I was able to scale my marketing agency to $7 million per year because of one decision that I made 11 years ago. Instead of working with anybody, we decided to focus on serving one specific niche, which in my case is plumbing and HVAC companies. We got one plumbing client, got him great results, starting to realize, man, this would be so much easier than trying to hop from one industry to the next one. And if we really systematized it, we could generate great results and get better with restaurants and eye doctors, everything in between. We got that one plumbing client, he referred us to somebody else, and it just started to snowball. It became so much easier to go deep with our marketing strategy and position ourselves as the expert in this one particular industry. And then of course the scaling became possible because we were in one industry. We were able to really dial in what are the keywords, what are the hot buttons, what are the copy elements, what are the strategies actually generate results. And with each successive client, actually getting better while getting more systematize. To get my full playbook on how to scale your agency to 7 figures and beyond, just comment the word agency and I'll send it to you for free.
