Getting good results from ChatGPT usually takes four or five tries, not one. You have to refine your prompts, cut off bad responses, and redirect the model repeatedly. It's tedious and doesn't look impressive in demos, but that's how most people actually use AI.
a lot of people come to me and say like, oh, AI not working, frustrated, not doing what it needs to be. And what I find is it's really, it never does anything on the first or second or third try. It's really like the fourth or fifth when you've had a bit of back and forth and it understands what you're looking for that you start to get results. It's hard for me to show this because it's a little bit more boring and tedious to show like me going back and forth arguing with the ChatGPT. People just want to see the result, but this is the reality. Whenever I'm speaking to it, I'm always just going back and forth, cutting it off and trying to direct it.
