Come Take A Tour Of My Office With Me!

Sam hello everybody and welcome to Northumbria House. So I'm really excited to reveal the full refurbishments of this fantastic co working space. What we've tried to create here at Northumbria House has been something that it's a home away from home. So to help with any startups or small businesses in the local area of North Tyneside that want a creative space, a creative hub to collaborate with other entrepreneurs and business owners and also have their own independent office space as well as. So we have availability from one person offices all the way to an eight person office. We're really flexible in terms of our ins and outs periods for the contracts as well. So there's no long extended terms for you to be here. But the space that we've created, you get a meeting room, you get hub areas. There's also going to be a podcast room available if you want to do videos, some fantastic kitchen facilities as well, and free parking. So for anyone that's maybe based in Newcastle City Centre at the moment that wants to relocate to Benton in North Tyneside Forestall area, we have a great hub here. I hope you enjoy this space. Enjoy this video. If you want to reach out to Melissa from Ronald James Group, her email address will be on the details below her phone number. Or you're more than happy to pop in for a coffee, you can come and have a look at the space, see and have a feel of it and go from there. So thanks for watching this video and I'll catch you soon.
