Look at this one. More European style villa Italian I would say right on the beachfront of Malibu. Check that out. This one must be worth a good 15 to 20 million. Again overlooking the beach, fantastic views, phenomenal. Next one again, look at this one. This is huge. I wonder the type of people that own this. Obviously not in it at the moment. The luxury of having a holiday home, Well one day, the next three years or so, that's my target, is to get a home on the beach. Have somewhere you can escape to outside of your work life or your business. Take your family, friends, rejuvenate. It's important to have that balance between work and pleasure. I always enjoy having a few mini vacations so away from the traditional two weeks a year in the summer go away. I like to break it up so every, every two months to three months, every 12 weeks at least I will have a mini vacation. So I might go somewhere in Europe or a tropical destination and have a few days or a week away and it helps me come back with more ideas about my businesses, where I want to get to. Also from self reflection as well. It's always important to look back on what you've achieved over the past few months, last couple of years. A lot of people forget to do that. Just get stuck in the day to day slog of work, work, work. And one day when we retire we'll have that time to take off and spend more time with the family and do all the things you want to do in life. Listen, there's no guarantee that we're going to get another year, another day, another minute on this planet. So it's important to make sure that you get out there as much as you can. Explore the world, give value back in terms of like the business that you're doing. And as long as you're making the money, go and go and enjoy it. Don't have to be frugal, but also you don't have to always splash out. But the more value you give in your business, the more you systemize it. Build processes so the business can work without you. Means you can enjoy these mini vacations without having to worry what's going on back in the office or back in your business. And one day, hey, you never know, you might get house like this. Look at that, it's huge. Some unbelievable properties out here. Got me thinking to think, well what type of people are owning these properties? Because some of them are 50, 60 million dollars and they're not even being lived in at this time of year. So they have plenty of Cash. A lot of people in California, all from the acting or entertainment business. Maybe music stars or film stars. But hey, wouldn't it be nice to come out here and have a nice office looking out on the beach, Laptop, lifestyle. It's a dream. Anyone can achieve it. What I realized over the past few weeks as well, when I went to the traffic and conversion events in San Diego, I got to meet some big influencers in the industry. So first one was Tai Lopez. So I met Ty over three, four years ago now, before he got really big in terms of his social presence and what a nice guy he is. He gave me some business advice, had a great chat with him for the last 10, 15 minutes after the event. And what you tend to realize, I met him, I met Dave Asprey from Bulletproof, also met Vishen Lakhiani from Mindvalley. All really genuine down to people you've got to realize is they haven't got anything special. Everyone is born with the same potential. I believe if you set your mind to it, you'll achieve it. And the more I surround myself with these mentors and these people that I look up to, it makes me realize that I can do everything that they've done, maybe better. Everyone's got their own uniqueness about them. So always have that self belief. Never believe that someone's better than you at something, but also be humble in the fact that people will know certain things in a niche better than you. So learn from them. That's what I like to do. I listen more than I talk a lot of the times. That's why I don't do many of these videos. But I enjoy meeting and learning from everybody's success. That was the game changer for me. The last two years was reading books, following mentors, watching videos, podcasts, surrounding myself with as much valuable information as I could that I could adapt into my business. I think the big difference is though, knowledge equals power, but without execution, it's worth this. So it's important to always execute. So when you have a good idea or a good golden nugget, you take from a book or from a YouTube video, from a mentor, go and execute it. Because that's the difference between the multi millionaire successful people and just your average 9 to 5 guy execution. You can be the brightest person in the world, but if you lack execution of getting things done, creating value in the world, you'll never get what you want.
