Scripts work like ad copy: every word matters. You can A/B test Script A against Script B and measure which one gets more replies in a week. That's how you know what actually works instead of guessing.

I love scripts is because it does enable that A/B testing. I often think of it like advertising. We learn a lot from advertising, but the amount of time and effort that advertisers put into their script writing and their copywriting, they make every word perfect. And the reason it's so important for A/B testing is because we then have a solid metric to track the reply rate. If we're doing a different message, even if it's slightly different message each time, it's very hard to look at the data and be like, well, which message is better? Which one got the better response rate? Whereas if you've just got Script A, Script B. At the end of each week, you can see which of those scripts got a better response rate.
