What’s new in fitness? We flew to Vegas to find out.

In this on‑site video, the presenter tours the Health and Fitness Association (HFA) trade show in Las Vegas, which has been rebranded from the former URSA event. The show hosts over 10,000 fitness and business professionals and roughly 400‑500 exhibitors. The host explains that his purpose is to observe U.S. market trends, supplier innovations, and educational sessions so he can bring fresh ideas back to his own business, Ninjas, and to his clients. He walks the exhibit floor, introduces his crew (cameraman Glenn, assistant Mel, and client "Taylor Made Chaos" who appears behind the camera), and highlights a standout piece of equipment: the Torque USA Tank 3. Throughout the tour he stresses the importance of continual education, taking actionable takeaways from events, and applying new initiatives in gyms or studios. He wraps up by noting that the next HFA Show will be held in San Diego.
