In this concise video, the presenter outlines a three‑step framework for reviewing a brand’s 2022 marketing performance and planning for 2023. First, identify the funnels, campaigns, and content that generated leads and retained members. Second, eliminate tactics that failed to produce leads, views, or engagement despite the time invested. Third, experiment with emerging platforms and formats—such as TikTok, LinkedIn, or Reels—to stay current and keep the brand’s energy high. The video ends with a call‑to‑action directing viewers to a one‑page marketing plan template designed to help them execute a successful 2023 strategy.

how to take 5 minutes, look back at 2022 to see what worked and what didn't. Point number 1, you want to look back and figure out what did work in 2022. So what brought your leads in? What funnels brought your leads in? What marketing got attention? And most importantly, what are the things that helped to retain your members? So that's point number 1. Number 2 is what didn't work. There's no point doing the same thing over and over and over every year if it didn't work. If it didn't work, you need to cut it out. So it means that you put time into it, but there was no leads that produced from that. There was no views that produced from that content you did. Whatever you did, cut it and find out a way to bring better quality leads in or more leads if you can get any.
