I don't know how you all feel about RFPs, that stands for Request for Proposal, but in my first agency, RFPs were like the worst. I'd have to go and read these lengthy documents to figure out whether we wanted to bid on them or not. So it ultimately creates this AI-generated summary of the entire RFP, and it gives them some suggestions on their role in the RFP. It also tells them like, hey, this is something that fits your overall criteria. All that kind of stuff. They don't have somebody to sit and review this stuff all the time. So I would say they were spending 5 to 8 hours per RFP. It went from having to review this for an hour or 2 hours down to literally 30 seconds, 30 seconds per RFP. Boom.
