In this brief promotional segment, speaker Neil T. Anderson links his earlier work, Freed to Lead, which emphasizes that a leader’s personal identity in Christ is the foundation for authentic, God‑empowered leadership, to his newer book, Free to Flourish Together. The newer book expands the concept to the corporate level, asserting that a church’s collective identity in Christ—who the body of believers are together—is the key to becoming a community that is free from legalism, fruitful in ministry, and faithful to Jesus. The speaker positions both books as essential reading for pastors and Christian leaders seeking theological grounding for personal and communal freedom, productivity, and faithfulness.

Chapters

In my book, Freed to Lead, I talked about how knowing your identity as a leader in Christ Jesus was essential to you being free to lead as the leader God has created you to be. In my latest book, Free to Flourish Together, I talk about how our corporate identity in Christ, who we are together as the church, is essential for churches to become free, fruitful, and faithful as churches of Jesus Christ.
