There's two different types of approaches that a typical digital marketing agency will go through in the life of their business. The first one is called the slow and steady approach. You start your business, you need marketing and sales dialed in, right? So you create those processes, but then you have setbacks, right? Because you're now dropping balls with onboarding and fulfillment. So now you have to course correct and make some tweaks. So you figure that part out though. Everything is dialed in, everything is working well. Now the other approach, this is the hyper implementer. It's the people who are like, I'm ready to tackle on the world. I know I have marketing, but I have to put sales process in place. So you start jumping into everything. Now, even with those two different approaches, they still go through the same corrections and tweaks. The only difference between these two things are time. Slow and steady is not better than hyper implementer and vice versa. The only difference is the personality of Joshua Nelson.
