Hello everybody. In today's video, I'm going to share the four forces that you need to have in your recruitment agency. So my name is James Blackwell and today I wanted to share the four forces. These are forces that you need to look at as pillars within your agency. And the first part is attraction. So there's two parts of the attraction method. One, you need attraction for clients. So what system, when I talk about this in my program, a client acquisition system that you can predictably rely on clients coming inbound to your agency. So what attraction method do you use in terms of attracting the clients into your agency? Second part of the attraction is the candidate part. So do you have a candidate acquisition system that works for you? So you can leverage what I would call like a micro flywheel. If you could imagine having micro flywheels within your agency and how like micro flywheels work, it's having that ability to use and leverage other pieces of technology and use that in your business in a highly skilled way. So if you could imagine using different, whether it's automation tools, different conversion methods, whether it's virtual assistants, it's having these micro flywheels that work for you without having to always hire more employees in the office. The second part is conversion. So the second force is conversion. Now what methods are you using to convert the attraction piece both for clients and candidates? So for the client piece like conversion would be whether it's a CRM tool, an automation follow up and then a pitch deck. So we talk around productizing your signature service in my program. So are you, have you got a unique differentiator in your new era agency to actually convert these clients and products prospects into paid clients? And that's the same for the candida part. So on your candidate attraction process, have you got a way to actually convert the candidates into your consultants or your diary to have calls with? So again, something I teach in the program is having that candidate conversion process would be whether it's VAs, booking in calls into your diary and what sort of methods are they using? Are they using a calendar, invite scheduler? Are you using tools like Slack to have a system in there to know how to rate a candidate before they get qualified into your recruiter's diary? The third force is sales. Obviously the key part for sales in your client piece is going to be you've attracted them, you've converted them and then now you need to make the sale and get paid. So which methodologies are you using to make sure that you can make that sale and actually get that deal? Across the line. So for sales, your forces are going to be your recruiters. Or as I've built in my business, the model is delivered delivery consultants. So once we've got the clients in with the funnel and convert them with our pitch and product, then it's all about delivery. So the sales part for the client side is delivery and that's the same for the candidate side. Have you got a key process force to make sure the candidate sale gets across the line as well? The final force is operations. So your key elements of the three forces, that's the main driving part of your agency. And then you've got a lot of the back office stuff. So whether it's finance, bookkeeping, your cash flow, your office, the management of that, the management of people, the staff, management of the tools, your virtual team, all of those aspects is a force of operation that needs to be running like clockwork. You need that systemized, you need processes, you need step by step procedures to make sure that you're running what I call a lean and agile agency. So, hope you found this video useful.
