Hello everyone. So today I'm going to showcase how we can access the ask me anything part of the questions you are asking in our platform. So I'll give an example of SAP success factor onboarding module. We have multiple tracks and the track number 17 is dedicated for ask me anything. So all the questions generally I answer here and recently we got a question so from one of our students and related to direct deposit query. So this is how the questions will be looking like and we will be mentioning here basically who has the questions who has requested and because the channel wise questions come from different areas, sometimes questions come from through the platform directly, sometimes it comes to WhatsApp, sometimes it comes to email, sometimes it could be YouTube comments. Right? So for the reason I also mentioned the channel so channel how quick channel the question came and the question is like this, okay. And before I answer any questions I convert into a proper business analysis of the question. So what I have done. So basically the detailed questions I've analyzed and I convert into user stories and as a going forward I'm forwarding this question back to the student to confirm whether the question whatever they have asked whether it is the ask is very clear is it the right way? And as a hint I have also given a I converted to agile user stories format. We have a user story and also there's a strategy has given. Okay, there's a. There is a strategy for it. And I ask students to basically to go through strategy if it is fulfilling their requirements. So they have to go through a couple of configuration steps maybe and after that they can see out the comments here so we can see that write something is there and they basically. So I logged in as an admin for the reason I'm getting like a screen like this but once they go through this question so they can always interact with me directly in the platform. Right. So this is how the cool feature at present and we are having in our success labs academy for any of the questions people ask it. We document everything, anything and everything in our platform. Right. So that nothing is missed out and everything is taken care of. Right. So this is the going forward we'll be following. We generally follow the same process but we will be making more systematic and all these things. Right. So that's it for now.
