Those, those are the 3 plays. The key thing, the key insight I want you guys to take away is scrape the list, hit them from multiple angles. Don't expect people just to reply back and want to meet with you. They're gonna reply, you gotta call them immediately, right? You're gonna have to chase them down still. This is still cold outreach, and you want to use all of the channels to get their attention. So you're gonna send a bunch of emails, you're gonna get certain people that respond, you gotta jump on those, you gotta call them immediately. If you're playing the cold outreach game, this isn't like, okay, I'm gonna wait until my ideal client falls into my lap. You gotta be more assertive than you think is rational, right? Like, literally within a couple minutes of them responding, you need to be on them. And they're not gonna probably even remember that they replied. So what I recommend is shooting a Loom video of some sort, like a quick screen recording. Hey, you know what, you responded back, you're looking to do an additional 3 to 5 trenchless jobs. I wasn't able to get you on the phone, so I wanted to shoot a quick video. Right, and so you pull up their website and you talk about whatever your unique strategy is to get them a result, and then, "Let's jump on a call so we can talk through this." So you just can't send emails and sit on your hands. You gotta call, you gotta create videos, you gotta follow up with Messenger and LinkedIn to really break through the noise. You're not the only person contacting these people, especially via this mechanism. So this is a shameless plug for those of you that aren't members of the 7 Figure Agency. I have complete swiping the poise on this stuff. So the actual emails that we send, the sequencing, the message that goes out on Facebook, the message that goes out on LinkedIn— as a member, and we'll talk a little bit about this tomorrow if you want, if you join us for lunch, we give you all of this stuff. But I've given you the key strategy, right? I think I've given you enough that you get the idea. These are the 3 approaches we could take. and you should be able to run with that and make it work. So I do have an amazing swipe and deploy from Danny. Danny Barrera, he's our Rookie of the Year here at Seven Figure Agency. He started his agency, well he's been running it for a while, but last year before he started working with us, he was stuck at about $6,000 per month, kind of in a generalist type of agency. Went through our program, started dialing in his direct outreach, dialing in his niche, he grew to $20,000— $25,000 a month in 11 months in recurring revenue. And he shared his exact cold call script, the emails that he's sending, how he's sending them. So if you want to go to 7figureagency.com/danny, you can unpack that. So just write it down, don't pull it up right now. And I will send this to you guys after the fact, that way you have it. And Danny's gonna be here a little bit later, I'm gonna talk— he's gonna talk through that, like how he uses this strategy to get the raised hands. So next steps on this: cold outreach should be the entry point for all of your prospecting efforts. It can generate 2 to 3 great clients every single month if you work it correctly. I think you need to figure out how you're gonna get your list, so I want you to spend a couple minutes thinking about that, where you're gonna get the list. I want you to map out your cold outreach campaign. We can't spend a ton of time on this right now, but at least like which of the 3 plays will you use? And then you gotta commit to do 500 emails per week. This isn't a case where you do a couple emails here and there. To get enough volume that enough people raise their hand that you actually get some clients, you have to do a lot. Right, you have to— the volume has to be pretty high. So I found, and I'll give David Sprague credit for this. I mean, you guys familiar with David Sprague? Everybody? This was his number: 500 cold outreaches per month will generate at least 5 to 10 raised hands, which can result in 1 or 2 clients on a pretty consistent basis.
Per week?
Per week. So you want to target— you should be targeting like 2,000 direct outreaches per month. David Sprague, Local Genius. Jeff has a tool he wants to share.
Yeah, so this is a gentleman on Fiverr that specializes in building you a LinkedIn list that will get you all the company data that you want, as well as their LinkedIn profile. And most recently, I bought a list of 1,000 for $230. And you'll get the email address, you'll get their LinkedIn, and it'll really get you a jump start. And please write this down, because this is his username on Fiverr, is S-A-I-M-N-U-R. S-A-I-M-N-U-R. But that's a great guy. If you have nothing right now, that'd be the first $230 I'd spend is get the list. And he'll do smaller lists. Your best price is $1,000.
