He is ready, willing, and able to free you from those chains.

A man raised in a loving, church-centered home describes spiritual strongholds Satan placed on him as a child. He explains how Jesus broke those chains and offers freedom regardless of your upbringing or when you became Christian.
What is a main takeaway that you're hoping people hear from your story today?
I think the thing that the Lord's laid on my heart is that it doesn't matter what type of upbringing you had or how old you were when you asked Jesus into your life. Satan is the father of lies and he will do whatever it takes to keep you bound up in those chains that he planted in you from your youth. It won't be until you allow Jesus to break those chains and loose you from Satan's grasp for you to be able to walk and live in the freedom that Jesus so desires for you. He is ready, willing, and able to free you from those chains.
That's good. There's a lot in there.
Yes, there is.
I love it. Boy, we could spend the whole show just unpacking that. Which I guess is. I guess is what we're going to do, right?
Key. That's a key thing of what he did in my life. He broke chains. And I had a really wonderful upbringing. I really did. I had great parents. I was raised in the church. The doors, anytime the doors were open, we were there. I was truly blessed. I knew I was loved. I knew I was cared for. And yet there were definite chains that were placed on my life. And it wasn't until I took the steps to break those chains that I realized who I am in Christ and I began to live and breathe and have my being in Him.
It.
