And despite the fact that we had built a huge agency, that came from the quality of our product and our results, but not from the operational excellence and the mastery of how do you actually build and operate an agency at scale. We're struggling with that in a big way. So when we came into this community, what I was blown away by is we were rebuilding that wheel. We were trying to figure it out and figure out how do we compensate a team? How do we structure our account management team? How do we do sales? How do we do prospecting? How do we do fulfillment? How do we operationalize this machine? Because our team is over 100 people. What we're doing is we're taking Josh's blueprint and we're applying it into our agency so we don't have to keep rebuilding the wheel.
