Hello everyone, thank you for joining in. So let's then get started. We have to have the discuss— let me discuss this topic today. So welcome, welcome, welcome, welcome back to our weekly Sunday sessions. So in this session, so today we will be talking about inner transformation. So usually our Sunday sessions are highly focused on inner transformation. So before we start, I have a question for all of you. So just note it down that who are you beyond your job title, right? So that is the topic for today. So we will be discussing that part today. So let's then get started with that. Okay, so let's say due to XYZ reason— it's a very thought-provoking question for everyone. So let's say you start with a question that may, might, it may disturb you today. Okay, so I'm just checking in. So just you think about it. Okay, let's say your job title is disappearing tomorrow, who you should be, right? That What is the question? Just think 1 minute and go in and just think about it. And whatever is coming to your mind for the first, just make a note of it. Have a pen and paper and just a notebook, go to there and just write it down. Right. Hope you have done that. If yes, just say yes in the chat, or if you're watching the YouTube, just say yes. Many times what happens, because what happens is you don't realize, many times we build an identity, something which is temporary in the nature, right? It could be a role, it could be a designation, it could be a company, or it could be a status, anything like that, right? So that is something we are going to decode today. And if your role is changing, so let's say today you are a manager, today you are a consultant, senior consultant, I'm just talking about the Big 4, okay? So I come from that background. So if that role is changing, if that role— if you decide, let's say promotion happening nowadays, a lot of layoffs also happening. It shouldn't happen, but yeah, it's happening these days. People are retiring, people are burning out. It could be anything, anything. You just should think about it, okay? Anything or something that is inside is shaking us, right? So what should be that? It is not because somebody is losing a job. It is not because You lost a mirror we are using to recognize ourselves. There's a mirror, okay? Think about it. Think, go inwards and just think about it. Are you that particular job title? Are you that particular job? Are you that particular role which you are playing in your organizations for the last couple of years? Think about it. Now, a title, whatever you're having, that's a in your system. So in your company system, let's say maybe title only, right? It's, uh, but you are not that particular title. So your title is different, you are different, right? Is it not? If you're changing job, you might be doing the same thing, but your designation may be different in the organization. Okay, so that is something we will be going talk about. So let me share my screen. With that note, let's then get started. Myself, Dr. Niladri Bihari Nayak, I'm your presenter here and coach here for today. And today I'll be talking about basically the presentation in this identity. Who are you beyond your title, right? So who am I beyond my job title? This is our topic for today. And so in this sessions we will focusing on like what are different other areas if your job title is changing, right? I'm promising that it's an identity, meaning, and also self-worth in a changing world. We're talking about that. And also at the end of the session, you'll be able to create your identity map, okay, in 15 minutes. So I'll be giving you detail how do you do that. We'll talk about that. So when your job title changes, I was talking about, right, it could be due to the promotion. It's a good feeling, right? You got promoted, you got new title, people will be saying you congratulations XYZ, and then your LinkedIn will be flooded away with a lot of congratulations, congratulations, a lot of things. Right? But at the same time, you'll be having a new commitment, new pressure, whatever maybe, right? In the positive note. Then the negative side of it, layoff, which I have already seen twice in my entire career, and it is okay now, normal now, right? So the title gone overnight. You might be a senior consultant, consultant, especially the mid-career, okay? That is where exactly these things happens, or a senior level also, okay? Because with this all also the operational roles nowadays Due to AI, a lot of roles are actually getting revamped. I will say rewired. I will use the term rewired. So we have to also rewire our career, we are rewiring our thinking process according to that, isn't it? So that I will talk about. So the title has gone overnight due to layoff. It could be due to burnout. You have been working so much, okay, so intact with your roles, whatever, but you Forget yourself. Okay, that happens also. You will be— if any of these things is related to you, if you are really watching this video at any point of time, okay, in the YouTube or in my platform, let me know what is your status now. Whether you got a new job or a layoff or burnout, it could be any one of these things, right? So it could be anything, or if you have already started your venture, it's a different thing, but still the burnout is a common thing nowadays. So now, if your identity is your title, then stability depends entirely on your external validation. When I say external validation, it could be your friends, peer group, social media, LinkedIn, like your LinkedIn, Insta, everything, right? So are you your title? So just think about once again, so whatever title you are carrying, are you your title? Or you are something beyond that? Just to think about it. Okay. So do you need an external validation or you need your inner identity? So today's session, as I always say, in Sunday sessions we keep it light, we keep it more purpose-driven, we try to identify ourselves. So with that note, now let's move on. So let's decode our title a little bit. Title is Goal. Not yourself, right? So role, what is the role? If you have seen any of your designations, so it could be, so if I go for a LinkedIn, right, if you go to any of the jobs, right, this is the kind of a role they will be offering, their roles and responsibility in the job description, you will be finding that, isn't it? That's the function in the system itself, okay? Whenever if you are coming from SAP SuccessFactors or similar kind of a background, right, in a recruiting system they also talk about the roles and responsibility, what are the things you are supposed to do in that particular role. And it is assigned for you. Once your project is over, again you may be assigned to a different role. That's an external, these are all external, isn't it? So now moving on to identity. Identity talks about 4 things here. What values you are standing for, when I say values, your value system, and what character you are under pressure, that really shows you the identity, and also the relationship you nurture. Okay, internal, external, all those, right? And also, are you still living the life of paycheck to paycheck, or you have a purpose beyond the paycheck? I'm not talking about here basically whether you are employees or entrepreneur, doesn't matter. But do you have a purpose, right? So you ask yourself. So I'm not going to answer any of these things, you just evaluate yourself, right? So now based on this, we will be moving On why these questions actually today's matters, but is it not a new question? I don't know, right? AI is everywhere. We are seeing a lot of things happening in the AI space. Jobs that which are never existed now those jobs new jobs are also getting created, right? So the job shift also having very going away, going faster. Whatever you used to do earlier in a couple of months or days. It is now with an AI with just three four hours maximum done. So the jobs also moving in that direction. So identity also we have to think about in that AI era. Fragility. So fragilities, if you talk about you have seen any of these those performance reviews meetings, performance reviews calls. How many of you really liked really liked the performance reviews? I see that. Say yes, I really liked it. Okay. No, no, no. I see that so many nos, yes, okay, very few yes, I see that they don't like performance management system. It's just a measurement system. I am not saying against or for it, rather whatever actually really required the performance management, although there are continuous performance management, I know they need something for to track it. Even I do check my performance in different areas of my life, right? But still you need, but maybe somebody is asking a question like how do I measure it, right? So usually I have my own because I measure everything in my own templates and everything, right? So maybe sometimes other I will be going deep dive it, but somebody has asked for it, so maybe I will be showing you for that life operating system I call it, okay? So how your entire things works, okay? You will be seeing my bookmark also aligned with that spiritual goals, social goals, academic goals, professional and personal goals are divided into 5 buckets, okay? And that is where exactly even I do measure all those things in the buckets. So that is something you should track, because unless and until you measure it, you cannot manage it. So for that reason, measurement is really required, but that doesn't mean that your confidence will be affecting that. Definitely, whenever getting some success, you will be more confident to do those kind of activities again and again, isn't it? But that doesn't mean it should stop you anywhere. So that is something you should not stop stopped, okay, any of those activities and all. So keep on doing whatever actually is in your favor, okay. So those activities, there are different applications, by the way, in the market you will be finding to track all of this. If you are tracking it, you also— there are templates, there are frameworks, right. But why this question matters a lot of now, right? So we're just talking about that. So I'll come to that application at a point of time. So are you comparing with others, or are you comparing yourself? Okay, so if you're comparing with the competitive— in the competitive mindset, right, competition is good, positive, you have to take a positive out of it. Okay, but at the same time, it becomes your self-worth, whatever, it becomes exhausting, isn't it? So you will be having, okay, my friends, colleagues got that on-site offer, they got maybe a 5x, 6x, you know, package maybe, or You have studied the same school colleges, but your friends' friends are doing much much better. But instead of doing that, how why don't we compare ourselves? Right? So that is something I will say. So never compare yourself because you are the unique thing. You have a different journey. They have other journeys, right? So you should not compare. I my mentor always used to say that. He always even today also says that do not compare your. Your 7th or 5th page to somebody's 80th page, right? They have a different— in your life, it's like if it's like a book, there are different, different pages. So do not compare your first page with somebody's 10th page, right? So we should not compare those. Competitions are good, but we have to take it positively. And wherever is required, we have to take an inspiration from others, learn from them what are the challenges they face, talk to them, okay? But not like you will be having, uh, getting depression or, you know, out of that, right? Should not be more stressed out before that, right? That should not be your criteria, okay? So whenever comparing, and so you should not compare your previous version to the next version. Always keep on improvising in that way, okay? So that is what comparison means. Then emptiness. So you are successful but there is no inner meaning. So that means you're still feeling, you know, So that emptiness, okay, so that is something I always recommend. Check it out yourself. Are you— whatever you're doing it, okay, whether it is solutioning or career, personal hobbies, okay, are you really enjoying that flow, right? So if the answer is yes, keep on doing it, okay? And if it is making you happy and you are getting productive out of it, maybe for a small time, okay, so keep continuing those Habits, hobby, whatever you are doing it, isn't it? That is something I will say, continue to do that. Then automation. So these are living in an age of automation. So whatever skills, maybe one day that will be automated. You will be seeing that many other things are coming up in that field, okay? But meaning, okay? So you have a meaning for it, you have an identity for it, right? That is not going to change, right? So that is pretty much you have to think about it. So how do you manage it and how do you really talk about it? So that is something you have to think about it, right? So now having said that, we will be going to the next part of it, identity architecture. So whenever I'm saying identity architecture, what do you mean by that, right? So many people have many things in their life, okay? But what is the true identity? So you identify that identity of yourself, okay? What you're known for, right? That will survive for life. Okay, even if you're changing n number of jobs, okay, today in this particular sector, in a particular city, doesn't matter. We keep on changing jobs, we keep on changing cities. Even these days people are changing industries also, okay. So the earlier days people used to see that, even my parents, though in those days people used to stick to the same organization, same locations. Maybe, okay, but over a period of time that evolved, right? Nowadays people are shifting industries, shifting sectors, right? That's not a surprise, isn't it? So we have to need and identify ourselves, we need an identity architecture that will survive your entire job change. So you may be changing jobs, but that identity should not change, right? That is something we're talking about today. So now we will be understanding being an architect Enterprise Architect, Solution Architect, and all of those in mind. Please, many of you are also attending our session, attending sessions, maybe Data Architect, Solution Architect. There are 12 streams of architecture actually we talk about in our community. And so at the end of the session, I also invite to join. So we have an option for that, I will open up that. So in this Identity Architecture, when we are talking about, there are 5 layers of entire thing beyond your title, right? We start with the Layer 1, So layer 2, then we'll go for layer 3, layer 4, layer 5. So layer 1 is all about what I stand for, what is you are actually standing for. Second is then actually what I refuse to compromise. You cannot compromise. Okay, so let's say you are given a 10 times bigger offer. Many of— I know many people in our community and outside also, they got good offer but they didn't join because maybe that is not the value they are compromising. Maybe could be a very simple example. They got a good offer, among one of my friends, including me sometimes. So we got offer outside, but we cannot compromise to, you know, uh, live a life. I'm not talking about comparing countries and all, but we wanted to stay something close to family, and the family doesn't want to go to move on to outside, okay, of your countries. Okay, many people I have seen that they compromise Other things, okay? But they refuse to compromise the family bonding, that life. Maybe that is the reason they stay close to the family. That is their priority, okay? What you value most? Is it your family or only the money part of it? Okay, I know that's important, but still, what is your value? What the value you are standing for, right? So that's the first thing. Then comes the second thing, your strengths and gifts, okay? I know many of you are having a lot of good hobbies, you have habits, a lot of Strength you're having. What is your gifts and strength? Need to identify that. Are you still working on those you know strengths and gifts which is natural to you? Are you doing that? Third thing is the character. So it's also linked to any of this you know. Any nobody is working but watching to you, but still you are following your value system and you are practicing even if you're under stress. You're not going to. Compromise that thing never, right? That defines your character, okay? And that is also very, very, very important, okay? Then who I am to others— how people know you, are you helping others, okay? Those kind of relationships. It could be family, within the family, outside the family. What is your relationship with your family members and outside the family members? In the corporate, if you're working professional, what is the relationship How you're managing that, those things also matter a lot. That's the layer four of that. Then finally, the impact. What impact you are creating? What is the purpose? Okay. Nobody, if there if you're not getting any applause also, nobody is clapping for you. But still, you are continuing to do that because that is your life's mission. Right? So those five things will be thinking. Okay. In terms of identity architecture, there are five layers we talk about, which is beyond your title. These are going to stay forever. Even after you leave this world, people will be knowing— known for what, right? So those things we'll be talking about here. So this is all about your typical identity architecture. Have you identified your values? Have you identified your strengths? Have you identified your character? What your character looks like, okay? How is your relationship with your family, outside family, your friends, network outside of those zones? What is the purpose? What is the impact? Okay, so that is also we have to talk about here, right? So now with that note, we will be seeing all, each and everything. Now let's say value system, okay? What do I want to be remembered for? Okay, so let's say you are talking about service, you are talking about families, you are talking about friends, or you're talking about your freedom. There are different types of value system for everyone. So how will be you'll be evaluating? So there is a tactical things also. There is a value determination principle. Okay, there is a tool also for this available. You will be finding that called as a value identification. So there may be some other times I will be talking about that, giving you the template where you can actually evaluate your value system. Okay, but if you are in a more intense way, okay, more technical, quantitative, and qualitative way, you can identify that. Okay. And second is a strength. Why do people consistently come to me? Whether you simplify the things, okay, you call any complex topics you are coming up and you are simplifying it and you are creating that clarity because that gives the confidence, right? It could be an example. Maybe you have had so many teachers in your career, in your past, right? But you always reach out to that particular teacher or particular friend even in case if you're in your examination, before the examination. I know many of you used to do that in the school, college, college days specifically. Okay, before the semester exams, somebody you want to, you know, go to summarize and so that you can remember all those things during the exams, right? So there are different strengths. And also in the office, also in corporate, also you might see that there are so many people, but you always reach out to that only one person who, you know, that you have confidence that that person will give you the clarity, right? Isn't it? So that one person Are you that one person? So people will be consistently coming to you for that advice. Even in the customer space also, maybe there are so many consultants, but the client is reaching out to you only to have that question clarified because you explained very well. So what is your strength? What is your values? That is, you should be identifying that. Then character, who am I in any of the context? It's not about your— are you the same person within the office, outside the office, outside your home? Are you the same person? Okay, so those kind of things will always matter a lot. Are you kind enough? Are you having humility, right? So those kind of really things matter. People will be remembering you for your character, for your values, for your strengths, not about what skills you have. Skills are important at one point of time, okay, but beyond that I'm talking about, right? So people will remember you for your character, what character you are, what strengths you have based on that. Then coming to relationship, what role do I play in the lives of others? Are you having a cultivator? Are you a connector? Are you a cultivator? Are you nurturing others also along with the journey of your— or are you a solo? You are doing just looking for your benefits, or you're selfish, those kind of people. We know, come across different works of people. In our life, right? There are different kinds of people, right? So those things also we will think about it, okay? So that is something comes under relationship layer. In the last, last layer in this category, we talk about the purpose. So what you help so that people design lives of meaning, okay? How the impact you're making to the society, right? Even if nobody is watching that. So there are different layers. So I will give you a Your thought process. How do you identify yourself? All of these five layers, okay? Architecture for yourself today. I know so many of you have already done so many diagrams in architecture, especially in architecture and architect, right? Solution architect, data architect. We do a lot of diagramming nowadays. We are using a lot of different different tools, okay? You might be doing all of those things, but have you identified your own architecture? What are the different five different layers of your architecture? Just to think about it. So now we have 2 minutes for to do this exercise today. If you are in front of your laptop or your mobile, just make a note of it, the 5 things we'll talk about. And after that, you can discuss with your friends, okay? Identify who is the best friend, or you can go to your best friend friend and also check it out whether or who you believe in the family or friends who can give you the best answer for it, right? I have validation, right? So there are 5 things, okay? Take 2 minutes and you write bullet answers for it, okay? You don't have to write an essay here, okay? We are not going to read out any of the essays. And those things you can share in the chat, or if you're watching the YouTube, you just put your comment in the comment box itself. There are 5 things we'll be asking based on those 5 layers we talked Right? One value, one strength, one character trait, one relationship role, one purpose. Five things. Okay. Then you have to share those things in the comment section here. Okay. And in this, do not take two minutes more than two minutes for this activities. And what you have to do is basically first thing will be one value. You may be having so many values, so many strengths, so many character traits, a lot of things. Right? But only one thing you have to write down. I need to follow a template here. You have to find writing it down. I'm a person. You just follow this template who values das, okay? And das, okay? And I use my strengths in das to serve. So this is just an example I've given, okay? So you just think about it. And no matter of my job title, I commit to being das and contributing das, right? In this way, what will happen? So just an example I've given, otherwise you can make a note of it, okay? And write down those values, strengths, character traits, relationships, and purpose. Then you identify your statement. Suppose if you have used any of the AI tools and all, but before using AI tools, you, you already know yourself. Many of you already know yourself, right? You just naturally write it down, whatever comes to your mind for the first thing, that is your answer. Okay, do not overthink. Okay, so now I will give you 2 minutes time. Okay, the timer starts now, and what you have to do is you have to take this as an activities and go to your tool and basically notebook, and you go there and we will be happy. So your time starts now. I will be putting the timer here now, so let me Give you two minutes of focus time, then you start here. Okay, so let's start with. Okay, and I will be. Time's off. So hope you have done this exercise, okay? Hope you really enjoyed that. Now what you can do, you can share your learning, whatever you have identified, right? In the chart itself, or you are watching in the YouTube, you just put those statements. Okay, what you have learned, and now we will be integrating everything. So whatever the five layers, right? So as an architect, we integrate because integration is also very important. We have done a lot of integrations in your life, your career. If you are not done, you are going to do that, especially in an architectural career. Whether you are doing HR, finance, supply chain, procurement, or anything CRM. Okay, business transformation. Integration is very, really important, not at the system level, but as a personal level, as a community level also. Integration is very, very important requirement. It's very— okay, so now in the next, we are going to integrate those things. Okay, so how exactly you are going to integrate is the next point is like this. Okay, so here what happens, your job is what you do and your identity is what you become. It's a difference between what you do and what you become. It's a Isn't it? So then you introduce— whenever introducing yourself in this context I'm talking about, never lead with the title alone. Also, you add values and purpose in your title whenever you're introducing. Okay, and also track your inner growth. So always do not measure your identity growth, rather only career milestone you should not say. Okay, this is an activity for you. It's a challenge for all of you. You have to introduce yourself without taking your, uh, basically the company name, your title, right? So let's do that activity as well and share your learning. Share your whatever. How do you introduce yourself without your caring, taking the name of your company, taking the name of wherever you're working, what is your title? Can you do that? Okay, so it's a challenge for all of you. Let's try that. And because the role will be changing, I don't Care. Okay, but your inner architecture— so today is Sunday session, right? I always talk about inner architecture, right? All the remaining 6 days we do or talk about outer architecture, we talk about different streams of architecture, right? But today's special Sunday session is all we talk about the inner architecture. How do you stay stable inside despite of multiple things happening outside, right? So that is something we'll be talking about. So we already talked about, right? So this is again, we will be connecting the same question which I've asked in the beginning of the session, right? If your title is disappearing tomorrow, what would you still be true about yourself, true about me, right? So just to think about it. Now, if any questions, we will take it up. Otherwise, I will leave you some additional questions, maybe just how to summarize, right? How do you identify that clarity? What is value, purpose, and meaning, right? That is something I'll talk about. I already talked about all those things. And part of the career transition is helping— or are you moving? Are you becoming what you want to be? It could be career pivot, it could be anything, right? Then summarize the things. And whenever designing, deciding your self-worth also— are you comparing yourself? Are you validating? How is the confidence level? All those things, isn't it? So that is what exactly we talk about. Then how do you Practice. So these are the continuously we'll be practicing all of these things: journaling, habits, reflection systems. Okay, so as I promised, uh, I wanted to say show you some of my system which actually I do practice. So this is the kind of a system I usually do it. Okay, at system and we do have goals and this is at a personal level. Okay, I use an application for that and regarding everything is divided into different different projects. You will be seeing they are categorized. Okay, year-wise. So this is a progress trend, as I say. So there are multiple things going on, right? So this is a kind of an application I primarily use it, the tracking of everything. Okay, so when it comes to project, so there are different projects. I, you know, 5 areas, as I always tell, right? So there are 5 areas I always track, 5 areas, okay? Professional, personal, academia, social, and spiritual things, right? Then You're having those trackers. Okay, so every areas you can see the different different progress and it's an up and down. So it's not very straightforward. You will be finding how many tasks have been done, how many in progress. Okay, so this is the kind of I personally as this is something I have not shown in my regular classes, but this is something I usually follow. Okay, so you can maybe following a similar thing. Okay, I know because entire life. Okay, and focus. Okay, many other things to check it out. Do all of this tracking. I do that, right? So some of them it can be anything. So just to track it. Unless when you track it, okay, you cannot measure it and you will not be able to understand it. Okay, so I think that's it. So now with that note, if you are very new to the system, you are watching for our videos for the first time, I will recommend go to the our platform and we offer such full courses which is relevant evergreen topic. Okay, so you'll be finding interesting those topics and You should join those programs, whatever is interesting for you. Okay, and as I said, we are building the leading community for super architects and leaders. Multiple programs we are running in, and our primary intention behind is to fix our education system and employment system. Okay, so we always talk about we are living in an era where the education systems are broken, but are you— how much you are contributing? It is very easy to blame someone Whether it could be the irrespective of your country, irrespective of geographies, the government, because now they are the enabler, they are not going to fix everything, right? So you have to figure it out as a citizen, okay, as an individual, how you are doing it, right? So that problem will remain there. You have to fix that yourself, okay? Nobody is going to come and fix it overnight, okay? It's not going to happen, and it will take time. But with AI coming in and all, a lot of things is happening. Okay, but if you have to cope up, if you have to go, you know, forward, then you have to think about— okay, so that is what exactly we do it. And we have a vision of architecting individuals so that people can— today we talked about inner architecture, right? So similarly, the other architecture, these other things we talk about, how people can architect their success through system thinking, is really required. Their critical skills, critical thinking skills, how they can balance. So today's session is more of life skills. It's not a technical, right? It's a lighter note. Okay, technical and life skills, how we can balance or harmonize both. Okay, so that these organizations also will be having through proper mentorship. They will be having a mentorship. Now our mission of architecting experiences because experiences matter. So today, okay, so those experience we're creating that experience for, uh, if you are Talking about HR, we talk about creating a great employee experience. We are talking CRM, right? Creating great customer experience. We are talking about education, creative, impactful, meaningful student experience there, right? So we are in a mission of that, and if you have to be part of this, okay, I will recommend just to go there and become a membership, and you can go for any of this thing whether you are individual students, working professionals. We do have hackathons. We contribute to those hackathons time to time, and there are 20 different tracks, 4 themes we are having every year. And based on that, also, if you're from universities or academia, I know there are the kind of challenges people are facing these days— no practicality. Very few colleges, even 99.9%, thinks whatever their industry is expecting, they are not teaching. Some of the universities have started it, but again, they are not following the, the ways The gap is still— I was just talking to one of my friends, the gap is still, you know, what they expect in the industry. Our universities, academia, still in the old era, okay? They're not following, okay? So even if you're bringing the best of the faculties, best of the syllabus, but most of the things that they're not talking about what exactly the industry needs, right? So corporates also, they have their own struggle, okay? So they are not even— they are having working different, different projects, but they do not have those kind of, you know, the way the clients expect, right? They are not able to deliver most of the organizations. They are not matching the standard, okay? I am talking about a standard. Deliver— they can deliver anything, okay? But I am talking about the quality, right? That is something really, really required. And there are so many testimonials from other students you will be finding. So I recommend if you are interested, you have to be part of such an ecosystem. System, explore it. And there are a lot of other things we are introducing, different, different labs here, like 20 different varieties of labs. And depending upon your priorities, you can be part of this program. And everything we're architecting with AI— this is our AI initiative, okay? Especially we don't talk about tactical things, as I say. We do not talk about particular tools or technology, rather in general, okay? So we have an entire framework here. You will be AI native Native, okay. So AI is a constant here because nowadays everywhere AI is not no more as an add-on. AI itself is the platform, okay. You must have seen that if you are recently not very recently just two months back also. SAP point of view they have changed the entire thing. They call it themselves now as a BIP, okay. Business AI platform, right? So the way they are positioning also. So you'll be finding AI is everywhere. So you'll be having AI-driven understanding. You have to make your decision-making at a scale using those capabilities. Okay, platform agnostic. We are studying these days, although we are focusing on one particular technology product, but whenever we are delivering, we are saying that how do you think platform agnostic, having an ecosystem mindset. Okay, so you can go for it and we are having different paths for it. So we start with the Discover, then Learn, but it doesn't suppose if you do not want to go for through the entire path directly, you also you can jump into the build, okay? Because the remaining tiers also will be covering those things as a discover, learn, apply, build, right? So you can apply for it. And so this is what exactly we are going for in details, and looking forward to seeing our communities. And wish you all the best. God bless. Thank you very much. Take care. Bye-bye. Thank you.
