Hi, my name is Brenda Armstrong and I'm the owner of Idiom Digital Technology Talent Partners. I joined James's program in, let's see, the official start was in September and so this is just my third month in. Prior to that I had taken a little bit of time off and I was working at an agency in a full time account management role. And as much as I loved it, there was still just something missing and that was really the autonomy and independence and creativity that really I wanted for my life and for my professional career. So my biggest challenge was like, where do I start? And ultimately with James's program, it really empowered me to take all of the systems and tools and guidance that he offers and the support that's wrapped around it to help you implement it and then you just go and it is really amazing to also be part of this collaborative group of other entrepreneurs who are also achieving great success with James's program. He doesn't do it for you, it's all on you, it's on your shoulders. But if you put in the work and you follow the process and you follow the systems, it works. My greatest achievement so far is a 25k placement. But I do have about six 60k lined up through end of year, which is so exciting and really, I just can't wait to see what looks, what this time next year looks like. If you're looking to make the jump, if you're looking to make the leap, I would say really get right with yourself, with your mindset and know that this group of people who have joined the program will also be there to support you and answer questions and to collaborate to help you make everything as seamless and as effective as possible. But all in all, I'm super glad I started. I have never had so much work, life balance. And even though I'm working a ton, I'm working towards something for myself and for my family and that is really huge for me. So all the best to you. But James, thanks so much. Loving it and can't say enough good things about it. Thanks.
