And so denying who I was, kind of ignoring that affected me and not, I think sitting, sitting with, you know, and trying to avoid the pain is even more painful. So embrace, embrace the difficulty, embrace the tears and realize that it's. That it's tough, that it's rough and find other people to talk to that will listen that are safe and obviously connect with the heart of Jesus and let him sit with you in the pain. I think the pain is there and the suffering, and it's a, it's. It's a reality on this side of eternity for all of us in a unique way for each one of us, but in particular also for third culture kids. Sit with it, admit it, and process. You can process that pain in healthy ways or unhealthy ways and seek to do that with God, of course, and in community. But don't just. I spent so much time trying to avoid it, right. Trying to pretend it wasn't there and it just got worse.
Yeah, I love that, that thought that the only way past is through. Right. We're not going to end a run around that, this. And so finding the Lord in the midst of it and letting him tell us the truth about it is really the only way to get past it.
