Hello everybody. In today's video I thought we'd give you update on how the month went in my recruitment agency and also I wanted to give you a couple of tips. If you are still trying to struggle to get clients at the moment, I thought I'd give you a couple of key tips on what you can implement that is working in today's market. April was an interesting month. It actually turned out better than expected. So we actually prepared for the worst, planned for the best and luckily it actually turned out okay. So we were very fortunate in a position where we are five years into the agency where we really have really like went inch wide, mile deep into our micronation, really stuck at it, nailed it, productized our service and because we had a lot of exclusive clients and retained business that's got really through the last month or so, it got us in a position where we actually still made profit for the month. So I was expecting to pretty much break even. I thought breaking even would be a good, would be a good mark. So we just finished just shy of the six figure month, which is a shame because obviously the last few months we've been consistently smashing through the six figure mark. But in terms of our operational expenditure that was cut down and so we still managed to make profit, which is good. And I think that's important in today's market. It's actually educated us to make sure that we are still lean, we are still our child and we can still pivot when, when it's required. But the two key tips I wanted to give to you today were that there is definitely clients out there that are still buying at the moment. So the companies that are onboarding remotely, interviewing remotely, they are out there, but you need a different way to connect with them. You need to make sure you've got multiple streams of marketing and outreach campaigns. So we talk around that in the group, around the client acquisition system and the new age client attraction methods that we teach. Because you've got to have different pillars of different ways to reach out to this client and different strategies. So it's important to not just rely on whether it's email automation, LinkedIn outreach letters, Dream 100 value ads, webinars, different events obviously when you can do them and being that key person of influence in your market. So it's really important that when you are building the business in pre recession or recession to make sure that you're the number one authority within your niche. And that's what really helped my business, Ronald James, continue to still make profit even in these times. Because we are that number one expert in our niche. We didn't get distracted. Most recruitment agencies start to grow too fast, too soon and they start to pivot into different sectors with different consultants. And the problem with that is they invest all of those profits into new markets and continue trying to aggressively go into whether it's finance it, manufacturing or different locations. Really stick to what you know and just be the best at that because that's what's really going to make you that it's probably going to give you the better lifestyle, it's going to make the profit a lot higher and it's also going to be sustainable in recessions as well. Because when companies need to still hire talent and they're still going to have to grow probably more aggressively when things, when the ban gets uplifted in the next couple of weeks, you're going to have to use that time and they're going to be using that time to try and save on recruitment fees or you're going to have to add that extra piece of value. So what else can you give your client as well as the CV the candidate? How can you increase that longer term partnership with them? Think about that. If you need any help with that. I'm running a 90 day pilot program for recruitment agency owners that are stuck and they need to pivot and they need to get clients fast. Now we can build that client acquisition system with you and we can hopefully get you to six figure profits quite quickly. So if you're interested, book in a call below. There should be a link down in the comments. I'll catch you soon. Have a good day.
