going on. So here you will be finding, so let's say for HR I was talking about, right? So in HR you will be having Employee Central point of view. So this will be your any one of the capstone project you have to choose. Okay, so as I say, there are two changes we have done, major changes this time. Okay, although we have been doing it for a long time, but this is more structured, more refined, more serpent now. Okay, so that you are very focused on any project you're entering, any MVP, Minimum Viable Project, you're entering, you will be finding everywhere then applied here. Okay, so we do not, we do not teach Employee Central, we do we teach, uh, we mentor applied SAP SuccessFactors. So for every module we do have an app that is already there in previously also, but now officially everywhere we are following that philosophy that everything is an applied learning program. Okay, not no theory, hands-on and evidence-based learning program where you have to submit, then only you'll be getting your credits. Okay, so what does it mean? You will be seeing it for you that you submit the evidences Okay, you can see that everywhere we have applied here, applied SuccessFactors Employee Central, applied— same thing is applicable for every module. And also this is very much fine-tuned for a particular sector. So whatever the case studies we'll be solving is very much primarily designed for that sector only, right? So this is how it will be get— you'll be getting in your platform once it is ready, it will be published. Okay, and you have to choose a particular module, particular sectors. Okay, same thing is applicable for your any module you pick up. So you go for, let's say, Smart Recruiters, right? So if you go for SAP SuccessFactors Smart Recruiters and Onboarding, we have combined both considering the volume, okay? So you will be having again, so Applied SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Smart Recruiters and Onboarding for Energy Sector, right? So it's a very particular niche, okay? You will be finding very much aligned with your understanding of it. Okay, you will— these are the different topics for if you have to go for recruiting module. You have to do both recruiting and onboarding because those are connected, right? So you will be having Applied SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, Smart Recruiters, and Onboarding for Energy Sector, Material Sector, Industrial Sector, Consumer, Discretionary, Consumer Staples, Healthcare, Financial, IT, Communication Services, Utilities, and Real Estate. So out of this, only one have to choose. Okay, any hackathon In those 90 days, within that 21 days of Capstone Challenge, you have to pick up one, and your goal is to complete, take it seriously, and finish that within that time frame. Okay, I know there are working professionals, you have a full-time job. I know it is not so easy many times, but if you want to upskill yourself, go to the next level, Definitely, I will highly recommend any one of this. Project-based learning is always good. Even since school days, nowadays you will be finding a lot of PBL, okay, a lot of project-based learning, intent outcome-based learning is happening with a National Education Policies. Uh, I know this is implementing not so easy in education sector. I have been seeing because my doctorate program was on based on that, on education sector, right, strategic management. Right, from Swiss School of Business Management. I have studied and I know the how it is difficult to implement certain thing at a national level, okay. And the same thing, we are actually— we are not waiting for anyone, we are just implementing whatever, and we'll definitely refining it based on the feedback, based on the student outcome, because I believe this is what exactly the true learning, okay. I know there are people who cannot— I have also seen people in the past who— I know I'm also challenging people that if you can finish it, okay, let's see, okay. So, uh, definitely I will be challenging you as well as supporting you, okay. It is not like the intention is not only challenge you, rather I will be giving enough support so you can finish the not only the task but with understanding the outcome of it, right. So that is the intention behind. Let's say I'll talk about recruiting, right, and even I was going through to one of those leading influencers in HR, and the way they have done, you know, added AI to the platform, right? So you'll be amazed. And similar kind of an activities we are also giving to you, right? So this is not a typical— you are not becoming a configured. One of my mentors also, you know, I remember during those days in 13, 14 years back, it was in PwC, to be specific. I will not take the name of those managers and all, but he has given me good advice. Say that he said to me very specific that, Niladri, you are not going to become a configurator, okay? You are a consultant, okay? And consulting is not limited to configurations. Just configuring, doing the configurations will— no, yeah, I know this is where config is important in the realization phase of any other project But that is not everything, okay? So consulting requires a lot of other things, other factors. Configuration is just 5%, 10% of it, which is okay. It maybe looks like big thing, okay, but for many, many people who are starting, okay, starting page, it's good. But over a period of time, as you grow in your career, especially if you are becoming 3, 4 years, let's say 5+ years of experience, right, more than the configuration, you don't understand the other factors, your stakeholder management, your other consulting communications, your influence building skills, your visibilities, networking, all those other things also in factoring, right? So now coming to example of recruiting, okay, so I will just give you a thought process here how actually I'm looking at recruiting at this one because I also implemented multiple projects in the traditional SAP SuccessFactors recruiting and SmartRecruits I have not done yet. So it is Maybe in the upcoming days I will be, but I have seen guiding people, people, because it's an AI-based recruiting platform, right? So let's say I will talk about, I was talking about AI-based platform, right? So how does a typical AI-based platform looks like? Let me give you a glimpse of that. Okay, so are you ready for that? If you are ready, just to say I am ready. Okay, thank you, thank you for that, thank you for that. That. Okay, so now let me show you something here, and I will go to the gallery of the AI platform which actually I have been learning. Okay, and you will be finding very amazing things there. Okay, so that is something I will quickly show you. Maybe just give me a minute, I will log in and I will show you that platform where exactly in the— how the learnings would be there in the The case of AI, right? So this is something, let me open up and I will be sharing the link with you, okay? And this is a no video. So nowadays video-based learning is actually— people, if you are looking for only video-based learning, the days are gone. So it is an outcome-based, evidence-based learning. That is what exactly is taking over, right? Videos are okay, but nobody has time to watch long, long videos. So for that reason also changing, okay, our platform. So I know there will be videos will be there, but the thing is, um, it is more of an evidence-based, okay. So this is the platform which I have been using for learning, and I will show you that certain things, uh, especially I was talking about recruiting, right. So there are programs, so you will be finding here skills-oriented, okay. And what you will be seeing, let's say this will come under your talent acquisition, right, the recruiting module. So what exactly they have done is elevating talent acquisition with AI. Okay, so I know there are different, different courses which even I have already completed, many of the things, right? So coming to that, they say that Navigate the Era: Talent Acquisition, Optimizing Recruiting, Recruiting Ecosystems, Creating Irresistible Experiences. You just see the title of these courses, title of this, okay? This is at a high level, at an architect level, at a comprehensive process level, but again you relate to it. I— what— how I am learning those things, because I have to also connect the dot to the whatever product we are consulting, right? So those are some— those things are really, really important for you. How do we create an authentic employer branding? How do you enhance tech enable— and it's a tech to enable super workers, okay? So these are all concept, but again, if you go here even, so basically one thing, one key thing I would like to highlight here is one thing I really appreciate here. So I will show you that from the main platform. Okay, so this is my main platform, and here we go. So if you see here, ask or learn anything with Sana. Okay, and people were asking, this is not available for everyone. This is actually— you have to subscribe separately. This is actually the platform from where I am learning. Okay, so let's say I have to ask something related to my talent acquisition. So you can see that directly when I go here, okay, at present I have been learning performance management, I have been learning AI-driven HR transformation, I've been learning a lot of other things, right? So if you go here, so let's say I will be asking that, let's say, talk about our topic, okay? So we are talking about recruiting, right? So let's say in this topic I will quickly show you that, let's say, recruiting or onboarding or any other sector. So I'll be asking very generic questions here, okay, because open-ended question. Can you challenge me on or reason reasoning together with me for recruiting in AI era? Okay, so this is the question I have asked. Okay, so you can see that, so what it is doing is based on this platform, right? So it will be doing an activity for me, okay, challenge my reasoning together with me for recruiting in the AI era. So actually, it is taking me to a course, okay. Let's pressure test your recruiting logic in the AI era. So challenge your reasoning. Can you name one SAP-defined recruiting problem you'd put under an AI pilot tomorrow? Okay, how do you defend a problem choice to a skeptical CFO? Okay, so we are not talking about CHRO, CFO, in terms of impact, revenue, risk, customer outcomes, not HR efficiency alone, right? So you have to think a lot, okay? These are not so easy, okay? So basically, the questions, whatever the questions is, these are all challenging questions, by the way, okay? Are you solving a precise problem or you're buying cool technology? So first challenge for you, okay? I know there are so many tools available in the market, right? But are you running behind the tools or are you solving a problem, right? This is the first question. Similarly, there are some part of the questions again. So also there are questions like, are you using Talent Intelligence, okay, or you're just filtering the things, right? This is also another question. So even if you are using, um, you know, Smart Recruiters, you can check it out whether how it is exactly you are doing. Are you using AI to screen CVs faster or to change where and how you hire, right? That is a— this kind of a question you have to challenge yourself, okay? And if you turned off your AI tools, would you still underlying the data model still be strong enough to support good decision? Because good data will give you the good results, okay? Unless and until you're having— this is— there is a saying that you must be knowing this: garbage in, garbage out. So if your data quality is poor, you'll be getting poor results, and AI also will enhancing that. It will make you more poor. It's the poorest— the poorest it will make you, right? In terms, are you using, reusing the same intelligence across talent acquisition, L&D, reward, workforce planning, or TA is building a parallel siloed AI stack? Okay, so are those, those modules are talking to each other, or is it like, okay, this is another challenge, and within that you have some challenges, right? So this kind of challenges, challenges are really, really required. Okay, by the way, Workday is also using Sana. Basically, they have acquired, after I understood what I even from my friends in Workday, So there is a saying that, uh, Workday and Sana, actually they are using, right? So Sana AI, they have— Workday has acquired the Sana AI, okay? So that is what exactly I understood. And I have been using Sana for a while, for the last 2 years. Sana from Workday, they are saying an AI-powered conversational platform. The platform which I am showing you is an agent AI system automating HR, finance, and IT tasks, everything, right? So find, act, build, automate, a lot of things they are doing it. So this is now part of your typical Workday. Okay, but the platform which I'm using is Sana AI. Okay, and this is, um, this is not available for any of our students because this is my own personal learning platform. Just thought of sharing. Those who are interested, they can go for it, but it requires an investment. Okay, so, but people who are actually— even I'm sharing whatever I'm learning here with my all of the gold and diamond members exclusively. Okay, and this is what exactly even the design which I'm doing it also, a lot of inspirations we are taking from here and we are just trying to best of it because we do not want to only become SAP SuccessFactors consultant. We have to think like an architect. That is the ultimate goal here. Okay, so similarly, is conversational AI freeing recruiters or hiding the weak fundamentals? Right, this is another challenging question. So what specific recruiter conversation do you want more? Okay, where concretely AI will create that time space for you, right? And could— so there are some challenging questions you can see that So these are the different, different challenging questions, right? You can see that how we can code challenge from here. So they're all challenging questions. You can see a lot of reasoning questions like this, right? And, uh, you can, based on these questions, so you have to think of it. So a lot of thinking required here. It is not like that you are only going through a topic and you are doing same configuration guide, you are understanding some XYZ from the customer that this is what they need. Okay, but you never question the client. So whatever, you're an order taker, not a, you know, so in case I will use the term order taker. If you're not questioning the clients, okay, we're just, whatever the client is ordering, you're just giving a delivery, just like any of the blanket or any other, you know, so delivery person, right? So that should not be the approach, by the way. Okay, so I just thought of sharing these things, which is actually even I am creating, and I want to create a plan for me also. It will be creating learning plan for you. Okay, let's pick a specific scenario and, uh, role family. Okay, and design an AI-enabled hiring approach for one role family or talent segment I described to you. Okay, or how could I structure a pilot for AI, uh, talent— AI in talent acquisition that balances innovation with legal, ethical, and reputational risk? These are challenging questions. Okay, and whenever you're solving this these challenges, whether you're in SuccessFactors or Workday, how do you solve this problem? Okay, and I want to— let's say though, I do— I want to need a more critical learning plan. I want to learn all of these things. So this is the motivation to learn. Okay, although I have learned recruiting for a while, but this kind of things will be opening my mind. Okay, and you— I once want to start thinking these things like, is your governance as sophisticated as your Motivations. Okay, these are really challenging questions. Okay, and you can see those questions, the quality of questions here. Okay, these are all coming from research. Okay, and it is actually based on these questions. If I'm motivated, definitely I will be. This is a reasoning-based questions. All these are reason— requires reasoning, critical thinking, all human skills you require. Okay, even if you are utilizing AI, but still you have to think deep. Okay. So that is the intention behind all of this workshop, whatever you're conducting and all of these things. And these are all, you can see that the challenge and the plan, it is created customized for you, okay? And you can see that it is very much personalized for me. This is not a platform which is actually I'm learning, oh, my is placed. Rather, you can see that your branding requirement, arguments, historically well-grounded, it is, it knows that I have worked for Deloitte, PwC, KPMG. Okay, it's highly personalized, as I say, based on my, uh, style, my understanding, based on my, you know, uh, current knowledge background. It is personalized entire learning for me. So whatever I'm learning, maybe it will be something different. Even if you're buying, subscribing to the platform, it will be different for different people based on their current roles, based on all their things, right? So you can see how actually it is planned, okay? Okay, then it has given me a— it is pushing me actually. So just like a mentor, a tough mentor, a tough coach, right? And it is pushing me beyond whatever actually I could think, right? So this is the idea which I got it. And so same thing we are trying to implement across our projects, across— because this is something theoretical, but how do you really apply those things in our day-to-day? Okay, that is why this topics will be available for Diamond members, and this is something we'll be capturing in the hub platform, okay, which is exclusively available. And, uh, but here in the school platform, so as we know that we are having two platforms, okay. And in the school platform, all this tactical learning— so this is the hub platform which I was talking about, right? hub.sasacademy.com. All of these courses, whatever you are seeing here, these are all architecture-oriented, okay. These are all architecture-oriented, and we do not talk about any module name. Everything is starting with architecting, architecting, architecting. Detecting everything, right? But in the school platform, I know people— so you still need details, uh, tactical knowledge also. So those tactical knowledge also has to be— whatever you are planning, start doing strategy, everything is good on paper, but we have to also implement those things, execute those things in real time, right? That is where the school platform is coming into picture. So in the school platform, you will be having an access to all those modules which I'm talking about is the Hub platform. And the School platform, you will be having access to all of these, okay, capstone projects, okay. And these capstone projects will not be part of any of the membership directly, okay. Even if you're an existing member, unless and until you are participating in a hackathon, you will not be having access to it, okay. Only when you are participating, then only you will be getting access to any one of the capstone project, okay. Where exactly based on the framework which I have told to you, those 21-day challenges you will be taking it up. Okay, those is called Capstone Challenge, and you have to contribute and it has to be vetted, it has to be approved. That means we will be reviewing each and every activities whatever you are performing, and wherever you're getting stuck, anyway in between you will be having a, you know, activity-oriented sessions. So we will be having a, you know, As I said, you will be having minimum— there are different boot camps will be happening and supporting sessions will be happening to understand those, make those concepts clear, right? So that is the approach which I was talking about, and I think it is very clear for everyone. Okay, so this is how we are going to cross it. And this Capstone Challenge, as I said, it is applicable for all the modules. So this is— this was for the recruiting and onboarding cycle, recruiting and onboarding process. Okay, so now moving on. So the next stream will be the Performance and Goals. Okay, this also very demanding. Okay, I say, and here also we are following the similar phases. So you will be having a 6, uh, stage, 6 stages of the SAP Activate. Again, we have a 21 days challenge. Okay, and each and every day we'll be having some activities that is something to submit. You have to, you know, and similarly in the courses-wise also, this also is to be published. And behind the scene, the work is going on and you'll be having access to it, uh, any one of the modules, any one of the capstone project. As I said, this is for your performance management, performance and goals, right? So performance goals, again 11 sectors, okay? And by the way, 11 sectors from where actually got an idea? So there is a— for this also have standard. Whatever we are not— we are doing, we are following everywhere as standard and principles, okay? So there is something called GICS sector, if you do not know. So there is a GICS sector, if you talk about it here. GICS industry classification. So just to go there, so we are actually following that standard, okay? And in this you will be having, uh, 11 sectors they are always focusing, okay? So this is the picture, okay? If you go here and you will be getting an idea. So every sector again further has been classified. So these are 11 sectors and based on that actually we are actually streamlining, okay, all of our capstone projects. So that we're touching every major sector globally, right? And this is a global industry classification standard we are following. And under that we have 25 industry groups, under that we have 74 industries, and under that we have 163 sub-industries, okay? But at Level 1, 11 sectors we are focusing, okay? And any of the projects you will be getting will be any one of these things. And also we have prioritized, so which are on demand and So based on that, we create the projects. It is not like that every 163 we are not going to touch. Also, there are certain industries which will be excluded, okay, knowingly. We will be— because we have priority industries and we also have, uh, consciously we'll be choosing the industries which will be impacting. That's like healthcare, education, utilities, energies, okay, real estate, okay. So those are all of those key industries key sectors, and inside that also some specific sectors or industries we'll be prioritizing. So the case studies will be like that. So recently, one of the industry-oriented, the national level, okay, contest that was for college students, we have also prioritized climate technology, that means air pollution, how do you cope that, and some of the key areas, real estate, okay, some of the key education, you know, and Now so many things is happening in the education space nowadays, okay, so many disturbances also, nuances, especially in India I have seen the, you know, so those things also we are trying to solve it, okay. And having said that, those factors we are factoring, that is what exactly we have prioritized the sectors as well, okay. So this is where exactly is coming into picture and this is coming to succession, so performance management and goal management, these are the different sectors, uh, you you'll be having a capstone project, any one of it, right? So that's the understanding. You pick up any of this and then we will be allocating those, uh, specific projects for you. Okay, so this was for the performance and goals. So similarly, in performance and goals, and we do have then next one is comes to your success and development. So success and development also, again, we have 11 categories. 11 sectors. For every sector, we have a capstone project for you. And behind the scenes, we are actually— we are integrating it with the LMS. We are integrating the knowledge management tool. We are using Notion for that. And we are using design tools, Canva. And we are also leveraging the learning management system, the Genlo. We are just integrating everything so that you can also deliver. You can also submit those projects on time, right? Right, this is a Succession Development. And for each and everything, actually, you, you might be wondering how much in-depth we will go. So definitely in, uh, the hackathon, do not expect that I will be teaching each and every module, um, line by line. No. So there will be bootcamp sessions already have planned, and already some bootcamps have been already happening. Okay, so time to time, right? So do we have to watch on that? It's already happening to do in a self-paced way, or in between they will be having some, you know, refresher sessions, okay? But you'll be finding here, so this kind of boot camps we have been doing it for a while. And employee, employee central, we have already done that. For session planning, already we have done that, right? So we are waiting for this month. In this month, we are planning to do, you know, recruiting, onboarding. And, you know, upcoming, uh, we'll be also planning for PMGM, your variable pay, and compensation, variable pay. These are 4 modules 4-5 modules, time tracking, right, on priority. We'll be doing it, okay. And when it comes to the boot camps, you will be having access to a similar kind of a dashboard, okay. And where each and every— it will be 3 days, 3 hours to 3 days activities, okay. And you'll be having an access to like— so there will be welcome call, then you will be deciding the goals of that, and you'll also learning the language. When I say language What the, you know, this is the language of for that particular module. Let's say you're very new to Employee Central, it's like a German for you, okay? Just like you learn a new language, right? We have taken that psychology, so you will be using that. And also you have a codex for everywhere we are having AI, okay? And those AI codexes you'll utilizing. I'll show you one of the example. So any of the, let's say, business rules, okay? Or workflow or any of these things are picking it up, right? So if you go inside that particular structure, okay, you will be already having some materials, some challenges, some of the activities. But at the same time, there is a segment called AI Codex. Whether you are doing a SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle, doesn't matter, right? There is a prompt given to you, okay? So simply have to— there is a copy option, copy that prompt, okay? So let's say I will copy this prompt, right? So directly it is full of AI, okay? So we are leveraging AI to its most of the capability, which you might or may or might not have used it, okay? So what I will do, I will go to AI, uh, so I will go to my AI. So I use multiple AIs, and this is one of my AI platform, Colaba. And these are multiple, you know, this is aggregate of multiple agents. So this is something I use it, although I use other, individually also I use, um, ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, but this is something aggregates depending upon which model I want to use. So everything is aggregated way, okay? So what I will do, so this is an HR transformation block, and similarly I do have other blocks also, you can see that, okay? So this is an HR transformation block. So I will go here and simply I will paste it here, okay? So what exactly you'll be finding here is, uh, you are an SAP act as an SAP HCM functional consultant. And topic is this: create 5 student-friendly business rules. Because whenever learning something, you have to start simple, okay? Then you increase your complexities-wise, okay? So I will say rather you are not an SAP— I will say SAP SuccessFactors, okay? SF functional consultant. Topic is this. So now what it is saying is the scenarios. Actually, you can see that when the job grade is changing, update the pay range minimum maximum for a pay grade table. And for each rule, include what is the rule type, what is the object, when it is firing, what is the error, how you'll be handling confirmation messages, output is a number list. Because the target system is, as I already mentioned, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. Okay, now provide the same logic map to Workday and Oracle. So we are not actually— people who are going to put boot camps and all, they will be having a different experience. So we are not limiting to, or we are not vendor locked here. Okay, so whatever you're learning, okay, we are learning at a design level, architecture level, so that whatever skills you are learning, that is transferable to any of the product in the future, right? So that is the future term. Okay, so now what I will do, so I will say that now probably same logic map to Workday, Oracle has same fusion terms. Okay, and and give a comparative, I will say, give a comparative configurations for SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, and Oracle in a tabular format. So that is something is very interesting. Okay, so I am doing that in a, in, I will say, because I use Notion. Okay, I will say Notion. Okay, Notion here. Okay, so this kind of a tools definitely. So based on my questions, it will be picking up any of the AI tools. It is picked up Gemini, okay? Sometimes it picks up Claude, sometimes it picks up, you know, ChatGPT or OpenAI and Perplexity, DeepL, so many other tools. So I don't need to think about which would— so based on the questions, it understands which is the best, and based on that, uh, it will be picking up those idea, okay? So that is how it will be picking up, and you will be seeing that It has created the almost the major work it has done. Okay, you will be seeing that comparative configurations. This is really, really important, right? So maybe you can also validate someone who is actually working in Workday, which whether it is valid or not, right? And you can see that in the Workday everything is business process. Okay, you will be seeing those things. Okay, so you can see that in the development tool, so they're saying is there a development tool. Okay, and in SuccessFactors we are using business rules and And in Workday, they call it business process validation or conditional rules. And Oracle HCM Fusion, they are calling it as autocomplete rules or fast formulas. Okay, I have not worked in those areas, but actually this kind of comparative studies also you can see the scenario is same whether the client is using SuccessFactors or Workday or Oracle, doesn't matter, right? So you can see that this is how it has given me the primary things. Okay, so what I will do now in this context, okay, because this is the first time I am— I have been leveraging AI to do such things, such research. Okay, by the way, it did not come the same way which is coming here because I have fed my all of my AI engines with the logics, with the latest updates of SAP, is all integrated. Okay, that is why I am getting the quality output. Okay, you may or may not get the similar kind of a quality outcome of it, but there is nothing wrong in trying this. Okay, so the AI prompt has been given, also curated for you. You don't have to think what question I will be asking, because in the AI era, asking question is more important than getting the answers. Answers are everywhere, but are you asking the right question, right question, the right context, okay, for the right industry or sectors, right? That is very, very important for for us, for everyone, right? So this is the way, uh, you have to— I'm teaching nothing new today. So these are— I'm just guiding you, learn how to learn, okay? In the AI era, okay? Even I am also learning from different, different platform, different, different streams, and just trying— whatever I'm learning, I'm trying to implement. At the same time, I'm also teaching to you and coaching for you, right? So that has been that, which I love to do, okay? So this is what exactly you can ask further and further questions. So let's say, okay, and I will say that, um, if you're student learning this platforms, think of SuccessFactors most visual template-driven approach, Workday is a highly structured process flow approach driven by calculated fields and all, and Oracle is the most flexible but highly technical approach, okay. So sometimes it requires some kind of a, uh, script-like syntax and fast formula. They call it fast formulas. I'm not aware of it, but, uh, being a SuccessFactors consultant. But you can always— if you're an Oracle consultant, okay, if you are a Workday consultant, you can think about it. You can tell me, you can post in the comment if you're watching in the YouTube or any other platform, right? You can share your thought process, okay? But this kind of comparative study is really, really important, okay? And this is what exactly in the webinar, in this webinar I can talk about. But when it comes to your actual implementations and all, you have to pick up any one platform, right? So depending upon your— but you have to be flexible also at the same time, okay, so that you maintain your position in the market. That is also very important for you, right? So any technology change, you can apply multiple jobs, okay? So definitely, so especially nowadays. So now what I will do, this is the kind of an input we usually take in the boot camps, okay? So if you have not enjoyed, if you have not seen any of the such a thing, I recommend to join our membership and you take an advantage of joining, doing this AI coding codecs in the depth. Okay, this is just one prompt. Okay, and we have 1000+ prompts in every modules. Okay, for everything we do have this kind of a series of prompts. And by the way, certain prompts also are given based on the module also. Okay, this is a lot of effort has gone for the last 6 to 8 months. Okay, by curating, because it's all about curating all those things what is relevant for students, what is relevant for the industry sectors. Okay, relevant for the product which SAP may or may not have delivered at this moment as we speak, which is coming up in the roadmap, or maybe 2 years, 3 years down the line. So we have thought of from different angles, okay, and we have just curated for you, okay. So don't think that, um, so everything is possible in SuccessFactors, okay. Many times I have seen industries, I have seen sectors where 30-40% of requirements not made by the directly by the standard SAP solution, which is very common. Even that Some of the industries I have seen even 60% not possible, 40% SAP supporting or any other product, not only SAP, Oracle, Workday, or any other product you talk about it, Microsoft Dynamics or any other product, Salesforce, right? Many times the client requirements sometimes it's so unique, okay, which is not in the standard industry. So they may have to do some, you know, low-code, no-code platform or they have to create something their own, very niche, right? Niche industries, right? So in such cases, there are— I know there are some products which are very much unique in nature and which is something can be done. But what we are discussing here is this is how a typical structure of a bootcamp will be looking like. And we have multiple bootcamps across the platform depending upon your modules and all. We pick it up, okay? And this is what exactly I just thought of sharing with you. Okay, so today's intention was just to understand, make you understand how exactly this, all of this thing works together. Okay, and ensure what is actually coming, where we are having in the roadmap for you. Okay, and an invite to you to join the platform now or never, right? This is a call for everyone, and if you're really interested to make a career in the AI space, you have to tackle AI not as the other one only ChatGPT is enough. How we are actually leveraging that in a day-to-day life, okay, day-to-day career, day-to-day, you know, I have seen you, showed you multiple platform, multiple, you know. And similarly, we do have also another platform we talk about here also. So I will just show you that as well. So we're using AI Fiesta. This is another platform which I'm using it, okay, uh, for another AI. So this is also where many of the case studies gone deep. Okay, this is also a combination of more than 10+ AI platforms, and they also choose— this is primarily I use for research and all, and some of my, our Diamond members, based on the request, they will be having an unlimited access to some of this. Okay, and we go very deep there. Okay, so if you wanted to go for those, I would recommend to go for Diamond. Okay, and we do have conduct Diamond showcases twice in a month, okay? And if you're interested any of this, you already are members in our platform, let's say Silver or Gold, you can also always upgrade, okay? So here also we talk about whenever you're talking about project basis, right? So what are the challenges we are creating, okay? And those details you'll be finding here, okay? So this is a little bit in-depth, okay? You may or may not be understanding this more and more in-depth. Okay, the research, architecture, all related to HR. Okay, similarly we do the same thing for other modules as well. Some other days I will discuss, I guess, CRM, your finance, procurement, supply chain management, finance, business transformation, leadership. Almost 7 days, 7 things I was talking about, right? So I think pretty much we have covered whatever you're supposed to cover today. Okay, if you have any questions you can put in your comment, otherwise we can wrap up. And see you in the next Mondays in another topic. Okay, you can also comment in the box that what topics you want, so you can say talk about it. Okay, but having said that, I will be again doing a crash course on what exactly the webinars we conduct. These are all free webinars every day we are conducting. We're trying our best so that we can deliver values even if you are not a part of our premium communities. Okay. So still you get some values and you upskill yourself. Do not limit yourself to a particular module, particular product, particular— somebody is saying particular managers. I love— I like that. Okay, particular company. Okay, so that is something is okay. Okay, so good, good. Thanks, thanks for those comments. Thanks for those, you know. So, so what I was talking about is we do have a webinar, so We call it a prime time. Every day we conduct, and subject to change based on some of my other engagements, but ideal time will be 8 PM IST. If not, you'll be getting an update in the platform itself when the webinar will be happening. As I said, Mondays we focus on Workforce Monday, that's HR topics, okay, HR and workforce transformation. Tuesday is all about Revenue Tuesday, it's all about customer experience. Experience and revenue transmission lead to opportunity. That is the business journey, the value stream. Wednesday we talk about finance, intelligent finance transformation, your all of the finance modules and all. And we do have a procurement on Thursday and supply chain on Friday. Overall business transformation, we talk about primary focuses on enterprise architecture, your business architecture focusing on SAP point of view, SAP LeanIX SAP Signavio, SAP Cloud ALM, then we do have Tricentis, then SAP WalkMe for digital adoption platform. So those are the key areas we have already planned off for almost for the next, you know, 6 months to 1 year. Already the plan is there, but exactly the topic we'll be discussing, these are all generic topics. It's not possible to do all of these things in a hands-on way in a webinar format, okay? And that's why I welcome you to our premium sessions, so which is exactly happening some other days, you know, weekends and all. So we'll be getting access to those once you have the memberships, okay? Similarly, Soul Sunday is all about the leadership and inner transformation, and some of many of the sessions are either live on YouTube or Facebook, okay? So most of the— this topics like Monday to Saturday, these topics would be primarily done on YouTube. But Sunday topics will be making it for again mostly the Facebook or YouTube, okay? So depending upon that, we will be publishing it, and these are all free of cost, okay? No charge. But only thing is to give your time, your commitment, your energy to learn, your curiosity to learn. That's the only one thing I will end off with, okay? So with that note, signing off here, Niladri Bihari Nayak, and looking forward for a better architecture better experiences for a better world. Thank you very much. Take care. God bless. All the best.
