So welcome to our— welcome, welcome, welcome, welcome to our SuccessLabs Academy. So recently we have launched, uh, SAP Indian Payroll specific Consulting Runbook. This is not a recorded videos, this is just, uh, actually a consulting notes. So you have to prepare for it. There is a runbook, okay? And if you go inside the runbook, you will be finding a step-by-step approach for doing the specific configurations. You can see that, and specifically it is a self-paced mode, okay? And you can go through all, each and every steps. There are 6 sections you can see: Indian payroll, master data, pay and allowances, statutory deductions and benefits, income tax and Section 80, retirement termination reporting, payroll area and schemas, post payroll, FI posting, and advance scenario. Okay, so how to use this runbook? So actually, we have divided it into the entire Indian payroll, uh, into 6 sections, and each sections will be divided into 6 topics. You can see that Section 1 has 6 topics, uh, basically salary, DA, HRA, car and conveyance reimbursements, deduction minimum, NetPay. Section 2 has also again 6 topics: PF, PF Carry Forward, ESI, T-Tax, LWF, Wonderseller Deductions. Section 3 also has 6 sections. Section 4, each have 6 sections. These are called the topics. And again, for the— here you will be seeing here, each topic will be again divided into 6 activities, okay? Because I want everything to be activity-oriented. And after that, what you will be seeing is each activity will be having again 6 tasks for that particular activity, aligned with that activity. Okay, you may have to go to a system and you perform this activity. Okay, so this is as simple as that. I will not be creating any videos for this. Rather, you people have to go through the system and you have to follow the steps whatever have been given in the task, and you will be submitting those. Okay. Maybe you can create a video and maybe, okay, so that is what exactly the expectation is. Once it is done, you'll be getting an option shortly here to submit those, okay, as an assignment. So I will be giving you like Activity 1.1.1, Activity 1.1.2, submit your Activity 1.1.4, like that, right? So that is how it is expected. This is not a teaching book. This is just— you have already, uh, who have already practiced, who have already have done, right? So you need to submit around 666. So almost for everything we have, uh, you know, activities-oriented things. So if you talk about Section Topic 1, in Topic 1 we have 6 activities, right? So how many submission? So you can see that accordingly you find out how how many submissions you have to do, right? So each and every submission matters, and this is a kind of a prerequisite before you go to the other topics. Okay, so basically this is, uh, this is focused on S/4HANA Indian payroll, SAP S/4HANA Indian payroll. This is not an EC payroll. EC payroll, we will be shortly having a slight variation of this because, uh, you may not require all the data you know, because it will be coming from Employee Central. Okay, but this is not the thing which is going to happen here. So it is purely core SAP HCM Indian payroll, and this is S/4HANA specific. Okay, so you can take a note of it, and shortly I will be also sharing below the runbook, you will be having an option to submit your activity, right? Maybe I will do that for you. So how does it look like is in the backend, I need just need to added few activities. So according to that, I believe you should be able to do that. So this is the backend of it. So if I go here in the backend, I will simply creating few activities for you to submit, right? So let me give that option. So this is the— here Few things I will tell. I will bring the playbook to the top. Then this one I will say, and because in the playbook we have 6— sorry, the runbook has 6 sections. So we have 6 sections. So here what I will do— each section has a topic. So we would be having a section exactly the same name, Section 1. Okay, so Section 1 we have. Similarly, I will be having Section 2. Section 2 is all about— so your topic also, right? So you can see that I have topic also. There are 6 activities. You submit all the 6 activities. Topic is basic salary configurations, so I will not allow basic discussion. So what I will do here I will be giving you an option to submit your video, okay, or typically text input, whatever is there. You have to do all the activities for that particular track, so for that particular topic. So here I have 6 topics, right, 6 activities. Right? So all the 6 activities you have to perform in one go and record in a video, okay? Give a link to that video, okay? So that is something I'm expecting here. That is a submission. You may upload that video Oh, you mean basically I will allow give a link also, Topic 1, submit all the activities. Welcome, big man. It could be a Word doc, it could be Notion page with screenshots, Notion page, or using any, any below format. What the notion is, YouTube, no, YouTube, no. So I will say create a video. Panel link, upload. Let's see whatever is working for you, any one of this. Right, so this is— I think this is good. So your video should not be too long, 50 MB is good enough, and you can go for it like this. So in one video you'll be having all the 6 activities, right? So this is your first topic. Okay, so let me see how does it look like for a student. So I refresh. Now I can see the master data. Section 1. And, uh, so now I see that, uh, submit all the activities here. So here you can directly give a link and, or you can upload, you know, basically you can give a link here. And you can submit your— upload your assignments. That could be videos, that could be Word doc or whatever format, right? And just to submit it, right? Submit for all activities for Topic 1. So we have 6 activities. So all the 6 activities, you can have one Word doc, one option for each. Or a video. It could be any one of this, right? And submit. This is actually for any queries. You can always post it here, right? Finding difficulties, any issues while performing that activity, you can definitely put your title, an error, or you can submit it saying that I got this error. So this is how the submission will be, and for each and every activities right? So I hope it is very clear and you should be able to perform these activities. So in this, the same thing will be repeating for all the topics here in the runbook, okay? So once we come— you complete, you will be getting a certificate, okay? So that is yet to be activated, but we will shortly activating that, okay? But this is the process and we will be repeating this process for any other country payroll as well. Right, so this is a self-paced, no videos at this moment. So once it is done, maybe I will doing a performance evaluations, and this is also a criteria for getting, you know, a badge or a certificate for your particular this training. Okay, so there are training programs separately, but this is a self-paced thing. Anyone can join, even if you're not a part of the communities, you can share with them, they can submit all the thing activities and all. All the tasks done, then definitely you will be in a position to get a certificate from our side. I think that's it.
