A short YouTube video (creator: George Foley) where the speaker demonstrates how they plan their day using a "Self Journal". The video highlights the journal's layout (hour-by-hour timeline from 6am to 9pm, morning/evening gratitude entries, a wins section, three daily targets, inspirational quote, tasks and diary) and announces a competition giving away a Best Self Journal (~£30 value) to viewers who subscribe, comment with an email, and follow a LinkedIn group; winner to be announced in about seven days. The creator notes journals last ~90 days and that they cycle through multiple copies.

Hi everyone. So I thought I would share my day plan journal so how I plan my day. I've used loads of different journals. I love writing and taking notes and planning my day. So I use a thing called self journal. So I lay my day out a bit like this highlight and color code. So on here I'll have the full day from six in the morning until I get up till when I meditate all the way at 9 o' clock at night. And it has three things you're grateful for in the morning and three things you're grateful for in the evening, which I like. It's got a section here where you can put about your wins. So I'll show you one that's not filled in. So I'm not sharing any data. But you can see I fill everything in with your daily targets and how it works. I don't know if you can zoom in D rock or pound. You can plan your goal for the day, you can plan today's targets. So I always have three targets. It gives you a great inspirational quote and you can register your wins of the day as well and then all your tasks and in your diary. Just probably one of the best, the best journals that I've used. So I'm keen to hear everyone else's thoughts on how they plan their day. So I always talk around planning tomorrow today, Planning tomorrow today. I never leave without planning the next day and actually want to give away a prize. So for anyone that's going to like either my YouTube page or the competition on LinkedIn, if you follow Ronald James group on LinkedIn or if you're watching this on YouTube, if you click, click subscribe and put in the comments below email address and enter in a competition. I'll give you a best self journal book. So it's worth about £30 and that'll keep you going for the next 90 days. So these last every 90 days and they're fantastic. At the start of the book as well, you talk around your goals and milestones of what you want to achieve. And so yeah, I've used probably I've went through about four, five, six of these now and I think I keep going back to them. I try different things. But if you want to enter in the competition like and share this video and we will put together the competition and let the winner probably be announced in the next seven days. All right, thank you. Sa.
