In this presentation, Seth Broadhurst introduces a new resource being developed by Freedom in Christ Ministries called “Becoming the Church God Imagined.” He explains the theological premise that the church is the body of Christ and the container of God’s glory, and he envisions a future where church members recognize this identity, live in full grace and truth, and become catalysts of love and unity. The resource is a practical course aimed at church leadership teams to help them see the transformative potential of their congregations for marriages, families, and wider communities. Broadhurst outlines the 30‑year legacy of Freedom in Christ’s biblically‑based, time‑tested ministry and frames the new course as a way to extend that impact from individuals to whole churches and neighborhoods. The presentation concludes with a fundraising appeal, asking listeners to contribute generously to bring the course to churches.

Hi, my name is Seth Broadhurst, and I am very pleased to introduce you to a brand new resource in development by Freedom in Christ Ministries for church leadership teams. It's called Becoming the Church God Imagined. While Jesus walked this earth, he was the image of the invisible God. All of God's fullness was in Christ's body. Now, His church is the body of Christ. When the Holy Spirit came on Jesus' disciples in Acts chapter 2, the church became the container of God's glory here on earth. Imagine if the people in your church understood that we, the church in Christ, are God's glory container here and now. They saw the divine power and potential in your church. They recognized how your church fits into God's big picture. And they live together in true unity with 100% grace and 100% truth, and they committed to becoming a catalyst of love and unity in the place where God has placed you. When churches become what God imagined, marriages, families, and communities are transformed. For over 30 years, the biblically-based, time-tested, and practically applied message of Freedom in Christ has contributed to radical change in the lives of individual believers and marriages. Now, through Becoming the Church God Imagined, we envision whole churches and communities being transformed together in Christ by opening the eyes of church leaders to the potential of their churches to transform their communities where God has placed them, and to help them develop a practical route forward as they lead their congregations. In faith, we are now raising the funds necessary to bring this community-changing course to the church and its leaders. And we are asking you to join us by giving generously to the project today. Thank you for your investment in becoming the church God imagined. Thank you.
