Source to Pay Operating model Webinar | Architecting the Future of Procurement

Dr. Niladri Bihari Nayak maps out the Source-to-Pay operating model for procurement teams, breaking it into four pillars: planning, governing, executing, and measuring. The webinar covers seven S2P stages from demand intake through invoice payment, explains match-rule logic and RACI matrices, and shows how SAP tools like Ariba and Concur fit into the workflow.
Questions this video answers
A 2‑way match checks whether the invoice matches the purchase order – i.e., the price and quantity on the invoice agree with what was ordered.
A 3‑way match adds the receipt (or delivery) document to the check, ensuring that the invoice, purchase order, and goods receipt all align on quantity, price, and terms before payment.

So hello everyone, thanks for joining in. Welcome to our Procurement Thursday. So today, as we know that every Thursday we talk about the procurement topics. So then let me share my screen and we will continue from there. Okay, so let me share my screen. So every Thursday, so it is a Procurement Thursday, we call it, and this is a primetime webinar and we talk about procurement and supply chain transformation primarily. And we do have sessions on Friday on supply chain. Okay, so stay tuned for these 2 sessions, especially those who are into procurement and supply chain. You can choose for Thursday and Friday sessions. Okay, so coming to the Procurement Thursday, source to pay. Today we are going to talk about something very fundamental, not too technical, but to understand the topic. And we will go to our procurement transformation capability matrix. And inside that, we have to— we are going to deep dive into source to pay operating model. What does it mean and how does it work? We will talk about today. So in this session's primary focus will be us process walkthrough. What is the typical source-to-pay operating model? We'll be building a mind map around it because the topics are getting complex to understand it. And also we will be trying to understand in more from a beginner point of view. It is for a beginner. People who already have a— having an understanding of the source-to-pay, it is very easy for them, right? So now we will try to understand entire operating model, what it is and what are the different stages. of a procurement process. And then we will talk about basically what actually makes S2P actually work. Okay? That is something we'll talk about. Then we will be also talking about what are the KPIs, common KPIs used in S2P. Okay? These are a few quick, quick things we were talking about then. Yeah. So that's the thing today we're going to discuss. Now with that note, let me go back to the mind map. So I will be opening up the mind map for now. And we're capturing these things in our mind map to make you understand much better way. So this is our mind map. And if you remembered in the previous sessions already, we have covered something called procurement related topic. So let me go to that mind map first. End-to-end procurement value stream we talked about, right? So as an extension to that, today's topic will be focused on that. Okay. So we talked about the value stream and how, what are the different, you know, a process mapping for value stream, for end-to-end procurement value stream. Then we talk about other, other things. Then solution scouting, we already talked about, focus on the energy sector. And within that oil and gas sector point of view, these are different topics we have discussed: operational procurement tool, travel and expense management. We have done a solution scouting for one of the sector. Okay. So in this stream, so we will be Taking one step ahead, we will be talking about today the S2P operating model, source-to-pay operating model. Okay, so I'll just put here, here, pay operating model, and inside that we will be capturing here one thing. This is what exactly the And touching, I would like to first of all end-to-end flow. I would like to highlight here. Then then we will be coming to actual operating model. First of all, we'll try to understand the stages. That means an end-to-end flow of the operating for the source-to-pay operating model, and we will be using AOA AI for it. So let me go here. I will be giving my prompt here. So I'm TaskScript, and these are the different things we have exclusively for operating model. Let me see what it is bringing in. Okay, so it is actually having, okay, like this. S2P stages, demand and intake, sourcing, contracting, supplier management, master data. Yes, one part is this, one part is this. Okay, so I will first of all try to capture both the things. Yes, now my mind map is— the first part is ready. Then the second part, which we'll be talking about exclusively for operating model. What exactly works, a practical operating model point of view. So we will see that, then we will talk about the common KPIs. So if I go here, the next part is in this stage. So, so as to be operating model, then another thing we will talk about here is practical, exclusively operating model point of view, the practical aspect of it. The practical operating model will be looking like this. So if I go here, let me go there. Practical operating model. And here, let me put it here like this. So put it here in the AI. So I will put it here as these are different part of the operating model. S2P, source to pay. Let me put it here like this. Okay, so we can see there are multiple parts of it. So everything I will be capturing, the SI metrics, the control and policies, then data and standards, technology architecture, really important. And then we will be going to SAP or any other ERP you are utilizing. That comes secondary. But at least we'll try to understand the different, you know, parts of this operating model. Okay, so this is what we have got it. And then we would be going to the KPI part of it. This is the KPI, a small segment. What are the common KPIs are used in S2P? So that will be another segment here. So put it here only. Let me put it here, the KPI sections. That's it. Now These are the KPIs utilized. Just keep it here. Now I think it got food for thought today. So you can see multiple things are here, but let me minimize this to make it more simple and design in a proper way so that we understand the topics easily. Okay, so first of all, first thing first, this entire operating model involves a lot of processes. So it's starting from planning, governing, executing, and measuring. Okay, these are the 4 things they do. How goods and services are purchased, whether you are doing this or buying a good or goods or services, right? Okay, so entire operating model involves 4 things here we are looking at. Okay, so starting from planning, governing, executing, and measuring— four things. Okay, so what are the four things? Let's say planning, planning. So why did you take your life? Then we have governing. We have executing. Then we have measuring. Okay, so these are 4 things we do, and it also includes actions identifying demand fulfillment involving people, process, data, and technology. Those are the 4 things also we are having here. People, process, data, technologies. Okay, these are the 4 things we do. Uh, this is an action we take it from procurement point of view. You will try to understand all of those things. So this is operating model. Involves 4 things: planning, okay, of entire thing. Then we go for governing. Then we go for executing the entire thing. Then measuring the thing, right? So this is what we have in this particular stage. Now coming to the actions point of view, it includes actions from identifying a demand to payment, okay? So whenever there's a demand, right, whether it is a product or process, your service, it doesn't matter. If there's any demand arises, it will involve 4 different things as I talked about, right? It will require— because people will be demanding, right? So in any organizations, then they are demanding for a particular process, and that process involves some data, and that is enabled by a technology. So you can see the 4, the 4 things are connected here. Okay, so that is why this part is also very important here. We are saying that whenever you are taking any actions from a procurement point of view, these are the 4 things we will always require people to— by the way, any, any domain, any business domain, whether it's HR, finance, supply chain, or whatever you go here, this is pretty much common there everywhere. Okay, not only limited to procurement or supply chain like that, right? This is a pretty much common principles everywhere. Okay. So now what will happen, the next part is, is a part of the operating model. We will be also having addressing the ownership of the steps because the entire operating model will be also involving some steps, workflow. There will be some systems, there will be some performance metrics. Okay. All these things will be part of this thing as well. Okay. So it will addressing the ownership of the step, who will be owning what steps. Okay. As a part of the workflows and everything. Okay, then whatever systems used, okay, and the performance metrics. So that is what exactly we are having here. Okay, we will require all of these things. Okay, now this is what we are having here at this moment, and these are the different things People, process, data, technology, you are having it here. Okay, so now, uh, after understanding this, so what we will have is the next part. Okay, so this is— we understood that operating model involves these 4 things. Okay, so, and measuring how goods and services are purchased and all these things. Okay, now this is the definition part of it, and we already understood now. Okay, so now we will be going to the next part of it, which is basically talking about there are different stages of the source-to-pay operating model. Okay, and what are those stages? We would like to understand from here. Okay, so the stages include demand and intake. That means there's a pre-sourcing will happen here. Okay, that is the demand and intake pre-sourcing here. Then in the pre-sourcing, what will happen? So it will be— you'll be ensuring your correct purchasing through request intake, and also you're checking your budget, and also you're identifying the buying channels. What are the different buying channels you're identifying there? Okay. And what is the output in the demand and intake page? Will be approved request. Suppose you have raised a request and you have got an approved request, and also it will trigger a sourcing strategy for you, right? So that is the process here from a Pre-sourcing point of the first stage. Okay, now after that is done, then we will be going for the sourcing stage. The sourcing stage, what to do? The sourcing stage, you will be having it again, you'll be having a strategic sourcing. Okay, you do not do randomly, right? We have a strategic vendor, we do follow a process. You select supplier for value through a market, market research, market analysis. You do negotiate, then you do a typically cost, you evaluation, you do that for that matter, right? That is a standard process we follow. Then finally you award the decision, negotiated terms, supplier, everything based on that, okay? So this is a typical process we follow in a typical, you know, S2P process, source-to-pay process. We already understand that, okay? These are the 2 stages we talked about. Now next stage is your contracting CLM, okay? Contract lifecycle management, okay? So you now, we have already the source already ready for you. Okay. Now you'll be having some terms and conditions. You write contract for that. You draft your contract. Then you take an approval. And if any renewal clauses are there, you do a renewal also for that. Right. Then the outcome is contract execution in the pricing terms you are conducting. Okay. So this is a very fundamental thing in any of the source-to-pay process. Right. So you do the translation. You do outcome to enforceable terms. So that it will be, you know, go through a contract drafting process and it will take approval and finally payment will happen. This is the third process, third stages I will say, not process. The fourth stage will be supplier enablement and master data. So this is where exactly the technical people or functional people, they will be storing all the data generally as part of the implementations. And they will utilize the same data. They also will be having the, the entire, this particular supplier enablement and master data will be helping you prepare suppliers for transactions with onboarding. There will be a, just like an employee have an onboarding, customer has an onboarding. Similarly, here also we have an onboarding process, but for whom the supplier onboarding process will start. Okay, so the supplier for the, especially for a new supplier, right? Okay, so they will be having a transition. They will be doing the entire onboarding process. They will be again, just like if you remember, like, you know, in the HR track also I talk about, in CRM track also I talk about, the onboarding process is very— this is an experience across the business domain. Okay, in a typical HR process, employee is onboarded. Typically CRM process, the customer is onboarded. So here in procurement process, the supplier is onboarded. Okay, and that's just like the customer will be having a KYC, the employee will be having your Typically the background verification. So here also the supplier will be having compliance checks and everything. Okay, all the verification will be starting here. So all the verification, data verification, everything is happening here in this process. Okay, and what is the outcome of it? The outcome is then you will be having an active supplier record and the compliant data. That is the outcome of this particular stage. Okay, so this is the 4th thing which I thought of sharing with you, the 4th stage. Of your source-to-pay process. Now next is the requisition-to-order thing. Okay, so now what will happen, you will start controlling the purchase conversion from a demand via requisition creation. Already we discussed about it. Okay, so your entire procure-to-order also we call it. So where the output is your approved purchase requisition and you already issued the purchase order for that. Right. So that is how actually it happens. Now the part— then next thing is you will be having your fulfillment. Okay, the fulfillment or receive or accept. Okay, so that is the process we follow here. And you will be getting confirmation of getting goods or services for that matter. And also you can deliver through received, quality check you will be doing, or handling discrepancies. Okay, that I think that is also there. Now the next part is you are in the fulfillment of receive asset, accept. Your outcome is what? You will be receiving the receipt record is getting updated. All the things are there. Okay, so now this is clear, right? So now after you receive and everything, so what will happen is another process, invoice to pay. So now there will be an invoice by the customer, and basically— sorry, the supplier— they will be giving to the customer, and they will be doing a— asking for a payment, right? The client has to pay, or I have to pay basically as a client, right? So what I have to do, I have to again check performance, check analytics, check everything. It's like a mini project again. So entire things are monitored, projected, and you have to very transparency, and you can find out the details about it. So I think that's it. So if I go here further, I will say invoice to pay. So here actually you capture your accurate payment through your payment gateway and other options that I think you remember it. And then you have here performance analytics and governance. This is more from a governance. So not for you relevant that much. This is a slide. This is a node in the mind map. If you're talking about the all kind of compliance and improvement area, analytics, whatever you can do, and supplier performing. You're measuring the performance of the supplier. Okay, so itself it is a big module, and in the risk monitoring part of it also we have seen that output is a KPI. Dashboards or risk heat maps. Okay, these are the possible KPI dashboard risk heat maps having— we'll be having. So this is the standard operating model in general I talked about. Okay, and these are different stages I talked about. Now practically, how does it work? Okay, so in a practical real world, you will be having already— you will be having this thing as a boot camp in the Learning Hub, and especially from SAP point of view, if you are focusing on, right, Other than that, other products, they have their own documentations and all. Okay, but they have taken common principles. It's not product-specific, right? It's a product agnostic approach I have taken. It could be RACI. RACI is required for everyone, whatever project you are doing. If you are not having RACI, you are gone, right? So especially I recommend have a look and feel of that using your ID and roles and responsibilities. It'll be more of how you will be seeing what kind of roles available. Okay, so you can see that is a business requester or budget owner. Okay, then there will be category management and sourcing. These are typical jobs, okay, in a procurement segment. Procurement operations buying desk. This is a kind of a person who will be working with the— working with actually SAP, Signavio, those kind of a process, and they are trying to They try to draw all of this thing, by the way, themselves, but it is not so accurate. Maybe they are uploading to another process. But yeah, this is the RASI matrix. Whenever anything RASI, what is the meaning of it? R stands for responsible, A stands for accountable, okay, C stands for consulted, I stands for— so basically inform. Okay, there are 4 things we are having. And at the point of roles and responsibilities point of the business requester, they will be having the budget. They are the budget owner of it. And there will be another person or persona. We will be doing a category management, sourcing leads. There will be procurement operations would be only the buying deal. They will do that. Then we have legal risk and compliance or GRC perspective, security perspective. So now here we have multiple things. So now you would be having legal risk and compliance. So here also we are designing a process for it. But again, I have seen that here, like depending upon the number of years, you know, crimes they have done. Multiple different criteria, okay? We have, okay? So that people can, okay? So this is what exactly we are having it from a supplier manager's point of view. From these are different RACI, I will say legal risk compliance suppliers managers. A lot of things are there. But if you want to draw a typical RACI matrix, I will go to the my Notion page and from here I can definitely create a ask for a RACI matrix in detail. Okay, suppose I want a detailed Rashi matrix, I can do that here. So I will say, I'm a career coach, I want to plan for a Rashi matrix With above details, create the same for me. Okay, so in Notion tabular format. Okay, so now it came. So RASI— R stands for who does the work, that means responsible. A stands for accountable, who is owning the outcome or the final decision. C is your consultant, they will provide the input. Your So this is what exactly we are having, and this is— we have already created this out of it, and we'll try to understand there are different based on their activity stages and all who will be involved, how much. You can see very nicely it has drawn, okay, so easily. So now we can follow the exactly the same thing unless and until if you require or if you want to increase your scope of work, okay, you can go for the other model, okay. But this is what exactly The current model looks like. Okay, so this is the entire process point of view. If you talk about it, you will be finding here as well. Let me— okay, I think we are done with that. Now operating model, we have seen it, but the thing is— okay, let me check one thing again. Okay, so this KPI is already noted down, so that is fine. So now we will try to understand the detail of the Rasi matrix here. Let me see that. So what I'm going to do here is typically So this entire thing, I will go here and update the source. This is already updated here. I can see that now. That is not saved actually. So I forgot to say created asymmetrics for procurement cycle in tabular format. Covering all of the above scenarios. So now So now this is ready for us, the entire symmetric. So I will just save it. I forgot to save last time. Yeah, I'll insert below. So this is a typical RACI matrix for this particular module. Okay, so I think this is clear for everyone. So this is a RACI matrix. Now coming to the mind map. Okay, we have seen that this is what exactly RACI analysis controls and policies. Common control points are like it could be approval thresholds, PRPO contract. What is the preferred supplier channel or compliance segregation of your duty? Who will be doing what? So request who will be doing all small activities you are doing it, and you can choose your preferred supplier channel performance compliance point of view. So now we can segregate your duties also. So now what we will be doing is, so we will be also seeing something called match rules and exception handling. This is segregation of duties, okay, across this. And we also have a View match rules and okay. So now this is where we will be trying to— so somebody's asked a question, what is a way match rule? So let's see that. What is the meaning of a way match rule? Let's try to understand in an example. It's better. This is a Q&A part of it. What is match tool? Wave match rules, right? I don't understand that. What is wave match rules? Explain like I am 5. Now what are we in, yours? Let's say Match is nothing like what? Check if these things are agree. Okay, so like whatever you have mean, how many items you received, how many quantity, what the price, right? And only pay the bill if these papers are matching. Okay, so that's kind of a common match we talk it, talk about it. So 2-way match is an order, then invoice. Does the bill match what we ordered? TVA matches order, then you have a delivery receipt, then your invoice. Okay, so it will do the entire bill matching what we ordered and also what we So now what I will do, the 3-way match order also we have seen. This is from a delivery point of view, from a receipt. We have a delivery, then order, order delivery receipt invoice, right? So this is what exactly we also understand that it's matching your item quantity because you can also check, right, whenever you're receiving from a supplier, right, to check your Item quantity price. Okay, you should not pay for the wrong thing, isn't it? Also, you should not pay twice. It's those kind of checks. Okay, so that is what exactly called matching all these principles. So I think that's it for now, and hope you understood the entire operating model and what are the inside it. Data point of view also, we are having the different standards. It should be proper category, proper taxonomy. There should be proper governance, and also the entire contract. Metadata obligations tracking should happen. Technology architecture point of view, the different solutions. So this is something we'll talk about at a point of time. ERP, you need a resourcing, you need a CLM, you need a supplier onboarding portal, you need tracking of your spend analytics, supplier performance risk tools, all the things you require from a technology standpoint, right? So this is what exactly we require from a technology standpoint. Data standard point of view, already talked about all those factors. Now coming to the next part is the KPIs. So the typical KPIs we include. It will be like spend visibility, compliance rate, cycle time, sales pipelines. Then we have invoice automation rate, touchless invoices, supply performance, exception rate. These are typical KPIs we do usually measure. So now coming to the other part of it. So in this segment, what we have discussed is the source-to-pay operating model. Maybe I would like to draw a diagram out of it. So let's say I have— because when I saw model, there should be some diagram, something looking like that, right? So I will just check it out. This is the procurement thing. I will be putting random relevant diagrams here. So this makes sense. Now what I will do, I will be doing the past activities. Now let's go to the— I will put this here, copy link. I will go to ChatGPT or any AI tool. You can go here. Based on this, create a source-to-pay operating model for our energy sector. Yes, as soon as I say energy, it will be going to the project, my GICS Energy, and the project name is— the company name is Omni Energy. So it is taking some time. Meanwhile, we will be looking at help.sap.com for interviews, other different products available. We'll be doing market research also. So from a procurement point of view, if you talk about— so let's say I will be going here instead. Help.sap.com and also your Learning Hub. If I go there, you'll be finding a lot of data, a lot of learning from there. So just to log in there, and what you need to do is first, once you're ready, you can simply Here. So I will be browsing the procurement topics. So procurements will be here. It's called spend management here. And inside this, the modules available. You can see that SAP Ariba, SAP Concur, SAP Fieldglass, SAP Business Network. SAP Integration Suite. And get onboarded. So this is any specific module you are getting onboarded, right? And that is something I will say. These are onboarding resources for you. Get onboarded with Intelligent Spend Management, source to pay, right? So it's a spend management entire thing. Right. And you can go for, if you're the— for the first time, you can join the communities here. Okay, so joining communities, you can utilize your personal ID instead of company ID. So I will something I am utilizing here. I will think what are the spaces available in the learning exclusively from SAP point of view. Okay, and so that you can take an advantage of it. So I will be logging in here, and from here I will talk about Page where exclusively for customer onboarding at SAP happens. So especially you are a customer, then what are the content you'll be looking at? Resource Center and the Onboarding Resource Center. Bookmark these things. Okay. And you can dive into the SAP Cloud onboarding courses. There are a few. Okay. Are there very basic things you are having here? Then get started with SAPs. Okay. Then we have a Discover Your Onboarding Journey, Access Your System, Set Your Objectives, Plan Your Implementations. Then again here, Launch Your Project, Understand Project Methodology, Best Practices. This is a kind of— if you're a beginner for SAP, this is pretty much helpful for you. Okay, so we can start here directly. So very detailed resources are here. You can easily go through those onboarding resources, pretty much easy. You can see that Onboarding Resource Center. And you can access your own entire onboarding webcast and everything. And these are the different journey for different model. You can see that the spend management is here. Okay? So if I go here, then the spend management, I can directly get the details about the spend management onboarding webcast. So here, automatic spending falls and actively managing more spending for better control, greater value, and more savings. These are the different, you know, we love to access the onboarding resource center for your solutions. You can access the onboarding Webcast. The webcasts are available here, and from there you can go to your spend management specifically. So I talked about the business network, right, for procurement. You can go from here. There is SAP Ariba category management. There is SAP Ariba invoicing. This is Ariba SAP Fieldglass and SAP Spend Control Tower. There are 5 things we can explore here. Okay. So now if I go here, SAP Ariba as a business network for document and supply, business network supply chain. So this is pretty much, you'll be finding the details about it here. So these are the what to expect, these are the things we are having. And these are the couple of live webcast schedule is there. You get started with SAP Planner implementations, okay. You can register for those, okay, if required. And if you want to check the recording from the past, you can always— so how to get started with SAP, how do you plan your implementation, how do you get enabled, okay, these are pretty much relevant. So you can go to the recordings or you can watch that directly. You will be finding the details here. You can see that and you'll be finding all the details. This is the Go Consensus It's a free platform they're using it for this, but you can, you can go ahead with here. Okay, so all the details are here and the presentation also available. So good thing is you don't have to go anywhere else. Presentation deck is here if you're starting new with SAP. And also after that, the second presentation will be here in the week number. I think the second part of it, there's no week mentioned as such. The second part of it. Then we have here the third part is here. So let me talk about it. So the third part here will be customer webcast get enabled English presentation. Okay, so in this way there are 3 presentations. This is your getting started. SAP Ariba customer onboarding advisor they are, and how to log in, how to entire embedded launch activity they're talking about. So now what you will see For everything, they have a webcast. How do you really navigate through? How do you put in S user ID? What is the CQC? What is your— what are the inclusion in your services and outcome is? How do you, you know, get the best of the best? Understand what is included in your subscription. Trigger the provisioning process. Entire thing is actually has been documented. This is typically MLA activity, embedded launch activities. Okay. Second topics they talk about is How do you navigate with SAP for me? Then identify the value of the solutions, getting additional support. How do you get that preview? Okay, all your accelerators and all. Then outcome is how to navigate SAP for me, understand the value of Cloud ALM, understand the customer projects also. So I think these are the details we are having here, and session 3 is all about webcast. It's all about what are the different solution learning options prepared, what is included in the preferred success, and how can you benefit from SAP Business AI. Okay, understand the case studies of AI, familiarize yourself with solution learning process. These are key things. Learning journey— there's an onboarding journey, there's an adoption touchpoint. These are also very important for all of these things, right? So there is a learning journey. So we have a customer onboarding learning journey for this which I was talking about. You can copy and open the link. Copy the link and you can open the link here directly. This is your product, Intelligent Spend Management. Okay, so you have to start with here and you can go anywhere. These are 5 things you can start here. Start onboarding here. And this is a three hours course. You can start and complete this, which also will be getting leads to achievement. So just to take three hours to go through the small thing here, and you can go through that onboarding experience, right? Which is easy. So cloud onboarding. Right, so this is a digital onboarding history, the foundational orchestration onboarding, which is the scale, the company onboarding. Yeah, I think this will be good one. So this is good enough, you can start with here. Then it will talk about how do you set up your SUSE ID if you're a beginner and all. Okay, and you can check with your super admin, your client, if you're working. Okay, otherwise you can create your PIDs and all. And based on that, system will be allocating. So there are a few things here I can see. And how do you access your different database? For me, all the things are here. So I think this is pretty much straightforward. How do you get support from SAP? So these are the different modules they say, or topics I will say. You can choose the right path navigating the SAP support portal, how to navigate. They have detailed explained here, me.sap.com portal actually. Okay, so these are all AI-enabled ones. I think this is good. These are good enough materials to consume to start with. So getting SAP support also is onboarding part of the process. You can see there are so many things are here. The case creation, how do you create a case? Okay, so, so I think this is pretty much good. To start with. Now after that, we have a detailed part of it, how we can utilize SAP Trust Center more for security, compliance, privacy, data privacy. From that point of view, we have covered here. So I think this is good. SAP partners. So I think this is good. This is an SAP partner point of view if you're looking for a partner for implementation. Otherwise, you can skip it. Accessing your systems. So there are, again, you follow the relevant link for accessing provisioning instructions. For each and every module, you are having separate thing. If you're talking about Ariba Business Network, you're going to the particular guidelines here. They have given a particular guideline how do you do those activities. Similarly for SAP Ariba Category Management, we have separate thing. Invoice Management, we are having separate thing. Spend Control, we are having separate thing. Fieldglass, we are having separate thing. So I think this is good. Now I see SAP Ariba category management already we have. Okay, so for each and everything we are having guidelines here. Okay, so this is the guidelines for SAP Ariba. Business Network for Procurement, maybe BN Core Supply Chain, provisioning guidelines. So how do you actually do the activities? Okay, this is one thing. This is SAP Ariba. Similarly, we have something called SAP Ariba Category Management. So for this also, it will be a part of your Ariba Suite based on the unique offerings here. And then these are the 6 steps you need to follow. Okay, this is something you have to do, complete. So now if we go for user creation, the technical admin guide will be helping you to do that. But at least you try to understand this much from now. Then SAP Ariba invoicing. So I think this is good. SAP Ariba, all these things. Then we have spend control tower. Okay, this is also another module and controls the entire end-to-end process. Then how do you give a tenant provisioning access to the Okay, so I think these are the things you have to do. These are probably 5 things you have to do exclusively for this particular module. 5. So hopefully you'll be doing all of these things. 5 things. Okay, now once it is done, you can access your system and everything. There is a quiz, short quiz for that. All SAP solutions follow the exact same steps for provisioning your new system. We did to provide demo, correct? It's through the poster. Now we have these are questions you can basically go through. And number of times you can check. Okay, I passed it. I scored 8 out of 10, but let's see which one I will miss. Okay, this is a customer onboarding webcast. You'll have a welcome email, onboarding resource center, and this would be a false actually. 3 measures, so it's more than that. So let me do that, retry. So I think this is done. And we'll submit it. Okay, so in this way you can also go through the— your plan for preparation, plan for change, whatever you require. Okay, so change again is a lot of things. You can see that change effectiveness, strategy change, leadership change, communication change, realization change, enablement. 6 things are here. Okay, and this is the organization change management. A lot of things are here. You can go through this as well. Then how do you plan? This is always in the boot camps we conduct. If you're part of this still, so I would recommend to join our boot camp. The straightforward, you can join and we can, you know, go through the entire process. For that, you simply have to go to successlabsacademy.com, and I will be sharing the link also in the video. And inside that, we do have a very simple MBA SIPs, and you can go here. We have to with server membership and you have to give it. Nowadays we are also having AI model. You can go here and you just enroll for the program so that we will be going through the entire journey with me. We'll be having a lot of boot camps based on this. Whatever we are having it, you just to go through this process. It is architecture-oriented thing, so it is not a typical configurations whatever you have been running, rather more of an As an architect, right? That is what exactly I'll be expecting for you just to go through this, and pretty much easy. And we will be going through the entire process, including everything, whatever you're talking about here. Okay. So I think this is a good way to start with. I recommend start soon. And
