So today we are off to our day one of our elite Mastermind event in Dubai.
What James has helped us to do is basically learn how to systemise stuff and put things in process so that you can do and make more money and do more work without you having to actually do the work. So working smarter and working harder, basically all we were doing was working at extremely hard but having to do all the work 24 7. So coming with James, the difference is we've been able to take a step back, achieve more money than what we've earned before, but with much less work.
And now I have a different mindset. It's just take a step back, think about the processes that he's teaching, but he's not only teaching you the process, he's also teaching you a different way of mindset that it's sometimes okay to, to take a step back, just to think where like a top athlete could have sometimes have rest to progress and be better in the next steps that he's doing.
To me honest, this has been a transformational experience coming to the Mastermind here live in Dubai. Just the experience, the shift in mindset, what we're learning is really good, but the experience is even better.
So before the agency blueprint, I was the only person in my business. So I was working all the time, like 10 hour days at least. I had no time to myself and I was making the same revenue for like three years. After the agency blueprint, I have grown my business to half a million revenue. We're in November, so I still have some room to increase that and I have a ton of freedom. So I have a day off a week. I have a team now. I have a team of five people. My recruiters are closing deals without me. They're getting clients. It's been a huge game changer for me.
Literally without the automation tools James taught me, I think I'd be overwhelmed, overworked and stressed. Because what James teaches in the Blueprint agency, I can predict my deals and that gives me for a recruitment ag, a lot of rest. And that's why I can predict the deals and the amount of revenue for incoming. So for growth of my company, it was the best way to go.
We had no systems, we didn't have a solid foundation. Myself and my brother, as we are co founders, we were just good recruiters, but we weren't good business owners. And James teaches you more than just being a good recruiter, he takes it to the next level, how to systemize and take your business from here to. Well, there's no cap.
I think it would have taken me certainly five years or more. I just think the tools that we have here and just the ability to pick things up in a systemized process is really the key indicator of how to get success faster. So I definitely, I'm super grateful that we know what we know here in the program.
If you can automate some of the processes to save yourself time, it helps you open up other avenues so you can actually make more revenue long term.
Where I'd be without automation tools, probably just sitting at my desk smashing out the phone and trying to, you know, do lots of cold calls. Learning tricks of the trade from people that have the most experience improving my knowledge. I mean if I compare myself two years ago to what I am now, it's a huge difference.
Knowing what I know now and having had the tools put in place, I know that I can achieve way more. And it's really just working on the basics and knowing that from James and his team, they've done this and tested it and tested it again. Knowing just what works and constantly iterating but going back to fix the basics has, will help my business tremendously. But I would not be where I am without having done the recruiter accelerator program.
