Hey, I'm Brian with G4 Marketing, and I've known Joshua Nelson for many, many years. This is John Tate with Agency Marketing Machine, and I remember it was quite a few years ago when we had a smaller local mastermind group with Brian, Josh, and Josh had a similar business that I did and Brian had. We all had digital marketing agencies just in different niches.
We were in a small mastermind group, local mastermind group together, and I just remember his stuff being so good. I mean, he was so good at documenting systems and processes and how he grew his agency.
Josh would get us together and say, hey, before our mastermind meeting, let's meet up. I've got a spreadsheet and we'll input all of our goals for the next quarter.
What was really amazing about him is he got the processes down, he got the systems down, and then one day he had the idea of going and teaching this stuff to other agency owners. I know I benefited from the tools that he shared with us and the processes and the playbooks and the structures. It was such amazing, great content back then, but now what he's done now and the number of agencies that he's able to help is really amazing.
So I think Josh was meant to be leading this 7 Figure Mastermind group because even from the start he was bringing us together, trying to create goals, and then we'd actually meet again to see if we accomplished those goals and what we could do to help each other out.
