What I Learned from Speaking at Open Group INITIATE Conclave 2025

I'm always passionate about mentorship since my intro days itself.

I used to enter in application architecture not EA.

Right.

So in 2018 I have been associated.

With Open group I have been active member in AEA association of Enterprise Architecture Delhi Chapter and.

But last year I couldn't participate in this mentorship opportunity but this time I gave a case study for travel to the student which you have seen today and one of you have won that case study. Yes. So during this mentorship I came across a lot of things I learned from there rather so the kind of thinking they are doing these days I can go back to my college days.

I am nowhere.

So it's not a not an easy job. So because apart from their technical courses taking so many exams these days projects it's not so easy the kind of system thinking these people are having especially RV Bowlers as well as Villaranka College, the two teams which I actually have.

Worked together and also the kind of.

Proactiveness, the kind of accountability these people are having. So this is really I start from.

There rather and whatever the changes I.

Have asked to them within more time.

So within more time that next day.

They are ready with the next accuracy. I hope in corporate house we have.

That kind of education. And coming to the area of improvement.

I will say not from an interesting point of view but as I watch I will say the next time onwards maybe more make it more faster and this process a little bit I think.
