Our goal is, uh, in our core values, exceptional client experience. And for us, if we're adding 20 to 30 clients a month, we're just unable to provide exceptional client experience. So our goal is to add somewhere between 3 and 5 a month with our current team, with our current approach. Uh, and we've been doing that and we've grown. It's been perfect for us. But if we're providing exceptional client service through everything that we've learned, packages, uh, making sure we're delivering on our, on our promises on what we're going to provide, by around 90 days, they should either be in love with us or hate us. Like it's gonna be one or the other. Not really hate, that's the wrong term. They're either gonna love us or they're gonna be indifferent. That's probably the best way to say it. Okay. Indifference is very, very bad. Actually, I'd rather you hate us that way at least I can fix that. Anyway, most of them don't. We have like a 99% retention rate. So our clients, we have great relationships with them. But around 90 days is the best opportunity for me to ask for referrals.
