How To Automate Your Recruitment Agency For 7-figure Growth

Hello everybody. James Blackwell here. And in today's video, I wanted to share one secret that helped me get to seven figures per year. So from learning from a range of mentors over the last three to four years, one of the biggest shifts I made was in my mindset and the character of who I needed to become in order to get to seven figures a year. Now I upgraded the outdated software that is in my mind. So you may have heard like the theory around like 95% of your daily habits and the personality and the rituals that are in your brain today is all developed through the first seven years of your upbringing. And most human beings, they just add more stuff into what I call like an undated computer software system, which is the brain. So you've gathered data points throughout your years of growing up and that software is outdated. And in order for you to grow and to get to seven figures and be successful in your life and your agency, you need the right type of software to upgrade yourself. So I call that like James Blackwell 2.0 or who you are, who is the next version of yourself that you need to become in order to attract the wealth that you want to create in your life, because you are the current inputs that you put into your brain. So every day, like in my agency, I'm thinking about what do I want as an output long term in my agency in order to become successful and in order to grow and skill. And it's all derived by certain inputs that you put in a new processor. The problem is that most people don't even know like what they want long term out of starting the business or growing their agency. And their current character has that software in their brain, like I said, that is totally misaligned to their future goals and future outputs that they want to create. So what I was saying today was like, and I was saying this to a couple of other guys that I was on a coaching call with is you really need to look at the software that you've created in your brain that needs to be totally rewired and you need to attach it to the version, the true version of yourself that you need to become in order to truly create a highly leveraged, successful seven figure recruitment agency. Now I started that with like understanding psychology, philosophy, understanding a lot of why I had limited beliefs and fear and fighting through that and also the personality that I was creating in myself. And it all starts with like the input and what are the actions that you're going to do daily. So daily habit rituals of like getting up early, starting with a meditation, working out the food that you put in your body, whether it's a fresh smoothie in the morning, etc. All of those tiny little actions or inputs derive in terms of long term goals that you'll achieve and the outputs that you'll get out. And it is again the average of the five people you hang around with most. If you can see in the background, obviously you'll see that I'm still out here living in Dubai at the moment, so I'm really enjoying again the environment is very key as well. So being able to work in an environment where my agency is self managing seven figure self managing agency, it took a lot of hard work to understand the systems, the processes. The type of team that I've got is an outstanding team and it gives me the choice that if there's a lockdown in the uk, I can choose to work out here in Dubai, enjoy the sunny climates every day and work from my laptop.
