Chapters
The first thing that you should be doing is actually help your clients identify the AI opportunity within their business. So when you look at an existing business, it's easy to come in with ideas of your own of exactly what they should implement, but these may be with bias. They may actually not be what the client needs to implement at the moment. So you should be asking like, where's the low-hanging fruit? What can I set up that's easy, that's going to make the biggest impact for them? Once you've identified a few of those opportunities, explain them to your client, and then your client will trust you completely. There's a lack of good information and a lack of good leaders within the AI space at the moment. So if you have the ability to offer solutions and take the client on that journey, they're just going to trust you completely. So with that business case in hand that you've got, you can confidently go for it, lead them along the way, and they'll be happy to pay your fees.
